If you are looking forward to spend time at their pool look somewhere else.
We asked if their jacuzzi was in operation and we were told that the pool and the jacuzzi work with solar panels so only if there was plenty sunlight the pool was available. As you can imagine the water was freezing cold.

Overall, this hotel was a pretty standard stay. The biggest highlight was definitely the location—being right across from the church made it very convenient and added to the experience. The pool was also a standout feature, and we really enjoyed the few hours we spent there. The terrace restaurant was a nice touch as well.
That said, the rooms were average, and the bathroom felt below standard compared to expectations. The initial check-in experience wasn’t the most welcoming, as the staff seemed a bit short and disengaged. While there was construction happening outside, it didn’t directly impact our stay, though it may have contributed to the overall quiet atmosphere, as the hotel and restaurants were mostly empty.
In comparison to other nearby hotels, where staff seemed noticeably more friendly, this one didn’t quite stand out in terms of service. Overall, it’s an okay option—nothing particularly remarkable aside from the pool and location.

My first night I had a room for two people with one bed which was a very small room. After that I moved to a room with two beds which was very nice. I would not recommend a Friday or Saturday night stay unless you want to party late into the night as the location is very noisy. However, the weekdays are silent and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The linens were very nice and the terrace bar has a spectacular view of the catedral. The pool in January was too cold for me, but the deck has good chairs for taking sun. I think this hotel is the best in Taxco for location and quality.

The Property was great and clean. There was a cute balcony bar where we had a drink, and it was delicious. The views were breathtaking. Everything about it was so cute!! And the walking distance to everything was perfect. The only thing that I would say would be the comfort of the beds. I'm very picky about that being a part of comfort while being away from home. Other than that, it was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

It was as if we had been invited to stay at the home of a wonderful person. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location! The views were amazing and the pictures came out great! Have drinks by the pool, they were goood! The only negative thing is that the beds are too hard and not comfortable. Maybe they should add some type of cushion. Despite that, everything else was great.
Definitely try the Hacienda restaurant inside the hotel. One of the best I tried. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My second stay at this property and I hope not the last. Clean, charming in a charming town. The room and bathroom are small but adorable, comfortable, even the sandalwood soap smelled good. I also took advantage of the spa services and it was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I also had a salad in the restaurant and it was so lovely in presentation and delicious in taste.

The staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for accessibility to the center of everything. The restaurants were also a plus for convenience and views. As for the room, whew! It felt like it was created as an afterthought. The photos did not coincide with what I thought I was paying for. The bathroom was a mismatch of ideas that did not include common sense. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the hotel for you but they supplied free earplugs. They were a necessity.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was great. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was excellent and we didn’t bother to go anywhere else because of that. The food is creative and delicious.
I guess my only tiny Negative would be the fact that there is no AC in the room and I would think in the heat of summer it would be difficult. There is a tower fan in the room and we had both windows open. At the end of May it was fine. It is in the mountains so that may make a difference even in July and August. Also, the pool could’ve been just a little bit cleaner although it wasn’t bad. Don’t Miss the rooftop terrace where There is a full bar and restaurant service, and the menu is completely different from downstairs. It was very creative also! It was a really fun place to sit, hang out, and have some drinks, because the view is beautiful. The menu looked really great! We were sad we didn’t have time for another meal! Again, staff is top-notch. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay here again!

My only dislike was. They had parties every night till 1:30 AM and there is no sound barrier. So, we had to wait till 2 AM to fall asleep. Other than that great place.

The hotel looks very good and the staff\"s attention is unbeatable, but the room I had so small and the bathroom much smaller, there was no chair and much less a table< you can even prepare tea or coffee, there is not refrigerator or a glass for water, very disappointed.
