My stay was great, I was there for 3 days. When I arrived, they didn’t have a room ready but I only waited about 10 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. Also on my last day there, someone across the hall had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking but it was only for about an hour or 2. Other than that, the room was spotless, the area was nice and quiet. And some of the staff were nice. Will definitely be back!

Room and hotel were very clean. The front desk lady was really friendly, helpful and had me check in fast. The security guy is also the shuttle driver - he was also very nice. And accommodating. I had a 5 am shuttle booked ad was running about 2 minutes late - he called me just before 5am and made sure I was on the shuttle back to the airport. Would stay here again.

WONDERFUL stay. The property is conveniently located to all the places we wanted to go: downtown; Dallas Zoo; SMU Stadium, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed extra pillows and towels. Your room was exceptionally clean. The ONLY DOWNFALL, when getting ice on the 2nd floor ( the not ice machine-we were on the 3rd floor) my husband was approached by 3 PROSTITUTES! He immediately went downstairs to the front desk, and the manager had already seen what happened in the cameras. He said he recognized one of the girls, and it was being handled. This is supposed to be a family hotel, and this was a big disappointment! Other than that one incident, which we ultimately just let go of, or stay was EXCELLENT. The next time we are in Dallas, this is where we will be.

Everything above! Caring attentive staff, lovely rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Staff members went over and above standard service to assist me with making reservations to restaurants, as well as suggesting ways to save even more $ on my trip. Dulce (although young) is a person who should get promoted to a higher level within your organization. She displayed calmness & truly listened to visitor's requests, etc. Also: Evelyn, Robert, Perry and Terrence were equally pleasant. I have forgotten a particular lady server (brain fart I can't recall her name) who was loving and doted on the breakfast diners as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a location that worked for my overnight DFW to DAL (love) transfer. One drawback - airport shuttle runs on the hour, and that info wasn’t online when booking. So I had the option of sleeping from 130a-530a and taking the shuttle, or sleeping until 625a and taking a Lyft. Since I was already taking an overnight connection, I chose the latter, which meant no shuttle. Would be ideal for my situation if there were q30min shuttles, especially during peak departure hours

The room we received at this booking was very dirty. It was a “suite” with a kitchenette. The floors were very dirty and the table tops had debris and sticky residue on them. The road noise was unbearable. Even trying to get past the dirty room we could not sleep. This property is right next to the freeway and the floor to ceiling windows even when closed and curtains closed let in all the noise.

Good Breakfast, But Poor Front Desk and Housekeeping Service

I stayed at Staybridge Suites with my one-year-old baby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful during my stay. The housekeeping service was also disappointing, except for Ms. Verjinia, who was very kind and did her job well.

The breakfast was good, but I was disappointed that they didn’t allow take-out. Since I was traveling with a baby, it was difficult for me to eat comfortably in the breakfast area. Because of that, I couldn’t really enjoy my breakfast time.

Overall, the hotel needs improvement in customer service and housekeeping.

Id expect this from a roadside hotel

We booked a room with a roll in shower after filtering the search options to only show hotels with roll in showers, and got a room with no roll in shower. There was no cold water in the bathroom. We could not connect to the WiFi or cast to the tv or plug anything into the hdmi port. The front desk told us they didn’t have any rooms with roll in showers on the property.
My husband spoke with the manager after the first night and when our kids almost got burned in the shower with how hot the water was, and she was able to find a room with a roll in shower and had non scalding hot water.
However, half the outlets didn’t work in the room.
The beds were like rocks. The “full service” restaurant only serves 2-3 items for 3 hours at dinner and is open for 3 hours at breakfast.

The towels were hard and crusty
The floor around the toilet was stained like no one had cleaned the dribbled pee off the toilet in months.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

Needed a quick overnight stay from a late night flight into DFW Love. Very surprised by the quality of the establishment given its location to the highway and older neighborhood. Even though we arrived super late and the deskclerk was dealing with several issues, we were checked in promptly and given all needed information. She alerted us to one of the elevators being out of service and that they were working diligently to get it fixed. This did not affect our stay but I appreciated the forethought to tell us. Our room was amazingly spacious and very up to date including a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, and full size refrigerator with freezer. An amazingly full breakfast was provided the following morning with numerous options. The only \"bad\" thing I can say is that you can hear the highway traffic as it is located right next to it. Even still it was very easy to fall asleep. Came in late on a Saturday night and it definitely was not a \"party hotel\". Highly recommend.

However, the “free airport shuttle” is only available for Love Field, not DFW so false advertising on their website as well as Expedia. And, no porters to assist with luggage so I had to figure out how to move all my bags from my international flight in and out of the hotel.

I stay there almost every other weekend the past couple times had an storm and wake us up in the middle of the night this past day there was red stains on the counter, dirty diapers in the trashcan, hand towel, and wash rags have been used by somebody and left on the counter And food was left in the refrigerator. I let Brandon know at the front desk on checkout day and he didn’t know what to say except for the sounds very unusual. I called down to the lady that checked me in Gracie I think told her about it and also called when I found out there was food and such and diapers Have been used and left in the room and is all I was told by a gentleman with an accent was OK I’ll send somebody up there and we first arrived. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, but they came promptly and fix that and then all these other things happens and we noticed throughout the evening when we left and came back.

It's no frills, but it did the job I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind, especially the two girls in the restaurant/bar. A man came into my room, unannounced, while I was in the bathroom. That was weird. I'm not sure who he was or why he was there, but we startled each other. If he was maintenance, he definitely should have knocked and announced himself prior. The airport shuttle was a nice touch.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived.

When we called for help with the HDMI input on the TV, they said it wasn’t working. We were able to figure it out ourselves, so it obviously was working.

The cooktop wasn’t working. They said they’d send someone up. When we called back about ten minutes later, they hung up. When we called back, they asked us to hold, then hung up. When we came down to ask for help, they admitted that everyone on the maintenance crew was gone for the day.

The Staybridge Suites was the perfect choice for my long trip to Dallas! (8 nights!) It was centrally located, within 15 minutes of everything I needed to get to on my trip (Dallas Art Museum, Galleria, Botanical Gardens, etc.).The breakfast each morning was exquisite and delicious in the newly renovated dining space. The pool area was well maintained and the staff, from Perry the shuttle man to the management and front desk staff were phenomenal! I felt cared for at each moment, and they were extremely knowledgeable. I will be back!

Free Parking compared to other Hotels in this area. Smooth Check In. If you’re wanting to purchase anything from the hotel such as snacks, toothpaste, etc. Card Payments only no CASH. The complimentary Breakfast was amazing. Prepare to give the Waitress or Waiter your Room number before you can enter. The Hotel Room was CLEAN and provided everything I needed for my 3 day stay. Beautiful Kitchen which comes with mostly everything you need. Bathroom Forgot your Soap, Shampoo, or Conditioner No worries it’s Supplied for you in the shower (Dove Products). Overall awesome stay. Some employees didn’t speak English but no worries they were friendly and tried their best to help in anyway. Will be staying here again in the FUTURE.

My stay was a good experience and the front desk lady was very friendly and help me with anything I needed. My only concern and issue I had was the way my husband was being treated when all he wanted to do was to view the breakfast for possibly to eat. I was told a guy who worked there stopped him and questioned him on who he was and what he was doing there and he had to confirm everything with him while he searched in the system. That is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how you treat your paying guests. If there is such a problem with people not being guests there and eating then you should provide wristbands to your guests like any other place instead of harassing people. After everything was said and done after 5 minutes or so he no longer wanted to even step foot back in there.

Everything was great EXCEPT the time it took to get picked up at the airport by the shuttle. I called to tell the girl at the front desk that we had our luggage and were walking out to get picked up. She told me to call back when we were standing under the green signs. I called again when we were at the green signs and she said, “ok, I’ll send it.” Why couldn’t she send it when I told her we had our bags and were walking out? Instead, we had to wait 28 minutes standing under the sign. I had called earlier that day to tell them what time our flight came in and that we would need a shuttle pickup. One reason I chose Staybridge was because it offered this service. The shuttle driver was great but the counter person could have been more prosctive. Once a person is walking out of the terminal, they should be able to request pickup.

Let me start this by saying I will stay here again. Its very close to my corporate headquarters, and it has a restaurant inside which is very convenient. Employees were all nice, the other patrons were nice, bed was decent, bathroom all of that were fine. My only minor complaint would be the wallpaper was peeling in the room and there was a rusty looking spot on the wall close to the ceiling above the AC. It was nasty looking and I felt a little concerned about mold...again it was a minor thing and I will stay here again but fix that wallpaper and clean the rust off the wall.

Service at this hotel is top-notch. From being greeted warmly at check in, to taking my airport shuttle reservations, to accommodating a (very late) check in, I am so impressed with the staff here.
Being able to park at the hotel for the duration of my out-of-town trip was a lifesaver. I was a little disappointed that parking was free for the days I stayed at the hotel - a total of 2 nights - but was not aware of the fee associated with leaving my vehicle there, since it was not advertised. However, the $40 for 3 days was a bargain compared to airport parking, so it worked out well. Even being located right off the highway, my car was untouched and unbothered the entire time.
I reserved a king suite with a kitchenette, and, even though I didn’t utilize the sitting room or kitchen portions, they were both nice options that made the room feel more homey. Lots of outlets, ample blankets and towels, clean surfaces. First room had a weird setup for the heat/AC but I figured it out after asking the front desk and plugging the unit back in. Staybridge made my vacation truly rejuvenating at the beginning and end. Definitely will be back!

The property and rooms were in good condition and it was a very pleasant stay. The free breakfast was really good and the waitstaff were so friendly and helpful. But I wouldn’t have stayed in this property because it was too far from DFW. I called prior to booking to ask about the airport shuttle and was never told that there are two airports in Dallas and the hotel only services the other airport with shuttle service. Needless to say I spent over $75 for Ubers and was over 20 mins from the airport. I was very upset because I could’ve picked a closer hotel.

I stayed at this property just one day before my flight back to Orlando. I was stuck between choosing two hotels but I’m glad I chose Staybridge! The property is so clean and smelled amazing! The on site restaurant and bar was chefs kiss! The food and drinks were amazing 10/10! Also the free shuttle to the Airport is also a great perk ! To the staff, keep doing what your doing the property is very well kept and definitely worth the price !

Convenient Airport hotel

This was a miracle reunion stay. My daughter and I had not seen each other since her birth 50 years ago. She lives in AZ and I in FL, so for our reunion, we met to meet one another in Dallas. After getting our luggage the shuttle was pretty prompt getting us at Dallas Love Airport.

Front desk employee must have been new and in training so it was a slow process getting checked in but that was fine, I get it. Our rooms were ready although it seemed like they were a mile down the hallway from the elevators. No problem again, extra steps is good for all.

The room was large, clean, comfortable and set up with dishes and pots/pans and FULL coffee pot which was wonderful. The view from my room was over the pool but in the view of the multi-lane highway. The road noise wasn’t a problem at all. The second night my room wasn’t attended to but after notifying the front desk someone on staff came up and refreshed it, this was AFTER the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day!

I would say this hotel is great if you need to be around the airport. They only have their “social hour” M-W, so we didn’t get to enjoy that since we were there Th-Sat. They do serve breakfast buffet, which was really generous with a great variety of foods. The best employee we met there was “Rudy”, he was so friendly, hardworking and passionate about giving the best customer experience of any hotel employee Ive met in years. PLEASE say Hello. To him for the “Christmas Miracle” he labeled us.
