The young girl at check out was unnecessarily rude with a snippy attitude on Friday 1/2/26 at 10 am .She was annoyed that I asked for a receipt because it meant she had to walk across to the printer. I was told being as though we booked through a third party app she didn't think it was important because it \"was just $60\" . I was an inconvenience to her even though I came back in and patiently waited and was polite in asking.

Booking 3rd party doesn't warrant less than customer service. Our check in staff was wonderful and the bartender Vince was also great at customer service when we were purchasing our bottle of champagne. Check out is just as important if not more because its the last step in customer engagement. Check out was a fail.

Everything was wonderful from check in at Hotelwith Adreanna to daily interaction with Sailor who was very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect. The golf course was in great condition and the staff there were all pleasant. We enjoyed breakfast and drinks at the bar and both of the \"Brads\" were great bartenders ...we didn't meet THIRD bartender Brad. 😂. It was our first time staying over but we will return again sooner than later.

While the hotel itself was beautiful and clean, it was not worth 350 a night plus a $30 a night resort fee. Have to walk across street to winery to get food/ drink- nothing in the actual hotel itself. Pool area was clean but not impressive with its cheap plastic tables. Certainly no \"resort.\"

Arrived for a wedding to find we had no:

Closet in the room or any comparable rack to hang out clothes at all anywhere

Had to ask housekeeping where the iron was to get ready for the wedding. It was in a drawer in the bathroom. An iron was provided with no ironing board.

So, when I should ve been getting ready, I was at the front desk asking for another room. I was told there was no space a d provided with a board and flimsy clothing rack.

There was no shelf or hooks in the bathroom for towels and no soap dish in the standing shower. SUPER WEIRD and inconvenient. Who wants to keep bending down for soap?

Not to mention the noise 1-2 am in the morning from the room next door.

You would think an establishment of this magnitude would at least provide these basic amenities and a quiet environment easily accessed at Super 8, Days and Holiday Inns, and other such hotels.

For the over $200 paid, this stay and the lack of basic accommodations was ridiculous.

They host weddings, their guests, and parties regularly. They know everyone is going to need an ironing board and a place to hang clothes, etc

Would never stay here again or perhaps I can simply avoid Rm 314.

Absolutely beautiful and clean room. Entrance has a magnificent staircase. About 100 feet from chateau is a cafe that serves the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had. The grounds have ponds, fountains, vineyards, and flowers.

What a beautiful little gem in the middle of nowhere. Had to stay a couple nights when our soccer team advanced to finals and we loved everything about the facility except the Internet. If you have to work, accessibility is space. Jocelyn was fantastic and I can’t say enough about the staff including Joey the bar tender at Taste. That place was a gorgeous surprise. Go!!! It’s across the street from the chateau.

Pretty property.. but terrible check out policy, first, check out time is 10:00 which is pretty early and when we asked for an late check out (on a Wednesday) they charge $50 for it and then it would only be till 12 which is ridiculous. I’ve never been charge for a late check out and hotels usually grant it especially when there is nobody there.

Worse wine resort I have been in my life, 0 service and customer satisfaction, we stayed there 2 nights with my girlfriend, they even charged us for a toothbrush, and for hotel and restaurant it feels like 2 different companies, nobody information about resort or restaurant where is what if you don't ask questions they were not saying anything, and another funny thing, in my life I visited more than 20 wineries but I never paid $45 per bottle for each wine in a winery, besides that if I'm staying at your hotel 2 nights and there is no difference between other daytime visitors I would like to have some discount or something from them, and when we checked in they charged us $160 but they also didn't inform us that at the end of the day when I asked them $100 for deposit $60 for resort service fee, I really don't know what kind of service fee is that and for which service!

Customer service at the resort is amazing! Theres a small market that had wines and beer you could purchase 24/7 as well as necessities and cute souvenirs! The pools were clean and relaxing, and the restaurant and cafe had a happy hour that is worth going to! The staff at the restaurant was very welcoming as well and very knowledgeable about the wines. I didnt had a chance to do a tour of the winery (they are closed mondays and tuesdays) but definitely coming back!

The Chateau Renault is beautiful. It was very clean and neat. Our room was small, but it was well appointed. The bathroom was very cramped and the walls are very thin. We could hear the workers visiting rooms to make repairs. The outside pool area needs some work yet, but I’m sure it’s on the list. The food options were limited and it seemed like no one really knew what was going on in order to answer some questions we had: what time does Taste open? Where can we get coffee (the machine was broken at 8am at the cafe)? Overall, I think it’s a work in progress. The renovations they’ve made so far are amazing. Looking forward to coming back again.

Property was very nice and the staff. The issue I had was the restaurants closed very early. I went to Taste 1864 at 7:50 pm on Sunday and was told the kitchen was closed and the bar was closed. Which I could not believe, especially at a resort. We had to go drive 30 minutes into the town to get a meal. Additionally, there was construction at the hotel and luckily we got up early because you can clearly hear the construction noise in the room. We were on a honeymoon and as you can expect this didn’t go well.

I had a very pleasant one night stay with my husband celebrating our 24th anniversary. We arrived the day of check in nice and early about 12:30pm and the front desk accommodated us and checked us into our room before the 4pm check in time. We were able to enjoy the whole day at the pool. There are 2 pools which are small. Luckily it was a Tuesday so we basically had the place to ourselves. We then had dinner at the restaurant. We did social hour and regular dinner. The food and service were amazing! The restaurant seemed to be under construction but they had tables on the side for guests to eat. Overall the hotel, decor, restaurant are all Fabulous! I feel the pool could have been a tad bigger and a little more clean. I also feel it would benefit to have pool side service for wine, cocktails, or some savory bites. We made do by taking a bottle of wine and snacks by the pool which turned out perfect.our was well decorated and clean. View not so much, as it was of the parking lot. We also got to meet some amazing people! It was our first time visiting your hotel and hope to be back for a second at some point.

Very clean, well-maintained property that has a lot to offer - pool, golf, dining, winery. Beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet. We booked a standard room and it was spacious (bigger than expected) and full of light. Special thank you goes to the stuff who was very welcoming and friendly, they made us (especially my son) feel like home. Great food, delicious wine, they had everything we needed or wanted. Disappointing for a venue hotel.

Friendly staff, convenient, beautiful common spaces, and outstanding food. The construction outside, inability for multiple people to connect to WiFi, lack of moist facial towelettes or sufficient wash clothes, lack of a bathroom floor towel, poor water pressure, and hole between the tub wall and tub spout are just a few of the examples of the significant work this establishment needs.

Was here for a few nights for an anniversary getaway. Everything was just perfect. Staff (especially Jocelyn at the front desk) were super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and just what we needed during a heat wave.
We spent alot of time across the street and enjoyed it very much. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent.

It was okay the property is nice good for events…didn’t get to do the winery tour cause it’s at odd times and then check in and check out are at odd times to so it kinda forces you to have to stay like 3 days if you wanted to actually do it staying on the property as well. Also it takes for ever for pending charges to drop they keep saying it’s because of your bank and it takes 4 business days but why would it take that long.never had anything else take that long. It not far from Ac. I wouldn’t stay there again mainly cause you can hear everything through the walls which was quite annoying. But if you play golf and wanna do a winery for a day this is a good place to do that at.

We stayed here two nights since it was for a Sunday night wedding ceremony and reception. The ground were neat and well kept and there was plenty of parking in front of the chateau and along its side. Beautiful vineyards can be seen along the property and inside it is tastefully decorated with comfortable chairs and greenery. The front desk staff greets you warmly, and check in was very quick and easy. The building has three floors and at first i was concerned with being assigned on the 1st floor but it turned out to be perfect, just around the corner of a hallway and the room both nights was very quiet. We found the room to be very very spacious and not cramped at all. The room was clean and elegant…not corporate-looking like many hotel chains. The king size bed was very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The sheets were crisp and soft with a heavy weight which to me means quality. Mornings offered complimentary coffee in the lobby and it was actually hot and very good! There is a restaurant across the street which serves breakfast and lunch. We went for both meals and the food was fresh and fabulous. The property has two pools and many lounge chairs with a nice courtyard; beach towels are provided. It was nice to order lunch one day poolside using the QR code provided on the menu found on the poolside table. If in the area again, I would stay stay at Chateau Renault for sure.

We had a very nice time. We were celebrating our anniversary, and hadn't been to the winery in 25 years before they had a hotel. Got a decent rate through hotels com for a \"value\" king room. It was a nice size, very clean , carpet could use an update. The pools are great, and the food is excellent. Of course, the blueberry duck (champagne) is our favorite. The only knock I would give it is the lack of color and ambiance in the rooms. There is no art or pictures on the walls of the room and our room lacked a full length mirror. I would definitely stay again though, and recommend to anyone.

Checked in Tuesday at 4:30 pm and was offered a selction of premade sandwiches (1 choice) or premade salad (2 choices). Wednesday the water to our room was shut off. We were told it would be back momentarily. After 1 hour we were told another 10 minutes. After another hour we were given a $25 voucher towards breakfast that had cost us $52.00 that morning. 2 hours later we requested another room. We were given another room and a complimentary bottle of champagne, their product, such big spenders. Was not pleased to spend a honeymoon that way. Please let EVERYONE know to stay away from this resort.

I loved my entire experience. I really enjoyed this property. The room was comfy, large, and clean The grounds were beautiful and peaceful - great for a long walk. The pool was clean. The rate we got - mobile, mid-week, was well worth the price. We did eat at the little cafe across the street for breakfast. Only two items to note - the bathroom shower was a bit awkward - no place to put the bottles of shampoo, etc. The other was lack of cell service in the area (not the property's fault). It was non-existent for T-mobile. I had to go outside the building to get a cell signal to authenticate my work laptop (as it runs on cell texts). I used the WiFi for the rest of my work, but it was sporadic in service. Otherwise, a great time and I hope to be back!
