No windows in the room. But I did particularly like the roof terrace.
The owners, could have made more of this space.
I took photos of the remarkable surrounding buildings and what the search life play on the night sky.
Even able to see KL Tower lit up and view across to Pavilion center.

Good area near the food street, many shopping centres and the train station. Room had everything you needed. The rooms without a city view have frosted windows that look into a wall with no lights coming in so you cannot tell what time of day it is.

One night stay

Hotels like I did in a nice area however having stayed in five or six hotels in that same facility I felt that the room was not of a high-quality or decent size compared to other hotels of a similar price so while I have no problem with the Hotel as such I just felt that it was overpriced compared to many other hotels that I’ve stayed at in the similar area. Staff friendly location is excellent but as I said earlier it’s just a little overpriced.

This is an honest review based on our stay.
The hotel was disappointing. It's not a \"boutique\" hotel at all. Carpets are dirty and our room was very small and nothing like the photos. There was dust and it just didn't feel clean enough. The Aircon was noisy too. No fridge in room so our water was warm.
The worst part (not the fault of the hotel) is the noise. We had loud bass music playing until 5.30AM both nights! Absolutely horrendous.
If you're young and want to party all night then great but not for us.
On a plus the location is near lots of things walkable.

Good receptionists.

The receptionists were terrific especially during the day. She gave us lots of directions and had plenty of patience with us being tourists. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were rock hard. Wifi very iffy.

The pictures don’t do this awful little Pitt justice.The rooms are so small and dingy and the hotel closes and locks the doors at 8 at night due to the area having gangs of men stood around. If you want hot water you have to switch the boiler on and wait 15 minutes for hot water. The only good thing about this place was how quick they got me a taxi and checked me out to leave the country by 4 days sooner

Quality in the heart of Bukit Bintang

Of all the hotels I've stayed at on my current trip, this was the one that exceeded my expectations the most. The room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people, and the bed was very comfortable (as was the sofa bed my friend used with no complaints). Bathroom was clean and modern.
The staff were always welcoming and friendly during our interactions, very professional and helpful as well. Location can't be beat, you're right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Occasional bass thumping can be heard on weekend nights, but only the lightest of sleepers will notice. Subway, restaurants, bars, malls, Jalan Alor... everything you need in walking distance. I don't know if or when I'll be back to KL, but I will definitely stay here again if I do!

Great stylish boutique hotel which is located near the centre of the city. Close to many bars n night markets. Great for bar goers who enjoy night lifes.

All the staff were SO friendly. No fuss when i wanted to change room, + they gave discount some more. Bed was comfortable, air condition is functioning well, if too cold got ceiling fan also. The interior design is nice, hotel got lift. Easy to carry things. However, parking space is really limited (2). If you're lucky, then you'll get a parking space.If not, you can park your car at a public parking space nearby. (pay to car jockey, RM20 1 night)

we book for 3 peoples room and paid extra, but on our first day arrival no one do the set up for the extra bed. front desk are nice. but housekeeping seems like lazy. they just knocked my door 1 time when I was in the room, and they never come back to clean. we were away from 8am till 2.30pm, and came back to our room about 1 hour to take a rest. and we went out again at 3.30 till 6pm, no one come to clean our room even i put the sign \" please make up room\" . I dont know why no supervisor is checking the room.

A nice boutique hotel for a short stay.

The room is clean & new, counter staff was friendly, but I will not recommend family with young children. The surrounding area can be quite dark at night and a lot of pubs around. Breakfast was simple.

The hotel was in a very convenient and tourist area where there was a very big and fantastic night food market, although most of the restaurants a sold the same thing lol. The hotel staff was fantastic and helpful. The room was fantastic and very new/clean. Well wroth the booking at the incredible value you get for your dollar!! Building is about one year old so pretty new. Only disadvantage is if you are driving and parking on the street or the hotel you're screwed on the weekend because it gets hella busy

Convenient Location

The area is like little Arab. Lots of Middle Eastern restaurants and stalls. The area is a little run down but it's an easy walk to Alor, Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Pavillion. Hotel is very clean and the bed is comfy, staff polite. Room has windows that open to air well so as good as no windows. I booked Queen but the upgraded me to King. Room is spacious. They showed me the Twin room and its very small. You can pay RM12 for breakfast at the hotel with toast, hard boiled eggs, tea and coffee and juice cordial. I had my breakfast at Feeka, a cafe/bistro just right behind the hotel and there's a bakery across from Feeka. It was 7mins walk to my meeting area thats why I picked the location.

Good location, good price and little breakfast buffet was nice bonus. You need get deposit 50RM, and 10RM/per night on place... would be more convenient if they can charge you from credit card, that I didn’t had so much cash my first night. There is lot of bars, clubs and restaurants around, and like 5min from hotel is huge night food market. I didn’t had window, fridge and area can be little bit noisy, but in my room was quiet 8.5/10.

Great location, clean place and friendly staff

The stay at the hotel was great. It was clean and reasonably priced. The rooms are tiny so be prepared for that (we were okay with it). The staff were friendly, the hotel was in a great area close to the pavilion mall, the night market and a ton of restaurants and bars. The breakfast wasn’t our favourite so maybe book it when you get there.

Small modest hotel. Great central location and handy to the KL nightlife and bar areas. Hotel is fairly new and was clean and tidy. Facilities were simple yet perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Manager Enia was very professional and made us feel at home. A great first time stay in KL. Would happily return to this hotel.

Just Amazing

I was surprised at the hotel as it was only opened 8 months and i just found out about this hotel the day before i was to check in. Room amazing...bed super comfy, lovely shower.

All the staff are super friendly and always ready on hand to help. Best of all its a street behind the famous Changkat Bukit Bintang. I would definitely recommend this.

I WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again.

Rooms very clean but our room was overlooking the bars out the front of the building so it was noisy and got woken up around 3am. We were only told on check in that it can be loud at night- didn’t know prior to booking.
Really good staff and service. Breakfast was good.

First of all the room is very dark. There is a window, but it's so tinted that it doesn't let any daylight in. Also the room is very small, and no place to out your luggage. A fridge would also have been nice.

這間酒店鄰近食肆/酒吧，不用擔心沒有東西吃，非常多選擇，亦在夜市附近。
我是次房間沒有窗戶，如果介意請提早告知。
不過房間內wifi連線質素非常差，看串流影片是看不到的。
店員服務態度很好。
整體來說，這是一間可接受的酒店。

實惠的住宿但需忍受噪音

飯店的房間很適合一個人入住，整體的空間規劃很棒，有多出很多可收納的空間。唯一較讓人困擾的是附近的夜店在半夜時會發出很大的音樂聲，如果住在較高的樓層以及靠近馬路的房間就會被干擾到無法入睡!!

För priset var det inte dåligt men det är väldigt små rum, de fönster vi hade i vårt rum var förtäckta med något så det var som att inte ha fönster. Bra om man vill ha något billigt som ligger med bra gångavstånd men eftersatt och litet.

Hotel for party animals. Overall, it’s okay!

The room itself is okay; however, there’s no fridge in the room.
Also, if you’re party animal, this is your hotel! Nearby many nice bars, but if you’re light sleeper, you need to avoid this place. During the week, the music won’t stop till 3, 4 am. On the weekend night, music won’t stop till 6, 7 am!

近隣の騒音が酷すぎる。
ベトナムレストランというところが特に酷かった。ベトナムレストランからは、24時頃から8時くらいにかけておそろしい音量の音楽が鳴り続けていました。ホテルスタッフの対応や設備等は非常に良かった。
エクスペディアの評価項目に、騒音等の項目を入れて、利用者に注意喚起すべきだと思います。
エクスペディアやホテルにメッセージを送ったが対応が良くないです。
利用手数料を支払っている立場としては、利用者の立場に立った対応をしてもらいたい。

Nice stay with reasonable price

The hotel is so close to the famous Alor street night market and the city centre. Since the hotel nearby is full of pubs and bottle shops so be careful of the drunk people and security.
Front desk staff is so nice, polite and helpful. I really appreciate that.
One bad thing is that the there was no hot water during shower...I don’t know it only happened on me or the whole hotel....
