No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated.

The hotel shop is selling nice wears.

Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range.

Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms were basic and clean. Person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. They are a mile and a half from town and the walk along the ocean was nice but still got tiring. Would be good if they had bicycles for rent. They did call taxis for us which arrived pretty quickly except for one that didn't show at all (and guy then had left the desk). Water is not drinkable and hotel only sold small bottles and ran out so there was no water available at all one night without walking a mile and a half to town.

Tranquil and beautiful

The staff at the donning room was wonderful. You must speak Spanish at this hotel. Only three people speak English. Take a translator with you, just down load it. Take the island tour, well worth it.

The hotel is basic. The breakfast is small but ok quality, the menu for lunch/dinner is very limited and the quality was poor in comparison to any restaurant we ate at during our week on Easter Island. The location is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and apart from the sea view didn’t have much to offer. The service at reception was variable, we asked for a taxi on one day which seemed to be a hassle for the man on reception; he said the taxi was coming but 45 minutes later nothing arrived and we ended up being very stressed as we nearly missed a booking. I wouldn’t book this hotel - I would choose from one of the hotels in the town area unless you have a rental car booked.

Front office staff was very good, especially telling us about getting up early to see the sunrise at Tongariki. Dining hall personnel were also very helpful, taking care of us for breakfast and an occasional lunch.

Simple but good hotel.
Staff is very friendly (especially Daniela at the front desk).
Swimming pool by the rocks is great and worth a try.
10-15 minutes walking from the Main Street.

Con - Everything else. Worn old rooms, broken AC, awful beds/sheets/pillows. No hot water except for about 4 hours a day! Restaurants require ordering meal 12 hours prior or no food. Owner lives on property and has a German Shepherd. It barks, chases and almost bit me. Owner seemed to not care. Wi-Fi only works right by checkin counter. Doesn't work in other public spaces. Is definitely not a 3.5 star, I've stayed at Motel 6s that are nicer. I would give it 1 star, only for view. Owner seems to not really care/show interest in running hotel.

great views from premium room

Stayed in room 34, premium. Phenomenal sunset views, but in the afternoon sun hits the glass, you have to close the curtains and they become very hot. Every day same menu for breakfast (Taha Tai hotel has a lot better breakfast, in comparison). At 8:30 they ran out of coffee every day! There is one woman slowly moving around, so there is constantly something missing on the table. Bad service.
Dated bathroom. WiFi only in lobby.

Everything about Iorana was fabulous...we felt at home with everyone and enjoyed every part of our stay...we love the Rapa Nui people...their warmth and pride....we would love to come back one day but if we don't, this visit will stay foremost in our memories forever

Fabulous view.

This is a 3 star hotel at best, but with a 5 star view of the ocean. The food is cafeteria quality. Menu is set each day for lunch and dinner; one choice only. So just go into town to some excellent restaurants. Breakfast was OK.

Lovely grounds,great views, comfy beds & aircon.

Great views at Sunset over the water. Nice pool and sun lounges.. Comfortable beds and pillows and good split system aircon. Water hottest at night-have shower in the evening. Taxis cheap into town . Breakfast nice- fruit and scrambled eggs, guava juice etc. Coffee good. One free dinner included.Very pleasant stay!

Great place to stay, could not fault

Fantastic location, possibly the best in town, quiet and great views. Very short and inexpensive taxi ride to town (3 minutes and about $3). staff ever so helpful, reserved at first but could not do more for you, they want you to have a great time. Owners ever so proud of the hotel and rightly so.

A solid hotel for the price

Really enjoyed my stay on Easter Island, thanks to the staff at Iorana. Very friendly and helpful--one of the receptionists acted as my guide and took me to all the highlights of the island as well as local spots.

Clean and Quiet

Traveled to Easter Island for a conference and booked rooms at the Iorana because the conference recommended it and the rate was reasonable, particularly in light of the outrageous sum the island resort was charging.

Overpriced, but all hotels on Easter Island are. While not in the center of Hanga Roa, the hotel offers spectacular views of the ocean from the room. Service is poor - all hotels offer free pick up to their customers, however not this one. When asked to call a restaurant to confirm a reservation, I was told to do so myself. Finally, wifi is only available in the common area and still barely works.

Relaxing hotel in paradise

Iorana is a great hotel on Easter Island. The view was spectacular--absolutely perfect. The free breakfast and lunch/dinner (your choice) was also very good. Great A/C too. Everything is more expensive on an island literally in the middle of nowhere, but Iorana was worth the cost. We really enjoyed it--would not stay anywhere else if we are ever lucky enough to go back.

Amazing view!

Room 33 had the most amazing view, terrifically spacious quarters, and a quick walk to a beautiful breakfast (with view too).
After walking around town, and seeing the other accommodations, it was clear that I'd made the right choice. Great meals come with this place, and a very kind and friendly staff. It's also a quick walk to town.
This place made the Easter Island experience even more special.

One Step Above a Hostel

The propery has not been cared for in a very lobg time. Basic maintenance and upkeep are not priorities hotel staff are borderline rude and dont try to solve issues. Air condiyioning in rooms is so loud i could not use it. Wifi connecton is slow and not reliable. Food in restaurant is school time. Cafeteria. Expected more for $200+ oer night.

Rating:3 stars. Rooms are small with tiles. Small bathroom. Can't order room service. Had to walk 20mins to nearest restaurant. Very helpful and very good english speaking receptionists. Good breakfast.

A satisfying experience for our family

The hotel's location is perfect since a walk to the town of Hanga Roa takes 15 minutes. The views from the pool and dinning area are fabulous. All rooms have a nice view of rolling green hills, cliffs, and the ocean. The actual infrastructure is pretty basic, so do not expect anything fancy for your money. Easter Island is not about that. You're paying for fabulous views, clean air, friendly-happy people, simple food, and an opportunity to disconnect from the daily routine.

The hotel offers a half or full meal plan which turned out to work well for us, since food around the island is not inexpensive. Breakfast was buffett style which offered enough choices to satisfy us and lunch and dinner were fixed menus. Service around meals can be slow, so enjoy the views. Having a pool was perfect for our 6 yr old and gave us a chance to have some down time from sightseeing. Rooms have TVs, but only two channels...so TV watching was out of the question. We watched the waves and the turquoise waters of the Pacific instead and our daughter also enjoyed chasing the cats and chicken that live around the premises.
Staff was always helpful with all our small requests.

海がパノラマ状に見えるコテージ

イースター島は資源に限りがあり、Wifiも島としてつながりにくい環境なので、評価はあまり高くしませんでした。シャワーの温度もかなり低く、冬でしたが部屋は暖房がなく寒いくらいでした。でも、コテージで部屋から海が見えプール付き、さらに朝食や夕食の会場は海が前面にパノラマ上に見えて、冬（雨期）だったので夕日は雲が邪魔して見えませんでしたが夏（乾期）はとても素晴らしいだろうと思います。

Reserve insegura en el Iorana ya que había leído algunos comentarios no muy buenos sin embargo nos llevamos una grata estadia.
lo primero que se debes tener en cuenta es que es una isla por tanto no puedes esperar las comodidades de la ciudad a menos que te hospedes en el hangaroa spa que sale arriba de mil dólares la noche.
inicialmente íbamos por 3 días pero quedamos tan fascinados con la isla q nos quedamos 8.
Karen la chica de la recepción aunque es algo seria fue muy amable y eficiente, la señora Rosa que hace el aseo en las habitaciones un amor , el desayuno tipo americano sabroso a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno el restaurante pasa vacío así que puedes comer tranquilo y abundante con una vista maravillosa, hay una piscina de agua natural hermosa y una piscina para niños un poco pasada de cloro pero rica
Tiene una tele con 3 canales nacionales que en verdad ni usas porque hay mucho para hacer , en la recepción te ayudan para arrendar un auto q es la mejor opción , sale 40 lukas el día, pero te evitas el guía turístico, con un mapa de papel en un día recorres todos los moais
Lo único malito era la cama que le suena todo pero bueno como les digo no puedes pedir mucho en una isla

Es importante señalar que lo mejor que tiene este Hotel es la Ubicación, en primera línea, con vista espectacular.

Respecto a la Infraestructura, esta deja mucho que desear.

Urge una remodelación de habitaciones y Baños, los que claramente ya cumplieron su vida útil.

El personal es muy amable y hace lo que puede.

Buena experiencia: linda vista al mar!!!

El hotel tiene una buena infraestructura (aunque un poco venida a menos) y al ser pocos los huespedes la atención llega a ser personalizada. La vista al mar desde el restaurante y la piscina es espectacular. Por mejorar en la habitación hay un televisor que no tiene buena señal (con interferencia todo el tiempo, así que se decide no usarlo) y es recomendable que el personal del hotel tenga un uniforme así es más fácil reconocerlo. El wifi solo funciona en la recepción :( y los horarios del restaurante son muy restringidos

ハンガロア村から結構遠いです。徒歩20分くらい。

スタッフの方は優しい方もいれば、少しきつい方もいます。

島なのでということはありますが、Wi-Fiは弱め。

バスルームはきれいというわけではないですが、汚いと言うわけでもなく、お湯もでます。

朝ごはんはフルーツ等ありまずまずです。

夕日が綺麗なホテル

イースター島はホテルの値段がピンキリだが、ちょうど中間のここのホテルを選んだ。夜に到着し深夜に出発の為、荷物を預けていたが、チェックアウトした後もビーチタオルを貸してくれたり、最後にはシャワーも貸してくれたりととても親切だった。
部屋からの夕日は素晴らしく、プールサイドからもとても綺麗に見える。朝食は簡単なものだが美味しかった。
シャワーもさほど気にならなかったが、夜になるとお湯の温度が上がりにくい。
フロントは英語での会話が可能。帰りのタクシーも呼んでもらえた。WiFiはロビーしか入らず、日本からWiFiを持っていったが、残念ながらイースター島自体であまり使えなかった。
値段相応のホテルといった印象を受けた。ハンガロアの商店街のメインストリートまでも歩けない距離ではない。ハンガロアの街からは少し歩くので騒がしくなくて良かった。

Buen hotel pero con detalles.

En general un buen hotel, pero tiene sus detalles. Como recomendación, no comer en el hotel, la comida es mas bien fome y poco variada. El personal en general es muy atento, y consiguen las cosas con facilidad.
En particular tuvimos problemas con la electricidad de la habitación, que despues de que llegamos se corto. Preguntamos y no dijieron que habia un corte general de electricidad, pero esto nos lo siguieron diciendo hasta el dia siguiente cuando ya veiamos que el resto del hotel si tenia electricidad. Cuando nos cambiaron de habitación esta tenia una cama más pequeña y peor ubicacion.

O hotel é um pouco afastado do centro, o que faz necessario o uso de taxis ou aluguel de carro. A comida do restaurante do hotel é fraca, sendo assim deve-se jantar fora, preferencialmente. Os quartos são bastante básicos, e ficam úmidos. O hotel no geral tem aparência muito antiga, como se fosse dos anos 80. Precisa de uma reforma. Tem um preço relativamente baixo na ilha, mas a 175 dolares (baixa temporada), o custo x benefício não se torna bom. Há melhores opções nesta faixa de preço, como as chamadas cabañas.

Excelente ubicación, esperaba mayor variedad en el Menú de la 1/2 pensión...todos los días el mismo menú con solo 2 alternativas de fondo entre pollo o pescado y un solo acompañamiento...arroz blanco, poco creativo. Una sola vez almorzamos...lo demás excelente, servicio y atención muy buena!

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Iorana Hotel gemacht. Die Zimmer sind klein, nicht besonders luxuriös ausgestattet und etwas alt, allerdings ist das Hotel auch auf der Osterinsel und nicht in München. Es ist sauber (in den Tropen muss man natürlich mit Insekten rechnen, die bekommt der Zimmerservice trotz aller Mühe nicht immer alle aus dem Zimmer) und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das etwas rustikale Hotel hat sicher zu der \"Entdecker-Atmosphäre\" der Reise beigetragen. Ich werde das nächste Mal sicher wieder dorthin gehen.

Buen hotel, buena situación, mala atención

El hotel está situado en un lugar privilegiado, un acantilado precioso, es muy lindo pero quizás un poco caro, aunque Isla de Pascua es caro en general.

Lo único malo que tiene el hotel es el personal que no tiene ningún tipo de simpatía ni trato amable. Les pedí que me ayudasen a contratar un tour por la Isla y no fueron capaces de hacer nada, tuve que irme al pueblo que está a media hora andando en persona para hacerlo.

Otro día fui a desayunar a las 9:55 y me dejaron sin desayunar porque terminaba a las 10:00, obviamente no había un sitio cercano para tomar nada por lo que ese día me quedé sin desayunar. Un trato bastante feo en un sitio que se supone es de descanso y donde pagas un precio por noche muy alto.

En definitiva, si uno obvia al personal del hotel el lugar es precioso y merece la pena por las fotos y el paisaje.
