When I got the Hotel I couldn’t get my room because it was for 2 people when I went to the website there was for 4 people I cancel the room and get another one, the hotel don’t want to refund my money for the one I never get the service.😔 so sad!

The outside from the room is great ! But the room needs a bit more amenities like microwave , coffee maker, fridge and better beds , closets door need repairs as well .
Honestly I expected better rooms we heard from people around the area this hotel was the best of the best and my expectations ware high . They really need to work on those details to make a better stay for customers

The personnel is excellent. They are very polite and hospitable. The pool has mold all over. In general the pool shape really bad. It needs to be remodeled. The dinner buffet is horrible. It tasted like food I can make at home, not like the food a professional chef cooked, which a resort of this category should have. Very mediocre food. I’d give this place a 2.5 star resort, maybe a 3.0 star really pushing it. But never a 4 star like they preaume to be

The resort was really nice the swimming pool really nice too the food excellent . But l had some inconveniences with my booking. The customer service awful they give. Really hard time with the booking and breakfast included. They didn’t had the information in the computer and they refused to give me my breakfast included. Bad customer service the sheets in the bed were clean but the skirt look nasty . Ho edtly l will come back to that resort.

Outdated rooms, rude servers, poor food options

I was here 10 years ago and nothing has changed, so it all feels and looks so outdated. The rooms have outdated fans that sound like it's about to fall off, old beds, poor bathroom lighting, broken door handles, hard to open sliding door to patio, etc. The restaurant menu also outdated, food was just OKAY, they should add new dishes and desserts. Poolside bars were mostly closed, when opened they lacked water and ice. The servers were unfriendly, had to ask several times for drinks and always got an attitude or just ignored all together. I booked a massage, but the masseuse was a no show after waiting 15 minutes, 30mins to get a refund for that. I was then approached by one of their \"club med\" like sales person, said I would get a \"free\" room for a night in one of their hotels if I listened to their sales pitch for 20mins, which I did and they had me running around to get the \"free\" room voucher, which ended up not being \"free\". You actually have to pay $54 and it comes with several rules and regulations on how and when you get to use it making difficult for you to actually use. Needless to say, this was not a great visit to this resort, won't be coming back. I would recommend Oceana resort near the same area, much more modern, cleaner, friendly staff and great food and atmosphere.

The resort looked like at one time it might have been great. It's run down, the food was terrible, pool dirty and jacuzzi had cold water. The beach was dirty and limited seating. The restaurant meal package was not explaines. However, would not have been worth it. The patio had no furniture to enjoy it. Would not recommend or return.

The hotel needs to reinvest in key facilities. Example the pool itself the tiles are falling apart, the tiles around the pool had a film of dirt, the beach is dirty and it needs to be cleaned and the rooms definitely need to be remodeled and cleaned better.

The bathroom near the snack area was soiled... Disgusting!. They should keep it clean. The pool by the hotel was closed for renovation, only the pools at the beach club were open. They should have made renovations before the busy season... it was full and Hotel guests did not have the option to use the closer pool, only the ones also open to day-pass visitors.

They had newer staff at check in, and it took a long time in the lobby to check us in at 3:00 p.m.

I liked the pool and plantation areas. The beach was very dirty full of garbage. The hotel room was clean but need major renovation. The ac made noise all night. Hotel is in 3 star category. All inclusive food was ok, but not worth $65 additional. Your website should not categorize this as all inclusive, since it is additional charge. I misunderstood and had to extra $65 per person.

They offered “Free WiFi” but it did not work. They told us it would be fixed soon, but it was not and they told us only in the Lobby it works. For a tourist that requires WiFi for business needs, it’s most important. There is no fridge or microwave in our room. Contacting the lobby takes a long time because there’s not enough staff. Other than that, the location, pool, and breakfast was good

Facility has such potential. You can tell they fell behind the maintenance during the pandemic. Pool tiles were coming up left and right. Pull out bed was broken to pieces. Staff were great though and kept the Pina Coladas flowing!

Para empezar nos robaron como dos veces nuestras pertenencias incluyendo sandalias y ropa afemas cuando ya nos íbamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar por chamarras porque estaban sucias obviamente Tenemos dos niños como no van a estar sucia las chamarras acaso debíamos dejarlas intactas nos cobraron Q300 demás la gente que trabaja ahí es demasiado lenta tanto en recepción como en el restaurante al menos en el restaurante del servicio es bueno pero los precios son excesivamente caros y la gente es demasiado lenta sin embargo es buena comida las piscinas no están en buenas condiciones se ven un poco viejas en recepción cuando fuimos a hacer el check out Nos pidieron un carnet de toallas como si yo no se las fuera a robar y tuvimos que volver caminando como 20 minutos para entregarlas Ya que las teníamos en el cuarto algo totalmente sin sentido ...

Fue la peor experiencia en Soleil, nuestro cuarto tenia un fuga de agua que reportamos desde las 10 pm y que terminaron de arreglar a las 11:30 pm después cuando estaba lavándome los dientes empezó a salir aguas negras, pedimos cambio de cuarto y se negaron a dárnoslo y lo único que nos ofrecieron fue un late check out lo cual no nos servía de nada ya que lo único que queriamos era irnos hablamos con el gerente y no solucionaron nada pésimo servicio

Good for weekends or short stays-which is the main purpose of the hotel. We needed a place to stay for a week due to work. As a result of Covid19 room cleaning was done upon request. Laundry service was on time, no issues, and had to be collected at the lobby.

Had breakfast everyday at 7am, never tried any other meal. Fruits most of the times were a bit underripe or not sweet. Eggs a la carte or central American breakfast were always available.

Gardens are kept clean and tidy all the time, but the gardener usually started at 5am to blow the leaves-get some earplugs.

Music entertainment on weekends until late at night, so either join or get earplugs.

It was beautiful. The pool was really nice albeit very warm from the sun. The pool has a swim up bar which was awesome but the drinks are expensive. I liked the ceviche that I ordered from the menu but the buffet was $30 and it wasn’t good. Also I was sad because Expedia advertised the location as having two jacuzzi’s but when I arrived one had cold water and the other was drained when I asked the front desk if they can heat up the water they said no. Bummer.

Los felicito por el excelente desayuno, accesibilidad para silla de ruedas y carruaje para BB, dispensadores de Agua caliente que tambien use para preparar el biberón de mi BB y las habitaciones estaban espectaculares y muy limpias, además la atención del personal también fue excelente.

Sin embargo no me gusto que las camas de playa tuvieran en tan mal estado los colchones, tampoco me gusto que habiendo tanto personal de mantenimiento hubieran partes de los caminamientos y áreas comunes con tantas hojas hojas secas. El menú de restaurante me parecio muy bien, pero me hubiera gustado que hubiera un menu diferente para la cena con algo más tradicional, pues tuve que salir del hotel a cenar a otro lugar ya que el menu que me ofrecieron fue el mismo del almuerzo y como ultima recomendación deberían de prohibir que la gente ingrese a las instalaciones de las habitaciones con ropa mojada, pues el piso de los elevadores estaba muy sucio de lodo por la misma gente que ingresa sin haberse secado completamente y eso que habían suficientes toallas en cada habitación para secarse bien al salir de la piscina.

we enjoyed that small water park area for the kids. the pool closest to us was not cleaned initially; we did not have a washer/dryer unit in the bungalow. Our dishwasher was not attached to the counter and we would have to make sure that when we opened the door, the trays would not handle spill its contents to the floor. the staff did not clean the kitchen at all which was very different than any other place we have stayed. the hot tub in the back needed to always be drained and cleaned. there was no filter.

You have to wear wrist arm bands. I do not lije this because its a private entry point with Secutity to come on to the property. I do not like the beach its ERODED. When you approach you come to the edge. Its good for young people who can run down the embankment onto the beach BUT NOT GOOD FOR OLDER PEOPLE...they will have difficulty running down to get to the beach and a hard time climbing back up to get to the top.

Nice pools and beach and outdoor facilities which is what you go there for. The rooms arent great but adequate and you wont spend much time in them. The food and booze is typical all incusive decent. The staff is nice. If you are needing somerhing extra or special a well placed tip will not hurt ;). Had a great time renting a four wheeler on beach and driving it to a the little restaurants up the beach.20 bucks an hour best deal there :)

Elevator was broken for the whole duration of our stay and we found out there was almost nobody staying on the property during the week. Still, we were given a room on the 4th floor.

Due to lack of guests, many services and activities are not offered on weekdays (massage, poolside animation, tobogan, etc.)

The location was great for the purpose of our visit which was to meet with our friend who lives next door. The breakfasts were excellent, the service excellent but the conditions of the interior needs a bit of sprucing up, modernization.
