The hotel is nice. In a busy area. Parking is $15 a night. Breakfast was sufficient. No hot water in the shower and my friend got stuck in the elevator. Also, the music was way too loud on the rooftop. Hard to get sleep with all the music. My friend was on the 7th floor and facing the highway. No sleep at all. My room was on the 5th floor no problems with noises.

It’s a shame that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in. He was very helpful, professional and kind. Due to an early flight I checked in super early, he had a room ready and gave it to me instead of making wait until the afternoon to check in which I really appreciated after flying all night. Thus gentleman also allowed my son and I to have breakfast for free. Amazing! The property it’s besides a busy expressway so coming in and out of the hotel was a bit busy due to traffic but other than that it was amazing. The hotel has a very nice breakfast included and the staff was wonderful. The hotel has a roof top with a fantastic view. Always very clean. Ill definitely recommend it.

Staff was super friendly and the building and room were clean. This properties only downfall is their location next to the highway. The road noise is pretty loud even at night. They do provide ear plugs and a white noise maker, but something to know if you're a really light sleeper.

It was a great hotel, very clean and amazing. The staff is what killed it for me. A young girl (after we already check in the prevs day ) questioned and made a huge scene in front of others acusing us of sneaking the dogs in and saying we didn’t pay when we did.

To keep it “short” and “sweet.” The property its self was located in a sufficient “ducked off” area while being fairly quiet indoors even while being placed by a busy highway. Front desk staff were decent and great at being polite. However the cleanliness and cleaning service of the hotel was ABSOLUTELY trash and unacceptable. Upon my check in into the room, I instantly noticed long hair strands on the floor by the bed and INSIDE the bathroom as well as hair on the soap bottles in the shower. I unfortunately broke a bottle of wine in my room, I told someone in the lobby, they let housekeeping know, in which the floor remained sticky and the wine itself was still visible underneath the room’s mini-fridge… they didn’t even attempt to sweep up the other debris around the room in which resulted to me wearing slides or socks around the room constantly. The shower had a weird smell after my daily showers and the AC unit blew a mildew like smell if I blew heat (anything over 70 degrees.) Very uncomfortable and more than likely will never stay again.

Room was very clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were excellent and I slept well. Bathroom clean and worked well.
Breakfast was good. The bagels were hard and dried out. No microwave in breakfast area to warm them. Breakfast area clean, I had eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee. I would stay there again.

My stay at Tru by Hilton Dallas Downtown Market Center was excellent. Check-in was smooth...I arrived three hours early, but my room was ready and I given immediate access. The room and facility was clean, the staff was very friendly. Deja, in particular, was extremely courteous and helpful with all of my questions. The breakfast options were good, coffee always hot and fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again on my next visit to Dallas.

The hotel was nice overall. Aside from our initial check-in, most of the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms weren’t as clean as hoped. There was hair, dust, crumbs etc. around the mattress on the bed base, but the bedding looked clean. Two bulbs were out in our room, but once informed, the hotel staff replaced them quickly. We had a room that was next to the gas station and the window coverings weren’t sufficient to block out the light. The amenities were good though and the location was great for what needed.

If you want to sleep this is not the place for you. It is right next to the freeway so you basically feel like you are sleeping on the highway. We were on the 2nd floor and asked to be moved up in hopes that the noise would not be as bad. That was not the case. It was worse! The staff are great/friendly, the hotel is clean, the amenities are wonderful, the bar is nice, and the breakfast was decent. But I had to wear ear plugs and have the tv on all night and could still hear the Indy 500 speedway right outside all day and night.

Room service never came clean the room spent three days here and nobody shows up. We asked the room service and the front desk to clean their room from the second day and nobody care there is no shop nearby only gas station. The gym equipment is not that great very few and small the protest employee who she checked and she was great per professional customer service but the others who we asked for our room to be clean, they weren’t.

#1 Be prepared to spend $15 for parking, and THEN.....you may or may NOT be able to find an available parking spot open!!! This happened to us after coming back to our room from a hockey game in Dallas. Grrr!

Cute, little boutique hotel located just north of downtown Dallas. The location was perfect for our needs. Easy to get to. Hotel was clean and front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are small, but were clean and well appointed. The best part is the rooftop Monkey Bar. Lovely tequila bar serving cocktails and appetizers, with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the downtown skyline. Drinks are on the pricey side, but it was a very nice place to have a nighcap. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location for anyone attending the Midevil Times venue. We walked!
Room was clean…nice selection for breakfast. Didn’t get to try the Monkey Bar on the 9th floor, but heard it’s pretty nice. Only complaint was noise from freeway, but that was to be expected given how close we were to it.

Don’t stay on the highway side of the hotel-it was ridiculously loud. Same goes for the elevators. Breakfast was inedible. Coffee good though. The front desk woman was dis interested. Did not tell us in advance that parking was going to be $15. We spent $473.00 for a 2 night stay. I would recommend spending a little more for a nicer hotel. For the experience we had, we should have stayed at a Sleep Inn…it would have been less, and the parking is free. In short, skip this dump. It sucked.

The hotel is right on the freeway so road noise is terrible. Trying to get out of the hotel parking lot onto the feeder road in the morning was a nightmare with traffic. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for close to 10 mins. Hotel was clean but I wouldn’t say again due to the location.

I booked a room with 2 beds quite sometime in advance but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were only single king rooms available. We had originally booked for there to be3 people on the trip but luckily for us, only 2 of us ended up making the trip. Had all 3 of us traveled then we would not have been able to make this work

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong is that you can hear every single noise coming from the street. The highway is right next to the hotel and all night I heard cars zooming past. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you but aside from that, it was great.

There was no parking for hotel guests on Saturday at 10PM due to a club being on the 9th floor (and their valet parking taking all of the spaces) I have several scary elevator rides with intoxicated bar guests on the elevator.

We booked 2 rooms separately and they canceled one of them even though we booked and paid over 2 months in advance. I was told they canceled it with Hotels.com, but could not verity that when I painstakingly reached out to hotels.com. On the phone for an hour. Finally got a refund approved and luckily found another hotel to stay at. Hotel had overbooked.
