Bardzo przyjemny basen, fajne sauny, przesympatyczna pani obslugująca całe spa. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy!

Jedzenie niestety bardzo slabej jakosci. Wszystko smazone na fryturze, nieprzyprawione, bez soli. Na plus - bardzo duże i mocne drinki. Chętnie jeszcze byśmy odwiedziły to miejsce na nasze babskie weekendy, ale kuchnia nas zawiodła:(

The hotel is immaculate throughout! Can only assume people use it as a genuine place for a family short holiday as there are all sorts of activities on site. All staff were friendly and couldn’t have done more to help. Whether staying for business or leisure you will not be disappointed

Below expectations - needs a renovation

The hotel looks tired and needs renovation. My Family and I visited it 2 years ago and it was in a much better shape. They shutdown ice skating, pool table is old and worn out. Rooms are clean but pretty used with signs of wear and tear. The only bright spot was the kitchen and food - first class cooking and service! Not sure we’ll come

This was my 4th stay in this location. Always very good expirience, particularly I am very impressed with the reception staff, who was extrimly helpfull and knowledgeable.
I am recommending this hotel in Jozefow to all my friends who are planing to visit Poland.

Quiet Hotel

Only stayed the one night whilst on business so didnt really have time to check out the hotel completely. I didnt have time to use the pool or spa but they looked ok. I did have a meal in the restaurant though which was very enjoyable. Staff throughout the hotel were polite and friendly. All in all if if you are looking for a 1 or 2 night stay in this area then I would recommend it.

Perfect location in the forest. Nearby river. Comfortable, clean room. The only problem was with rude bartender and restaurant staff. I was 5 min late (10:05 am) for already paid breakfast and and an arrogant blonde waitress did not allow me to take even cup of coffee.

This hotel offers a nice retreat while not being too far away from the city. Room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. It was great to chill by the pool and breakfast was fantastic. The surrounding forest area offers nice walking or biking opportunities.

A Great Getaway

For our break out of Warsaw this hotel was awesome. Conveniently located within 40min train ride to Warsaw, it's located in a very scenic area with rivers and walking trails. Hotel itself is very comfortable and has all necessary amenities. Pool and saunas were great and offer a fantastic view of a back garden. Breakfast was good. There's not much to do in the village itself, but it has a pizza place that works around the clock and can be worth to be checked out.

I only stayed for one night but the hotel was very relaxing with pool and gym. I went running in the evening and the neighbourhood was safe and well lit. Will definitely return when I next visit Warsaw.

The bad part about this hotel.

It is a 30 minute plus taxi ride from central Warsaw. Count on $50 dollars. The restaurant is marginal and I believe they gave me food poisoning. The hotel grounds are spacious and quiet and include many different facilities, but it is a destination place rather than an overnight stop.

We stayed two nights as our family had a christening nearby. The hotel is a bit remote but has really nice facilities (mini golf, playground, pool etc.). Best to go in the summer to enjoy these. Overall the hotel is of better quality than the average holiday inn and the staff are very professional and helpful.

The plug in the bath in our room (while taking shower) wouldn’t stay upright, so it had to be removed. The hotel is becoming slightly dated (we stayed there approx. three years ago). Parking for hotel guests on such a big site should free of charge.

Warsaw's best kept secret

Fabulous hotel if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle of city centre Warsaw (just 15 mins by car). Superb facilities with Spa, Swimming Pool, Indoor and outdoor tennis courts, golf driving range and par 3 course. Also has a riverside beach with safe bathing in the hotel grounds. Spotlessly clean spacious rooms with balconies,great shower and free internet. Fantastic service and a huge breakfast buffet to suit everyone's taste. Ideal for business or a leisure break with the family at an amazingly low cost! Don't tell too many people though. We don't want the secret to get out!

Great 4 stars with great price less than $50 per night, but the location is bit off from the center of action, it's perfect for family activity for holiday, the hotel has nice spa swimming pool, tennis court, golf, and forest adventure for kids to do, also you can walk to the river beach behind the hotel, the massage spa was nice, we love the swimming, and use the sauna, steam bath a lot. They also have mention or sun bath area. The restaurant has good food but pricy. There are nothing surrounded , so if you want o try other restaurant, you have o drive 30 minute so Warsaw downtown. It's also great for young kids, they have a cute play room or kid as well. Again, if you want to relax and this is the hotel for all kind of people or family. It's worthy, and romantic, they also ave live piano in the reception. Bar area. The room has good space, and nice bath tub. But we did not have chance to use it, cause we have too much good time in the spa pool where many fun water jet massage different area of your body.

A Championship Experience

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn - Jozefow. Very clean establishment & people oriented staff. I am in the hospitality industry and I love that they served hot food hot, and cold food cold. Staff was very informative of hotel amenities and surrounding activities. When one person didn't know ,they took me to someone who could assist me. I really loved how everyone smiled and communicated with fellow staff members. For the price, it is worth the location, because it is not far from center of warszwa as long as you purchase a bus ticket for the duration of you stay. I have not experienced a better Holiday INN in the USA. THe staff in Jozefow can teach other Holiday Inns how to give their guests a five start experience. if you need somethig..just ask the front desk staff or call.

Nice but only if you have a car

Hotel is located on a huge semi wooded plot but hard to find and accessible by car only.
We had a rented car so it wasn't a problem but don't plan to use this hotel as a base if you are there to tour Warsaw. It seems as this hotel is used more for sales meetings,conferences, seminars or any type group event. Weddings?
Having said that - if you are there for pure relaxation the place is great ! It has a golf course,line park, indoor pool with massaging water spouts, wonderful breakfast buffet with hot and cold entrees / smoked salmon,several kinds of cheess,real polish ham/not from can !/ and espresso that rivals Starbucks.
Evening meals are little limited and there isn't anything withing walking distance if you want alternative.
Overall we were very pleased - all rooms have big loggia type balconies that offer total privacy.
Maid service very pleasant and detailed .
Bathrooms very clean with all amenities, cast iron bathtubes ,granite sink/vanity,spa robes in each room.
Definitely worth the money !
BTW, there is a daily parking fee - but that's OK,
Parking is secure, entire property is fenced with gates accessible with coded room key only. Outside the gates is a nice walking trail through the towering pines next to a sandy Swider river.

The place was comfortable and clean, but there was no internet as advertised. There were problems with the connection and the agent could not get in fixed same day.

I am traveling around Poland quite a lot and it was great surprised to find out this very nice hotel.
I was expecting traditional Holiday Inn but this hotel is OVER the Holiday Inn standards.
Short distance from Down Town - just 25 min. by car, excellent Spa run by Thalgo Elle Bache, golf course, tennis course, great swiming pool and other sport facilites.....and all of this next to National Park and great Swider River.
Rooms : very clean, bigger , each with balcony and very nice view.....excellent to relax.
Staff very friendly and helpfull so I was not surprised that these hotel is award's collector for quality service.
During my next trip to Warsaw, I will stay in this hotel again.

A pleasant surprise!

I was very pleased with everything the hotel has to offer. Very modern, top class service! I was traveling by car, so it was very close to Warsaw to go and visit. But the bus and train are also very convinient. Jozefow is very nice little town, especially in the summer time. And the ice cream store of Makaruk family is the best in the country! Go Poland!

Pas au niveau pour moi

Séjour plutôt moyen dans l'établissement en ce qui me concerne. Dommage car la chambre était plutôt agréable, spacieuse et elle était propre.

En revanche j'ai dîné sur place et le repas était vraiment quelconque et plutôt cher au regard de ce que j'ai eu dans l'assiette.

Si on passe sur la fiesta qui a animé l'hôtel de musiques endiablées jusque tard dans la soirée c'était pas trop mal 😉.

Par contre la jeune fille qui m'a couru après au moment du petit-déjeuner pour me demander de régler mon repas (comme à un voleur) aurait pu avoir des manières un peu plus délicates et par exemple m'indiquer qu'il n'était pas inclus avec ma chambre et appeler la réception pour le faire ajouter à ma note puisque mon check out n'était pas encore fait! Clairement pas aux standards qu'ils voudraient se donner en terme de service clients...

Bardzo miły i komfortowy hotel

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, choć według mnie, dla gości hotelowych jednak parking powinien być w cenie pokoju...dużo podróżuje i przyznam szczerze, że jeszcze 40 PLN za dobę parkingu to chyba nigdzie nie zapłaciłem. Poza tym hotel ekstra i na pewno jeszcze nie raz będę tam gościem, gdy tylko będę miał okazję.

Pleasant hotel and surroundings

Very good service at this family friendly hotel. They are used to the needs of families with small children. The only bad thing is the baby beds which have been a bit bad during both our stays, but they were readily replaced. Plenty of things to do for kids. Parking should also be free as you really need a car to get to the hotel.

Fint hotell og fint uteområdet men servicen var dårlig. Fikk dobbeltrom med enkeltsengrr som jeg å mannen min måtte sove på. Hadde egentlig bestilt dobbeltseng men det sa de at de ikke hadde?!?! Første dag kom vi sent på hotellet og bestilte mat på restauranten som skulle stenge om 5 min. Fikk dermed maten oppe på rommet, fikk en cola i glassflaske som jeg fikk beskjed om at jeg måtte prøve å åpne med kniv fordi de ikke hadde noe flaskeåpner!! Altfor dårlit service !!!

Rymligt och välplanerat rum, stor balkong, bra garderober med galgar och hyllor, väl tilltaget säkerhetsskåp, generös påfyllning av vatten och kaffe/the/choklad, härlig bubbelpool, bassäng med massagestrålar, ångbastu och vanlig bastu - jättefint!

Sängen något hård, vi upptäckte någons använda strumpor när vi flyttade på en fåtölj, maten i restaurangen smakade inte så mycket (undantaget: utmärkt fisk) och var generellt sett bra mycket mindre än vad som specificerats.
Frukosten var av varierande kvalitet: bacon och äggröra var utmärkt, pannkakor degiga och smaklösa, brett utbud av goda juicer, helt okej brödutbud. Frukosten tilltalar säkerligen många, det fanns exempelvis även korvar och vita bönor i tomatsås, men för egen del var den inte värd nästan 150 SEK.
