The staff here really made the difference as they were so friendly and helpful. We liked the pool and being able to relax on the roof terrace. Breakfast was not to our liking but there are plenty of options in town.

Amazing!

The location is great, about 15mins walk to Jonker St. The road where the hotel is also very quiet so you'll get a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast is not huge but enough selection for Western and Asian palate.
Staff is accommodating and very friendly. The bed is super comfortable too! We had an amazing 4 days in this hotel!

For a 4 star hotel, there wasn’t any refrigerator. The bedsheets were tattered and has slight black stains. We’ve used the cups in the hotel room and the next day for room cleaning service, the cups weren’t washed.

Loved the stay here. Rooms were spacious and staff were very friendly. Its in Little India but its very near to the famous locations in Melaka. The toilets are also very clean and the heaters are working perfectly. Overall, great stay, will come back!

Stay was decent. Service was good, so was cleanliness. Location was good too, only a 10 min walk from jonker. Our room's Aircon was in need of service - it had a rattling sound which disturbed our sleep to the point where we turned it off, and used the fan instead. Other than that, all good.

Good Stay. 3 couples/3 rooms (all 50+). Smooth check in, courteous staff - friendly. Breakfast was just about okay - very limited and modest spread. Quality was average. Not very vegetarian friendly. Was told off when we asked for cooked eggs. Well located if you like on-main street location. Oveall comfortable. Breakfast can be / should be improved.

A beautiful oasis walking distance to attractions

This was definitely a little hidden gem. An oasis near the busy town centre. The atmosphere was so relaxing, open and airy. The open courtyard where we had breakfast, open feel of the rooms with the glass bathroom, and the rooftop pool made our stay very relaxing. And being able to park our car on site and do everything on foot makes this one of the best locations I can think of for a hotel. 100% would stay here again and highly recommend. It should be a 4.5-5 start rating. Compared to other places we’ve stayed in Malaysia, this is one of the best so far.

Charming hotel with unique decor in the middle of little india. Cot provided in room as requested. Family room was big enough for 2 adults with 2 young kids including the cot without feeling claustrophobic. Kids loved the big bathtub

10 min walk to Jonker Street
711 nearby and a hawker centre/open air food stalls open at night, but lack of other amenities such as nicer restaurants in the area.
Ample private secure parking, indoors and outdoors.

The only fault i could find was that the quality of breakfast was so-so. Relatively limited spread. Its not bad tasting, but not bad either.

Overall would recommend and return.

There's no 24 hours service. Hotel will lock the doors entrance (front & back). We have happened to knock the door when we came back from drinking around 2am and there's a foreign worker sleep over there standby to open the door.
Overall it's a good stay.

I’ve booked 9 rms stay for my friends. On arrival We were told to pay in full upfront before we were issued the room keys. No receipts were given, was told we will get it when we checked out.
Again not given the receipts when we checked out, and we’ve forgotten about it.
Upon return home, found that l was double charged for 2 of the rooms.
This is very bad mgmt of services and leave a bad taste for customers.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Just that wifi was pretty much non-existant once you enter the room and that there was nothing much in the surrounding area. Well, at least most places of interests were within walking distance. The staff here was so friendly! The breakfast, simple but yummilicious!

Had a very pleasant stay with the THS. Even though the carpark was a challenge to locate at first, the receptionist took the trouble to walk with hubby to find the carpark. Its a small hotel with rustic and nostalgic feel. What impresses me most is the breakfast. They serve ala carte breakfast with local delights like nasi lemak and roti canai (which in my opinion - best)

Quiet and friendly

Enjoyable 3 day stay at Treasures with its friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was quiet, provided a good breakfast and was within easy walking distance of the river and tourist centre of Malacca. Parking was at rear of hotel and I managed to park under cover. A bar, restaurants and money exchange are all in the same street. Thoroughly recommended.

A short 2 days stay on the way to KL

It’s a unique interesting hotel.
The check in and check out were painless. Everyone can speak English. We enjoyed the welcome drink. No complaint about the room nor the location. The carpet in the hallway may need to shampoo to remove some spots/stains. The bed is good. The shower is good with great water pressure. The breakfast is “good” for me; however my husband said the breakfast is “great “.

Small boutique hotel in a good location, not too far from well known \"Jonkers\" street and other tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable , just large enough for two persons. Good for short stay.
Staff were efficient and friendly. Parking for rental car was a little difficult to get to and surroundings needs cleaning up! Lot of rubbish while getting to good and clean and private hotel parking area!Breakfast was nice but average.

Don't judge a book by its surroundings. The area around the hotel my not be much to look at but this little gem is quite the surprise once you get inside and see your room. Warm friendly staff, clean, modern unique rooms, terrific breakfast and a very reasonable price - everything you could want or need.

This hotel is well named as it is a real find. Cool and stylish, the staff are lovely, the atmosphere is calm, chilled and welcoming. The upgraded room we were allocated was lovely (although the need to pull down a roller blind behind the glass door for privacy in the loo was a a bit odd) and the hotel has a large rooftop pool which was a blessing after the heat of the day. Walking distance to everything and free parking. This is hotel is excellent!

Lovely new hotel in a convenient location

Newish boutique hotel, which is in Little India, but actually pretty close to all the tourist sites. Hotel has a nice clean swimming pool on the rooftop, which my children loved after a day of touring. Breakfast was lovely, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend. Only negative comment is the safe box was not working properly, and a slightly unpleasant smell in room, which did not notice within a minute of being in the room.

Good find in Melaka

Treasures Hotel and Suites is a nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Melaka. Just minutes away from little India and a 10 to 15 minute walk to Jonker Street. The staff are always friendly and very helpful to all your queries. Restaurants are just around the corner and a convenience mart is situated opposite the hotel. A bonus is that breakfast is until 1030 with different dishes every day. A pool at the top is also a plus for a hot humid day.

Family Melaka Staycation

Everyone of hotel staff is very polite. Initial room was fill with newly renovated smell but was upgraded to suite by their manager Bryan when they cannot resolve after first night stay. Buffet was nice but no brown sugar for coffee and light soy sauce for porridge and dark soy sauce for sunny side egg. No given toothbrush or shaver which u must request. Suite was nice with balcony link to pool. Overall this hotel is very new. Fabulous rustic design. Very worth while hotel. Exceptional hotel. I seldom see hotel staff service check in customer till to the lift. And their staff and manager going around asking for feedback after breakfast or stay.
Only disadvantage was sauna near pool is not working. Another gd point was its location is very near to jonker street with 5 mins walk. Opposite hotel is tan kim hock shop selling malacca local biscuits n stuff. Behind hotel got hawker stalls selling till late night where u can try local food, seafood etc. Will sure like to come back and stay. They also had hotel basement carpark n out door carpark with ample lots where is located behind the hotel.

An Enjoyable Stay!

We booked a 2 nights stay and received an upgrade to a Premier Deluxe Room by the receptionist, Ms Shafikha, thank you for that.
The hotel is new and quiet and is within walking distance to Jonker Street and the Heritage site. The room is cozy and clean with the basic amenities. My daughter's favourite place is the swimming pool, water is clean and place is relaxing but seem like only my family is using it.
The breakfast is nice and enough for us to start our day. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at Treasures Hotel and Suites.

We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Treasures Hotel & Suites. It’s a new modern hotel, but designed with character, with an attractive open atrium type area in the middle, where breakfast is served. Staff are very friendly and keen to help, and the rooms are spacious, with very comfy beds and a great shower. Very quiet too - surprisingly so, because it’s on a main road (rooms are set well at the back of the building). Nice pool too on the top (third) floor. They even offer a complimentary loan smartphone to use as a WiFi hotspot while out and about. About 10 minutes walk to th central square. No hesitation recommending this hotel in Melaka!

Had a great stay at this excellent boutique hotel. Nicely located within 10 mins walk of jonker street, the rooms were nice and cosy with different designs for each room. The breakfast at the central courtyard was pretty good and the pool at the 3rd floor was fantastic. The service of the front desk staff was exceptional, providing us with complimentary smartphone and extra bottled water upon request, and helping us to get grab cars to various locations. Thanks for the excellent service. Will definitely stay here again.

It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Jonker Street - make sure you turn to the right on the first bridge and and take the river walk down to Jonker

It’s my favourite hotel in Melaka: A charming newly opened hotel with very clean and cosy rooms, very friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. I like the third floor with the pool after intense sightseeing. Major sightseeing spots are all in walking distance. :-)
