Trying to have a meal in the evening was very difficult. There were no options that were not heavy fried as far as appetizers to just have with a drink.

My friend wanted a black coffee and the guy who was taking our order at the bar, said go and serve yourself at the free coffee in the middle. And he said they had just made it an hour ago, but I’ve had been waiting in the lobby for an hour and I didn’t see anybody replaced coffee.

It was at a great location. Pool and hot tub looked great, but it was too late for us to get in. The only thing was breakfast was a little too expensive for me, $18 for the buffet. Other than that it was a great stay.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable but the room smelled like Marijuana really bad. It was so strong and you could tell they just sprayed something to mask the smell. The food was ok at the restaurant but the cocktails were so strong. I probably would stay there again if i knew for certain the room was not smoked in at all ever.

The property is older & seems to be running down. The microwave malfunctioned, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work and even the rugs/carpets were dingy. The television in the room was tiny and you have to call maintenance just to get the heat working. Totally inconvenient!

There is no shuttle to/from the airport.

The hotel itself was great. Room was clean, always had plenty of fresh coffee available in the lobby. Unfortunately the parking lot was a bit sketchy, we were in town for a show across at Market Hall and had a truck and trailer, as well as many other exhibitors staying at the same property, we were fortunate to not have any issues ourselves but others in our group had vehicles stolen from the parking lot over night. Security could definitely be better.

The room was alright and staff was alright as well. On the way checking out there was a roach in the hallway on the wall. The hot tub I’m guessing had some white chemicals that was sitting at the bottom of the pool that ended up all over our feet, elbows, and hands which took a while to come off.

Everything stood out! I loved where the hotel was located, the staff was awesome and saved me some money on parking for the Mavs game! The room was clean, beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The breakfast was great and a decent price as well.

If you are looking for a place to stay close to downtown Dallas then THIS is the hotel for you! 10/10 Recommend!!!

I attempted to check in and they wouldn't find mybreservation. She contacted Expedia and searched through Expedias portal. Even after showing my reservation ot was not honored. I had to reserve theough the hotel again. I attempted several times to contact expedia w no luck. Even tried the virtual link. Will be asking for a full refund

AC was stuck on all night long. In the morning a putrid sulfur smell filled the wing my room was on. I invited the front desk person to come smell it and no one ever showed up. Hot tub was dirty and disgusting. Gym equipment is broken. 0/10.

To start with when I checked in the room was 67 I set the thermostat on 72 one hr later the room was still 67, I called the operator and reported the problem, about a hr later a guy check the heater it took about a hr to get my room warm. That evening I went down to
Dinner it was so cold in the lobby people were eating with their coats on,, I ask them to give me a hamburger and fries to goto eat in my room, I sat their 37 minutes waiting for my food I asked the waitress and she brought it right out to me, I got to

That evening I was going to take a hot bath until I opened the shower curtain there was black mold on the water handle, the same mold was on the facet and there was black slim running into the tub from the drain, it was discusting I called around and could not find a room else were because of the winter storm

The AC box was not working. In order to turn on the heater maintenance had to personally come and turn it on. If we wanted to switch back to cold air he has to come again. We just chose cold air. The staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

Everything was great except when arrived and were checking in we were told the boiler was out and there was no hot water. The front desk attendant told me i can get a refund or stay. I endedd uo staying since it was 7pm and I was with my granddaughter who was scheduled for surgery the next morning and I had no time to find anither Hotel at the time. Costumer service was grear. We were given 2 vouchers for their breakfast buffet.

Everything was good except the hot tub wasn't working and that's one of the reasons we booked this room was to enjoy the hot tub. I will always ask next time if the hot tub is working. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was courteous and the beds were comfortable with big pillows!!

Staff was great, it’s the hotel that’s frustrating. We had to have maintenance come into our room to change a valve from the heat to the AC. And breakfast was written about in our key cards and mentioned at check in but no one ever said it cost 18$, till we had a plate and ready to eat. Almost put the plate down and walked away but didn’t want to be rude.

Although the bed and bathroom were clean, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s not the typical Hilton you’d expect. Would have switched to a different hotel, if it wasn’t for my group of family all staying here as well.

Unfortunately, there was a sewage leak and we had to switch rooms. There was an older and each one of the rooms that we were in. The best part was the staff member Johnny. He was so helpful and even helped locate some activities in Dallas for us newcomers. I would stay again, but they need to fix the sewage.

The room was fine. Didn't have much interaction with staff.
Except at check-in. The desk guy tried to charge me for the room. When I told him I had paid for it already through Hotels.com. After more research on his part, he agreed that it was paid for. He then told me I need to pay a 50 dollar incidental fee which will be refunded if I didn't use any incidentals. Okay fine...no problem. I used my debit card only to find when I checked my bank account today they not only charged the 50 dollars but they also charged me again for the room. I am not too happy about this. I will be calling them tomorrow to request a refund for the additional room charge. If Hotels.com can help with this I will be grateful but I don't really feel it is your problem. One more thing. They also told me that the breakfast buffet would be an additional 18 dollars. I told them my reservation included the buffet. So the desk clerk gave me a voucher for the buffet. That was fair and I was told the buffet was from 6 am til 10 am. When I went down for breakfast at around 6:15 they were in process of setting out a continental breakfast. There was no sign of any cooking (not even coffee) going on so I just left and bought a breakfast sandwich at a fast food on my way home. If they do not refund the room overcharge very quickly I will not be staying with Hilton again.

Room was extremely cold upon arrival. Adjusted via thermostat, but no change in temperature.
Front desk advised that maintenance is required to turn on heating via opening in the ceiling, which I found absolutely ridiculous, as I’ve stayed in numerous hotels both business and leisure, and have NEVER known anything like this.
Arrived at 3pm, NO food available, as kitchen doesn’t open until 6pm. No room service available.
Expected more from a Hilton.

Elevators are really slow, they have 3 but only one works. Bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are horrible. No continental breakfast was a buffet for 18 dollars and was continental type food. Ordered door dash instead. Service was very good everyone nice and helpful. would not stay again.
