Not a big selection of breakfast or options. Basically they switch out their meat every day, but everything else was the same after a week. It did get pretty monotonous. Only other complaint is that we booked a King suite and our king bed was more like a queen but they swear it's a king

The room's door handle was difficult to use. The shower has no lip to the bathroom floor, and the floors are mis-sloped, causing standing water. Parking is $25 per day, and there's nothing but the hotel on the property. There are much nicer resorts for the value.

The hot tub was great. The pool was good. You had access to all the other property pools around. Also, the breakfast was good plenty to go around would definitely say again. I would say that they could use a little bleach in the bathrooms in the rooms around the outside, where the toilet and tub meet other than that, it was OK

The property has three Marriott Hotels in a circle, they share a common open area for kids to play, and a mini mall with a eatery. I love that it is within walking distance of three large restaurants. I stayed at the Springhill Suites. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of food items and a full waffle station. I will definitely stay here again.

Service is great and we appreciate the free breakfast. The hotel is not the newest and greatest. Amenities are old and in need of repair and replacement. Beds are old and sunken. They should be replaced but I guess demands is high and delaying it. The price is affordable so will attract budget travelers. They will not be happy with the beds.

Beds were comfortable. Awesome pools and hot tubs. Pull out couch very uncomfortable, not even the kids could sleep on it. Wish there was a full length mirror, bigger vanity. We loved the breakfast, proximity to attractions. Nice that there were multiple restaurants within walking distance. Staff was kind and helpful.

My wife and I booked a king room months before our stay. Upon arrival to the property we were told there were none available. We had also requested a pack and play for our son and they weren’t even sure if there were any left. After over an hour wait we finally received a pack and play. We ended up moving rooms the following day back to a king room. The last night of the stay we got back to our room to find it had never been made up or new towels left. Went down to desk and were told someone would be up within a half hour. After an hour we went back to desk and said they would get someone right on it. After another hour I had about lost it and my 2 year old was over tired losing his mind (this was 10pm) and finally got someone to bring us clean towels. The staff were terrible, no communication, and management less than helpful. I’ve stayed in tons of hotels over the years and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. The shower curtains weren’t even long enough to go down over the tub and would soak the floor everytime you took a shower. I Will NEVER stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was ok, literally the only positive to the entire place.

It was terrible in every way. First, the shower curtain fell off the hooks, and despite asking three times to have it replaced, nothing was done. The mattress was also in awful condition, with a noticeable hole in the middle, and no solution was offered.

We were eventually forced to request another room, but only after staying two nights with no shower curtain and a damaged mattress. When we were finally moved, it felt far too late.

To make matters worse, a shopping bag mysteriously disappeared from our room, and no explanation was ever provided.

Overall, a very disappointing experience—never again. If you stay at this hotel, don’t expect anything better than what you’d find at a roadside motel.

We chose this hotel on a recent trip to Disney World and Universal. It is in a convenient location and a close drive to both parks, as well as an easy walk to several restaurants.

It is very clean and well kept with friendly staff that were readily available.

There were only a couple things we weren't crazy about

- It was difficult to walk around in the room with the sleeper sofa because of where/how the \"living area\" TV was mounted
- No freezer in the in-room fridge - usually hotel fridges have a small freezer tray. This one didn't, so we had to buy leak-proof bags and fill them with ice each day for our cooler
- Breakfast food quality was great, but there was little day-to-day variety and not much seating considering the size of the hotel

All was amazing, with the exception of the day that we checked in the front desk the young lady at the desk completely ignored me, she was changing shifts and did not even said will be with you shortly. I kept asking and saying hello and she completely ignored me. Mia I believe is her name. You see when you go on vacation with your kids for a celebration and you are a client you at least expect acknowledgment and people to look in the eyes. That shows respect. That’s is the only thing really bothered me. Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building, the staff on shift managed everything with lots of professionalism.
This is our second time choosing this hotel.

Entire hotel including room was clean and smelled fresh. Could use some updating in the bathroom but never the less clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and spacious and a good start to the day. Location was close to both Disney and Universal and easy on and off the highway. I am a travel advisor and I would choose this hotel again for another stay personally and recommend to others.

Location of the hotel was superb. My room was clean the only issues was my refrigerator had no shelves and the charging ports wasn't work. I had a issue with children running up and down the hallway banging on doors and had to go to the desk for a complaint. Breakfast was decent the only thing I didn't like was there was no flavor creamer for coffee.

There wasn't any hot water throughout the whole hotel my 1st night. No notice of this when i checked in at all. The hotel elevator closest to the end I was on was out the whole stay except for the last night there. And the wait for the other elevators was unreal to get up and down. So there was a lot of stairway trips taken up and down from the 5th floor. Very inconvenient stay

Unfortunately I will never go back to this hotel. Only one elevator was working forcing us to use the stairs, the bathroom sink was cracked the bathroom shower was poorly patched making it look nasty, hall ways looks new but the rooms has an old aspect. The breakfast had no variety they run out things just an embarrassing place to be I will never choose this chain of hotel again. I felt scammed

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. For most of our visit only 1 out of about 6 elevators was working, which meant extremely long waits just to get to our room. Breakfast was also disappointing, very limited hot food options, basically the same eggs and sausage every day, and when potatoes were served they were overcooked and unappetizing. Breakfast was the thing I was most looking forward to because of the reviews but it was very disappointing. The front desk staff was not very friendly, and overall the service felt lacking, with the exception of one dining staff member and a woman working at the bistro who were both pleasant. At one point, a staff member even made us feel uncomfortable for ordering food about 30 minutes before closing. The location is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Otherwise, it fell far below what I would expect from Marriott standards. 😕 Also, not only do you get charged $25/night parking, I already knew, but they tax you on it as well. It's not even secure parking, anybody and everybody has access to it. Pools were nice and kid friendly. But there is no such thing as \"heated\" pool, it's just half inside an indoor structure and water was freezing. Gym was good and there's a fun little arcade. For the price, I believe there's better options out there with better amenities and staff....
