Security is there in the day. I don’t know about night time cause I’m sure they would be very busy at night.

Safety locks on door more than one made me feel safe. Best to get everything you need prior to arrival. Once your in stay in do not hang out on balcony personally I don’t recommend it.
Otherwise good rest and comfort is there

Omg this place did not look like the pics at all. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt it’s very dated and has that old moldy smell. Then it’s in a sketchy part of town and gotta shady looking people hanging around and just didn’t feel safe.

This time around I was in. Non smoking room much better than previous stay. Could not use Television due to remote not working. Staff could be a little more friendly. Because you use apps to book online at a discounted rate when you get to the hotel they charge you. Extra for a deposit which is refundable.but also an extra service fee. I was booked from Saturday until Tuesday by someone else. When I reserved for and extra day. I was told in order to keep same room I would have to pay $ 20 extra. So was made to check out wait until 3pm to check back in and into the same room which did not make sense at all. The hotel is in a quiet area I can say that. It serves the purpose of a place to lay your head if you don't have a place to stay.

Property definitely needs remodeling but it’s $50 a night you get what you pay for. It’s like a motel in my opinion, this place is definitely a last minute place to get ready for an event or just to stay overnight but I wouldn’t stay here multiple nights

The water smelled terrible, the wifi was hit or miss if it was going to be working, the main office was in terrible condition and the vending machines had out of date food and not drinkable sodas, the cans were caving in on the soda in the vending machine, I wouldn't trust the microwave they had in the office for anything, there was 1 tiny trashcan in the whole room, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way and the door handle you could see thru a big hole around it, the latch on the front door was broken, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND very terrible place the only good thing they have is the fact that its cheap. Never again will I ever stay at a dallas love in my life. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

The pictures were inaccurate. They were obviously from previous owners u see a different brand. The room was pretty clean, but there was just a thin sheet on the bed. No way to adjust the a/c. I’m glad I was just there for one night. I would never stay at this property again

Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review.

The location was great quiet and secluded no high traffic or noise. The only problem was the bedding was not clean stained linen and a couple of roaches. I asked for a bottom floor room and was told all were taken. Which i think it was about 60 bottom rooms and it didnt seem to be that many guests overall throughout the stay. There was afridge in the room but no microwave.Overall it was decent for the price from Hotels.com, Especially if you have no where to stay.

This was suppose to be a pay on property, and free cancel before 10pm. They Charged my card for the full amount and woul not allow me to cancel. They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT.
DON'T DO IT.

The pictures on Expedia definitely do not tell the full description. There was a $20 security deposit not mentioned when i made the reservation. Our room was ok. The tub/shower was very jerry-rigged. A shower floor was installed on top of the tub. No mirror at the sink. It was om the opposite wall. The fridge was definitely second hand looking. And froze our drinks. We went to dinner our first night came back and our room smelled like someone had smoke a bunch of weed inside our room. We had to leave the door open for over an hour to air it out. And my spouse is deathly allergic to weed.
And the tv is a roku tv but there was no roku remote so we had no tv and the wifi was terrible too. I dont like being negative about places. But this was worse than the Motel 6 i stayed at last month.

Our room smelled like smoke, cigarette holes were in the sheets. There was peeling paint and obvious need of repairs and upgrades. They had no blanket on the bed, just a super thin cover and a sheet. It felt unsafe and dirty. We asked for a late check- out because of a delayed flight we arrived at 3am and were denied.
The next morning when we woke up police were arresting a man a few doors down from us. We checked out and will never be back.

Front desk wasn't very personable and welcoming. Nevertheless the reason for.the low rating is based on the room. It was decently clean. Clean sheets but the bathroom and bathtub smelled like sewage and the bathroom was way too small. I had to step outside it to wipe my butt. Almost fell out of the high tub I didn't realize it was accessible or something..also they are doing construction on the roads. Not good if you use public transportation. Have to walk a longer way. Does have McDonald's and a convenient store nearby in walking distance. Overall

What a horrible Hotel, the room was dirty, I booked a room with a queen size bed and the bed was way smaller maybe was a full size bed.
The sheets and linens and pillows were all dirty they had stains on them.

The the paint on the walls were peeling, there is a really bad smell in the room. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom on top of the toilet and there was two of us

Overall it was just a dirty rundown Hotel with a lot of questionable people around. We hear people arguing in the room next door. The police reeked of cigarette smoke.

It was so bad after checking and looking at the room, we left and booked a different Hotel someplace else. We could not bare the idea of staying at this hotel. Unfortunately I lost a little over $100 booking this property. There is no way I was going to stay at this place, nor will I ever return to this hotel.

This was the most disgusting place I've ever been to. Cockroaches and other insects ON THE SECOND FLOOR, crawling from all around the baseboards. A literal hole in the wall behind the toilet. Hair and stains were everywhere so I know they didn't clean. No microwaves in-unit and the one at the front desk was DISGUSTING. Full of sludge and grime, didn't spin, and the entire thing was so slanted im surprised people's food doesn't slide out. Staff were incredibly rude and barely could understand English. Still haven't received my deposit back, despite following all protocols perfectly to get it, but they said it can take up to 25 days. Maybe they are just hoping I would forget and not complain?

STAY AWAY! Spend the extra $10 somewhere else. It is NOT worth it

Everything was lacking. The banging on my door by the homeless people… The roach I found crawling around in the bathroom… The cigarette burn on the bedsheets… The rude staff… Nothing was like the pictures listed on the Expedia website… Dirty walls… No telephone in the room like as what was listed with amenities… amenities also list vegan and vegetarian option meals. The only thing even remotely close to food was a half filled vending machine… after the banging on my door started I moved the dresser in front of the door to make sure nobody could get in… The latch lock was broken…. I really should have been clued in when in the rules. It states you have to wear clothes outside. That should’ve been my first clue of what I was walking into. Never ever again.

The guy at the front seat was not very friendly but then again there was drug dealers and hookers walking in and out of doors. Cops showed up the minute after I checked in. We were there just to sleep for the night so it was quiet enough to do that. Room was clean but only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Cigarette burns on the beds and comforters.

Parking did not feel safe and easy. There appeared to be a lot of unusual activity and traffic no matter the time of day. I d ok by put your belongings on the ground! They have roaches. The best for last the staff. There are two guys work at night whom are very short tempered both. A situation arise where I was charged the fee on Expedia already and they were saying a service fee and a deposit are do. No where online does it say I need to swipe my credit card 2 times when I arrive. I pray this place burns in hell.

The staff is unfriendly and rude. The room was not clean and had cockroaches and the AC unit was VERY nasty! Black dirt caked onto the filter of the AC ( I had to scrape if off before I could wash the filter) and it took 30 minutes to clean it so that it was decent. And, I bought RAID to spray the room - twice during my stay.

The place is old, dirty and the staff is NOT trying to do better either. They are rude, roaches and cockroaches are to be found. I had to THOROUGHLY CLEAN INCLUDING THE AC unit AND SPRAYED 2 cans of bug spray while there. Being unfamiliar with the area - they got me and I was in a pickle and needed a place ASAP in that area. Forget that it is close to Love Field and SW Airlines. Here, you really DO GET what you pay for - yuk! No bargins here and the aggravation made it worst! Vending machine with water and Gatorade in NOT REFRIGERATED and folks use their hands to get ice out of their ice machine next to the nastiest microwave I have ever seen. The smoke detector did not work either. It was really horrible! Awful. Bad. And it stinks...no really. The check-in area/ \"vending and ice\" - that should have been the red flag but, l was HOPING that it would get better somehow? Especially after i did all that cleaning!

Grimy is the only word to describe my experience. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the photos were a lie. The floor was dirty, they walls had grey grease spots from the people that have been there. Black stuff was growing the shower and the sink where you washed your hands smelt like sewage water. The phone was broken, the TV didn't work, and the lock on the door was broken. The front lobby was also a filthy, dirty mess and the front office was a mess as well.

The only saving grace was the clean sheets. The white sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room.

Inside of room is not very clean. Within 5 min of check-in, I requested a refund. The linen had scuff marks, the room reeked of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls. The customer service number provided in email has as area code from Puerto Rico and does not work. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re desperate.

Their number provided on Google and Expedia does not work. There were roaches and other bugs everywhere in our room. The pictures of the bedrooms are not accurate. I was given one small trash can for use, so when it overfilled i had to walk downstairs to dispose my trash. The microwave was dirty on the inside. The towels were stained. If you need to stay somewhere cheap for a short amount of time this might be great for you. Overall i would not recommend and will not be booking here again.
