Location was great, super close to the MRT station. Hotel was nicely decorated but the rooms are a bit small and our door lock is on the verge of breaking. It was also very dark inside, not good for applying makeup or reading. Breakfast was ok, could use more variety and they didn’t clear the dishes off our table until we left. It was a decent stay overall

The elevator was dark and quite scary. The room was cold and moldy and lights in the room was not bright enough. The receptionist was not patient and made us felt not welcome. There was no hand soap in the room so that I had to use body wash to wash my hands which is not convenient. Overall, this hotel needs to improve their basic services and facilities.

The pictures look promising and the spa looks luring. The area has many hidden gems along the hot springs roll. This place, however, is not one of them. First strike, the check-in time is 5ish which is not what you like to hear after an exhausting flight. Also speaks for the size of the place. Room 233 has no window and the room has a mechanic buzzing noise. That’s strike two. The place is quite old and the staff relying walkie-talkie to manage the hotel. So this is old without the charm. Nuff said

Available right at the doorstep of the hotel is a bus that can bring you to Yangmingshan. The in-room hot spring is great, but the hotel public spring needs improvement. Staff were amazing in helping us get our bearings and arrange for tours/services. Comfortable stay.

Property does not have window!!!
The room was at 3rd floor but all windows are blocked by some white stone (or plastic?). You may see the sun light though the stone but it only give you some hints about time.
They said it is for the safety during the Typhoon but you may find reviews about windows way before. I bet it is due to the privacy. The building is surrounded by taller buildings and you dont have to be a genuine to find out some one may see you through window when you are in the toilet or bath room. (Room structure is a bit unique. You have a room and entire out side wall is bath room and toilet area which means is even if the window is exist, you will see the view through window.)
Apart from that, breakfast was descent and bath water was great. You will see milky hot spring water color and feel.the difference.

The rules make no sense

The \"rules\" are like a scam. The checkin time shows 8pm which makes no sense), so I called to see if I can checkin before that. The hotel staff told me I could checkin at 3pm, but once I arrived at 4pm. They told me no checkin unless I pay more, so I did. :( Very unhappy about this.

Stayed there for one night. They only gave you one pass for the outdoor hot spring area. Wish it's an unlimited access for people who stay in the hotel. Also check-in time is 6pm, later than other hotels. Breakfast choice is also so-so.

Hot springs!

Very solid hot springs hotel right by the main railway station. The in-room facilities were great, the tub was nice and the hot spring water left our skins feeling great. The communal spring was nothing to write home about, being not so different from a typical hotel jaccuzi with hot spring water. Breakfast was solid, not spectacular. Overall would recommend although there are certainly more expensive options around that offer a bit more.

The hotel location is great, just 5 mins walk to the New Beitou station. The room is big and hot spring within the bathroom is awesome.
However, the customer service at the reception counter needs to be improved. Moreover, there is only one mirror in the bathroom which is not convenient.

This place is killer when you have your private hot spring bath in your own room but you can still enjoy a high quality public hot spring in there. Extremely convenient to any transportation and very convenient to convenient stores and restaurants. Definitely good for couples stay if they need some private hot spring area.

A terrible hotel to avoid

This hotel needs a major renovation. The carpet is very dirty. The entire environment is mouldy. When we entered our room,we were welcomed by a cockroach.The service staff is emotionless. The room has poor sound proofing. We were disturbed by the guests next door who seemed to have a party even though it was past midnight. The photos posted on hotel portals are carefully angled. The moment you stepped into the hotel, you will discovered that you are short-changed.

The room is reasonably clean n comfortable. Towels n sheets are ok.

The private pool was designed to be very black in colour n that somehow doesn't look clean enough.

hotel room that i booked has a great in-room hot spring tub and a small enclosed balcony with a sun-tanning chair. room is spacious with two queen beds, a sofa bed and a dinning table plus a kitchenette.

the location is across the metro and nearby shops and market.

agree with other remarks that the hot tub needs to be scrubbed/cleaned to make users' experience better.

Uncrowded quiet stay to unwind

The hotel is just 2 min walk from the Xinbeitou MRT terminal. The reception staff is rather stiff almost surly but probably because they are not conversant in English. The deluxe room is spacious, clean and neat. The bed and linens promises good sleep. The best is the private 0.8x0.8m natural thermal water bath which fits two adults. Water is strong and hot while the standing hot/cold shower pressure is very strong. Buffet breakfast is Taiwan-style and consist mainly healthy foods. Wifi is free and very good. The stay allows 1 free entey to their private 'spa' facilities. Local meals can be found near the hotel at walking distances.

Budget trip ? Yes , can choose it.

Dislike the room lighting. Very darkness , maybe they try to build romantic feel for those couple. For us, we prefer more bright room. And the bath tub not clean. I also worry get sensitive skin after use it. The breakfast is 5 out of 10. The drink taste differently. Example , orange juice or apple juice doesn't taste like orange juice or apple juice. Last one is Staff manner or attitude, I meet someone that is very rude to us. When I ask for temporary keep our luggage. She act rude when we check out. They can't speak well in English .

The hotel check in time is 6pm, we went there around 1.30pm, the people in front desk can't speak English and asked us to walk from one building to another one( they have 2 blocks and 2 front desks), when we arrived the other front desk, we were requested to return to the first one. Finally i used my limited Mandarin to communicate with the staff and left the luggages to the hotel. The room has no window and quite dark. The private pool in the room is quite nice. We tried the public pool and found not many clients there. Men and women are separated. In woman side, i was the only person there at that time. Be honest, I was a bit scare because nobody there, no staff too. The light is a bit dark and the facilities are bit old. It was the first time I didn't enjoy the hot spring.

It was a pleasant 2 night stay. The in-room hot spring tub was big enough to fit 2 adults n 2 children. The room was renovated n quite nice but sound proofing was not too good. Hopefully we didn't disturb our neighbouring guests as my girl was wailing at night due to nightmares.

It is very close from the station (about 3 min walk) and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel/station.
I purposely booked this hotel for the hot spring. The room has a fridge and safety box. It was nice to have the security box since the room key felt a bit insecure for me. There were few plugs in the room which I can use to charge my phone and a laptop. Need the conversion plug if you have different kind of plug.

Hotspring is nice

I love the hotel! Based on the price I paid, I do not have any complaints. I think the hotel is clean and worth the money, especially the hotspring section. I went there on the day of the typhoon, there was no hotspring for the first day and then they fixed the interior hotspring for us on the second day. Very efficient and although a little rundown, I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

the hotel is easily located after New Beitou station.(on the left side after exit). Its very much like a Spa hotel. only check in is late at 6PM.but check out has to be sharp at 12 Noon.Room is spacious with lovely built in soaking big square tub. Only can barely get any help or service at the counter. Only entitled to one time visit to their in-house spa ( guy & gal separated).Only one plate each for morning breakfast. Overall, if the service and attitude of the hotel staffs could improve, it will be a good place

I was lived at B1 floor. The noise-blocking facility is so insufficient that I and my friend could not be able to fall asleep for even 10 minutes. Noises of cars' engines mixed with the alarms of police cars and fire trucks (police stations and fire stations are situated nearby) just made us feel crazy!

IShan-Yue hotspring hotel was very nice place. We would have loved to have more information in English, but luckily most of the staff spoke English.For us it was a bit far away from our family we were visiting, but the location so close the MRT was excellent. Breakfast was just excellent, a lot of fruit and vegetables.And the hot spring pool was just so relaxing. We enjoyed it, thank you.

Super near xinbeitou mrt, 5 min walk only. The hotel's bathtub is big and nice for hotspring. Overall the room is clean, but the bed is too soft, the toilet is all transparent without any curtain and the lighting is too dark. As a family of four, we were given a large room next to a storage closet with boxes crowded beside the door. The room smelled like a high school gym locker room. There was garbage on the floor and the carpet looked like it had been stomped on by muddy elephants. My kids found old socks, lollipop, and baby bottle (among other things) under the beds. Worse yet, it had windows opening to concrete walls.

Upon complaining to the front desk, they offered us another room, which was slightly better. (We suspect that they knew about the condition of the first room.) There was no window, dustballs were all over the floor, poor lighting, and very small for two double beds. The towels provided were old, yellow stained and tattered. The walls were marked up with stains both inside the room and along the hallways.

All the staff were rude and have no concept of the word \"helpful\". Cleaning staff does not do any cleaning unless we specifically asked them to.

The hotsprings pools are segregated for men and women - not advertised. Guests are given coupons to use the facilities - only once per day.

From all of these, what would you think of the breakfast? You would be correct in your worst assumptions.

Overall, hotel is dark and dank. The moisture level in the hotel is so high that I would not be surprised if there was mold in the walls.

It was a disappointment end to our visit to Taiwan. Had it not been our great experience with other hotels on the island...

温泉の泉質は格別です。雰囲気はバリ風？リゾートに来た気分です。駅からは目と鼻の先なので、とても便利でした。朝食は美味しかったです。台湾らしさのあるメニューでよかった。
設備が古いのは否めません。私の部屋はどうもエアコンの効きが悪いため、寒かった。フロントにブランケットをおねがしたら対応してもらえました。少し評価が低めなのはそういうところからなのかな？と思いました。私はアリだと思いました。

整體上我覺得這間旅館是好我，但是也有幾個地方可以改善一下，那就更完美：
第一：Check-in的時間太晚了，我當天到達的時間大約兩點，但櫃檯職員通知我說要晚上8點才有房間提供！因為天氣有點熱，我還想沖個涼再出去，結果我就要在外邊逛街到8點才回旅館沖涼！
第二：房間的空調不足，雖然在房間內已經有電風扇來彌補空調不足的問題，但我覺得還是需要改善的地方！
第三：房間的WiFi 訊號在溫泉那邊總是收不到，所以我在泡溫泉時，永遠都是不能上網，那就令我很困擾的問題！
我就覺得這幾方面是可以改善的地方！

MRT新北投からのアクセス良好。周りの観光スポットも近い。建物は若干古めで、隣の部屋の音が少し響くため、気になる人はいるかも。古さよりも部屋に温泉がついていて、大浴場も利用できる点が勝つ。ゆっくり出来ました。フロントのスタッフさんはとても親切。少々の英語が話せれば、コミュニケーションには困らない。

チェックイン時間は要確認

ホテル詳細では20時チェックインとなってましたが、15時に聞いてみると16時か17時には入れるとのことで北投散歩に出かけました。でも16時前に雷雨になりホテル玄関前の椅子で休憩していたところ、部屋の準備ができたとのことで、早速温泉を楽しめました。
ピークシーズンだと20時なのかもしれませんが、とりあえず聞いてみるのはありです。
スタッフに日本語堪能な女性がいたのもとても助かりました。

大浴場の温泉には、内風呂、露天風呂、サウナがあり、旅の疲れを癒すことが出来ました。
部屋の中にも、シャワーに加えて温泉が溜められる湯船があり、贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
朝食はバイキング形式で種類も豊富で、ゆっくりと食べることが出来ました。とくにルーロー飯が美味しかったです。
日本語が喋れるスタッフさんがおり、施設の説明をしてもらい助かりました。

房間比較老舊一點，但是泡澡的浴室算是有整修過還不錯。

部屋に温泉が付いており、さらに大浴場（露天風呂もある）がある。ゆっくり過ごすには最高の場所でした。朝食も美味しくいただけました。2日とも大浴場は08:30〜10:00まで利用したが、ガラガラで大満足。日本と違い24時間利用はできないのが残念。しかし、いい湯だった。

離新北投車站很近，溫泉很舒服，房間和公眾的都有，包正常早餐，附近很多觀光地方，房間床很大，冷氣偏凍，亦只提供1支門匙。整體而言尚算不錯。有機會會再入住。

Poor Experience

The room is very old and not bright enough. The room is noisy due to various sources like AC controller, electricity, fridge, etc. I woke up a few times and could not sleep further. The only point I chose this hotel is there is private hotspring in the room. Quality of breakfast is so so.

服務人員都很棒，各個笑容滿面。大眾湯池乾淨整潔，環境舒適。房間中規中矩，早餐很豐盛。

酒店地點好，很近㨗運運站，出入方便，房間有個小溫泉池，但對我來說夠用可了，總體不錯有下次👍👍
