This is a beautiful hotel. The apartments are very large with kitchen and fridge and separate dining room beautiful views and the prices are half the price of the large hotel Monte taxco next door.(but you can use all the facilities of Monte taxco hotel. The reception staff were very good.

Amazing service, great villas! the location was just a dream! On top of the mountain with an incredible view. These villas have everything to spend a perfect time either with family or friends.

Suites desperately need renovation!
Celebramos el Anio Nuevo en estas cabanas y la pasamos fantastico ya que tuvimos acceso a los restaurantes del hotel, los eventos y la piscina. Sin embargo, las suites son muy viejas y de no ser por el hotel, no le recomendaria este hotel a nadie. La calidad es inconsistente. Algunas suites estan en mejores condiciones que otras. La que nos toco a nosotros era bastante vieja, los cojines de la sala estaban sucios, incluso encontramos calcetines sucios debajo de uno de los sillones. Las sillas estaban tan flojas que ni siquiera nos atrevimos a sentarnos en ellas. La cocineta completamente derruida y la estufa tan vieja que apenas sirve para calentar.

Just what you need when visiting Taxco!!
This is a great place to stay in Taxco as it is a 10-minute drive to town. The villas are pretty big, are fully-equipped with a kitchenette and dinnerware, two TVs and free self-parking.

An experience that leaves much to desire!!
This hotel should pay more attention to important details. We had no running hot or cold water since the tank on the roof was empty. No drinking water in the room until the next day. No internet or telephone due to a storm. No matches for the stove. The pillow had a stale smell, definitely not fresh. The next day they came to fill the tank, and offered us a different room. This time we had running water, but none hot. They had to come and turn on the water heater.

Villas and furniture are extremely old. Room was clean but both baths were really dirty. Room comfort was very poor - Matresses and pillows are quite old and uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep. Towels are quite old. Needs renovation and work hard on room comfort. TV in main room is quite old also. Definitively will not ever stay there again. Not worth the price paid for it, and location is far from town. Staff is ok, but nothing can be done to improve room comfort.

A would be great experience if management invests in maintaining and updating amenities (particularly the pool area). Thankfully the staff especially Liz at the front desk make up for a decent stay,everyone is really nice and helpful, other reason to stay is the fact that they let you use the resort (Montetaxco) next to the villas amenities' such as pool. restaurants, golf etc,,,highly recommend their breakfast very good food,awesome views and great prices.

Hay 2 caminos para llegar al hotel, el que atraviesa todo Taxco es super complicado, con calles empinadas estrechas y con trafico, además lleva mas de media hora llegar y la ubicación es incorrecta pues te manda a una calle por la que no hay acceso, por el otro camino que no es el que te marcan en la aplicación para llegar al hotel, toma 10min, deberían aclarar eso en la pagina del hotel, la alberca es fría y estaba sucia, la persona que nos recibió en el hotel olía a alcohol, lo único bueno es que tienen convenio con el Hotel Montetaxco y sus instalaciones son mucho mejores

La subida a las villas es complicada en la noche no hay iluminación en las calles que suben, la recámara olía a cigarro, las televisiones son viejitas y lo peor es que a las 4 de la mañana se prendió sola, no te dan control remoto, el agua para bañarte fría, la alberca super sucia y se escudan con que se puede ir a la alberta del hotel de montetaxco si es que ellos tienen espacio.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy basicas, falta darle una actualizacion y mantenimiento. El personal es amable y las instalaciones muy limpias en general. La habitacion para cuatro personas realmente no funciona, en la cama del cuarto privado caben dos personas muy bien pero los sillones de la sala son muy pequeños e incomodos para dos personas. No lo recomiendo para cuatro personas. El hotel está muy cerca del Hotel Monte Taxco y se puede hacer uso de la alberca, lo cual recomiendo ampliente.

Complicado llegar al lugar, las indicaciones del mapa te dirigen a un camino en medio de la nada, despues de lograr llegar todo bien, el servicio y el lugar bastante tranquilos. Mejoraria la forma de llegada con letreros y caminos de facil llegada.
