Best Western Taxco es un hotel que ofrece comodidad, buena ubicación, un ambiente familiar y agradable para todas las edades.
Su personal es bien amigable y tiene un alto estándar de servicio al cliente, haciéndonos sentir cómo en casa.
He visitado Taxco desde el 2010 y aunque me he quedado en otros hoteles del área, siempre que hay disponibilidad en el Best Western los elijo a ellos, los recomiendo al 100%.

Best Western Taxco is a hotel that offers comfort, a great location, and a family-friendly atmosphere for all ages.
Their staff is very friendly and provides a high standard of customer service, making us feel right at home.
I've been visiting Taxco since 2010, and although I've stayed at other hotels in the area, whenever there's availability at the Best Western, I always choose them. I recommend them 100%.

Very nice and friendly staff. They did everything possible to accommodate us. The room was at the back of the hotel and that minimized the noise. Taxco is a buzzing, non-stop, high energy little pueblo situated on the sides of their mountains. Our stay was very pleasant and we would certainly return in the future.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had breakfast in a restaurant just in front, very good.

We really enjoyed the property. Large and clean rooms; great location; nice view and dining options. And especially the polite; helpful and professional staff. There is a fairly well stocked Oxxo convenient store within a half block of the hotel.
Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel has an Italian restaurant with an extensive menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The only shortcoming is that there was not elevator.

Had never been to Taxco...the hotel was in a perfect location. Since driving around the very narrow and hilly streets seemed stressful, it was nice to have free valet parking at the hotel. Didn't need the car again until checkout. Can walk to Centro and many shops, take a VW Taxi to further away locations.... inexpensive and safe. The hotel staff was welcoming and the room, although a bit small, was modern and very clean. The restaurant upstairs was reasonable and the food very good! The front desk folks more than willing to answer any questions...

Decent stay. A little hard to find but that's the nature of this city. We were not offered a room upgrade, gold status. . (Hotel not busy). Good location for bars and restaurants and only a 70 peso taxi ride to the Cristo monumento. Amazing views up there, better than Rio De Janiero.

The rooms are quite small and the air conditioning didn’t put out much air. The restaurant was nice and the food and wait staff were good. Parking was way off site do to the lay out of the city. Don’t know if I would stay there on a return trip.

Location to zocalo and shopping and restaurants all within 1 minute from property, staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, being a old building bathrooms were quite small but not a issue. I would recommend paying a few dollars more for the larger room. I personally like a little walking around room. Rooms have refrigerator, coffee marker, laundry service, iron and ironing board in room. Rooms could use a dresser for cloths but a area for hanging them is there. I will recommend staying here.

Only con was the restaurant (which is not part of the hotel but it is connected to it) where they need to improve service and quality of food in comparison to other restaurants in town.

This is a nice hotel right in the center of town. The rooms are clean and well kept. The only negatives are that the hotel doesn’t really have any security (they gave me a copy of my key card with just the number) and many of the rooms don’t have windows. I knew about the lack of windows from a previous stay, so I specifically requested them for this one. If I had a room without windows and didn’t know it when booking my review wouldn’t have been so nice. Bottom line is I stay here for the location and because I can pay hotels.com up front, which is safe - but many of the local hotels look really nice too and I regret not trying those.

This hotel is a 2 minute walking distance from the main plaza... every thing was 1st class..the staff etc..the 1 thing that is lacking are parking spaces for vehicles. You must ask for your car 30 minutes ahead of time .all else was great

Great location...less than comfy.

We wanted to stay close to the main square of Taxco and were pleasantly surprised how close this one was. Perfect location, but the room wasn't comfortable at all. The tiny room didn't even allow for the bathroom door to open 45 degrees before it hit the bed. Oh, and the bed felt like sleeping on a rock. Glad we stayed only one night! Personnel was pleasantly helpful.

Good location, only one issue

The hotel was clean and very well managed. I booked at the last minute for high season (two days before arriving on last Saturday in July) and was lucky to get a room. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The only downside was that it was an interior room with no window. Well, technically it had a window - to a small airshaft - but that window was blocked so that no light could come through. Since I am a bit claustrophobic this wasn't ideal, but for only one night it was okay.

I would very highly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. Although it is part of a big chain, it has only about 10 rooms and is within very easy walking distance to everything in Taxco. Nicely designed, very well furnished rooms, free business area with very fast computer connection, restaurant on the top floor with bar and great view of the city. AND... lovely friendly, helpful staff.

fantastic central location

The super friendly staff and outstanding central location were the highlights of this hotel. We could easily walk to everything and it was nice to have friendly staff always willing to help us oUt. The room itself had very uncomfortable beds and pillows and a weird window in the bathroom that led to a storage room. The room was also very tiny. Overall we would stay here again for the central location and great staff but it was not the comforts hotel.

The best things about this hotel were the incredibly friendly/helpful staff and the fantastic central location (walk to everything). I was not a fan of the small room size (although likely standard in Taxco) uncomfortable beds/pillows and a weird window in the bathroom that easily opened and led to a storage area. I would stay here again just request a different room. Staff was so kind to us and that made a big difference!

The rooms is standard in size. The air conditioner works more than sufficient.
The restaurant across the street ( literally 10 steps ) was very good for breakfast/lunch and dinner
Location is very good.

Only drawback is the bathroom size...or lack off.

Walking distance to numerous churches, chapels , cathedral and park.....lots of silver jewelry stores around the area. Great location, friendly staff

The location is extraordinary, it is just a short walk from Taxco´s city center (less than five minutes away!). Right from the start staff made us feel welcome, offering us chocolates on our arrival. In the room there was a lovely note from our room cleaning lady wishing us a nice stay a long with a lovely little gift. I have stayed at about six different hotels in Taxco and this one has definitely been my favorite so far. would definitely return.

This was a clean hotel, a little noisy, but typical for tile floors. it settled down after a bit, not really a problem. we were able to walk or get a taxi for about
$ 2.00 USD or less for where ever we wanted to go around Taxco. It is just a minute or two from the plaza and large church in the middle of this picturesque city.

Bonne escale d une nuit. Emplacement trés central, dans une ville au trafic routier trés difficile. Le plus commode est de donner RV au chauffeur à 30 métres sur la petite place. Chambre trés correcte avec balcon, cafetiere et frigo. Clim bruyante: nous l avons coupée pour dormir. Personnel très sympathique, qui donne un plan de la ville et des bons conseils de visite.

Mantenimento del hotel y la habitación perfectos.
