It was awful. Firstly the very indifferent receptionist who spoke no English. Had trouble finding our booking through Expedia. Eventually provided a room which we paid for. The room was dingy and dirty. The bed had been made but looked like and felt like it hadn’t been changed. The floor was grubby and unvacuumed. The room smelt like it may have been disinfected using something similar to that used in public toilets We both decided we couldn’t stay in such a squalid hovel and took the key back. We asked the receptionist for our money back and she said no. You paid and there was no refund totally uninterested. This was our first experience of booking via Expedia so I hope this is not what we can expect in the future.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is terrible. The room is so tiny you think you are on the train. Bathroom is 2’x2’ at best. Walls and ceiling were dirty...the rooms are so tiny don’t know how they get cleaned , but they do.

Ideal for overnight stay
Hotel is located on the outskirts of Avignon near to a retail park (approx. 10 minutes drive). Not much around (on foot) but a short drive to nearby restaurants on the retail park e.g. Flunch, McDonalds, KFC, Hippo. Cheap and cheerful but ideal for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi. TV had Canal+ Breakfast basic but ok. We couldn't get the aircon to blow cool, only warm, but fortunately it wasn't the middle of summer. Friends in another room also found the same, maybe it was due to time of year. Our room was a double bed with a single bunk overhead.

The room was super small, but you get what you pay for, so if you want super cheap then stay here. For 3 adults our room was tight. The third person won't be able to sit upright on their bed which is above the other 2. The bathroom was small. We left our towel and clothes just outside the door and brought them in after showering. Lots of parking available here which was great.

Our GPS had difficulty finding the place but we finally did. Room is super small. The one we had on the ferry from England to France was larger. Beds are ok. No space for suitcases. Room was air-conditioned which was good as all the smokers were standing on the walkway outside the rooms to smoke. We put a towel at the base of the door to keep it out overnight. There's quite a bit of parking available. Lots of shops nearby so you can find somewhere to eat. Larger people will find the shower hard to use.

The room had three beds, one which was a lot, and it was quite small but still comfortable. The beds are tiny though, not great if you want to cuddle someone! We lived there 3 nights. The smell is not good and cheap while entering the room. After one night, a smell like stiny water come out. Bad design of the shower and water spread out easily while taking shower. The only thing I recognized is the frontdesk and very helpful and kind. However, I will not select this hotel anymore even it's cheap.

We intended to use the hotel as a base for visiting Avignon but it turned out to be a little to far from the main attractions for comfort.. It was however conveniently located close to the main Route Nationals and makes an ideal overnight stop. After much searching we found a cheap and cheerful Restaurant near the Airport but that was about it for dining out in the evening..

Small tiny room. Enough for 2. We have an adjoining room with internal door for the 3rd person. 1 room was clean the other less. For this price if u have a car u can't find a better solution. The breakfast for 5€ is a gift!

The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms have all the facilities and are comfortable, albeit very small. They are good enough if you are only looking for a place to spend the night. It is 15min of drive from Avignon. There is continental breakfast for 5 euros including juice, coffee, breads and yogurts. The staff was helpful and indicated us the way to Avignon's free parking.

L’hôtel est un désastre. J’ai été piégé . Les chambre insalubre. Accueil froid. Odeur nauséabonde dans les chambre. Le lit cassé. Robinetterie ne fonctionne pas. Chasse d’eau toilette abîmé … les toilette sont inutilisable. Une honte de louer usés chambre dans un hôtel pareil.

Un noyau d olive noir était sous le lit, les draps était propres mais la couverture présentait des traces de brûlés (trou de cigarettes ???). Le mécanisme de retenu de l ouverture de la fenêtre était cassé (l accueil était au courant quand je l ai signalé mais avait omis de me le dire ), le tuyau de la douche avait des fuites ( joint abîmé donc pas pratique et de l' eau un peu partout ) idem l accueil était informé de ce fait. Et le parking un peu bruyant en soirée (de nombreux camion d entreprise étaient présent dont certains ont dormis dedans ). Sinon l accueil à mon arrivée était plutôt sympathique et pour le prix payé, ça va !

L'accueil très sympathique mais la chambre sentait la cigarette, des mégots traînaient devant la porte, a vrai dire partout sur l'herbe miteuse.Il était évident que la porte de la chambre a été forcée ou au moins a subi des tentatives d'effractions ce qui n'est pas rassurant. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre au vu de l'odeur de tabac, très aimablement le gardien m'a fourni une autre chambre. Mais la porte aussi était guère rassurante et je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre car la barre de sécurité avait disparue. C'est dommage.

De passage pour une nuit, nous n’avons pas forcément apprécier notre séjour !! Ampoule qui ne fonctionnait pas, porte de salle de bain/wc cassée et impossible à fermer entièrement, pas d’eau chaude pour prendre une douche après une journée sous 36 degrés !!! Des chambres vieillissantes, sols marqués par le temps, plaintes bouffées pour l’humidité, aération qui tient avec du scotch bref une bonne remise aux normes ne serait pas un luxe…

Je crois que c'est la première fois où l'on tombe dans une chambre d'hôtel première classe aussi horrible. Je serais gérant de cet hôtel, j'aurais honte de proposer une chambre telle quelle à la location. En plus des photos, il n'était pas possible d'allumer la lumière avec l'interrupteur à l'entrée ; il fallait aller a taton chercher l'interrupteur sous la lampe du lit. De plus, il n'y avait pas d'ampoule sur la lampe de \"bureau\".
Bref ! Tout était médiocre, médiocre, médiocre, à part le personnel bien sympathique, mais, eux, n'y sont pour rien.

La propreté ça allait, 1ère surprise on reserve une chambre à 49.50€ sur le site même de l'hôtel et arrivé sur place une facture à 55€, 2ème surprise reveil à 6h du matin avec une alarme incendie qui se répète toute les dix minutes jusqu'à 9h arrivé au petit déjeuné pas un mot d'explication encore moins d'excuse. Personnels pas du tout agréables ni celui du soir, ni du matin.
