We had such a great stay! The room was clean and provided all the amenities we needed from complimentary snacks and drinks, clean towels that were replaced and the room was cleaned daily. It was in a great location so it was easy to get around. The building was maintained well. Although we checked in late, the instructions to get into the building were clear which made it so easy to access. Will be staying here again next time!!

The room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and enough space for all 4 of us . The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend to everyone, particularly families wanting safety, and peace, whilst still in the midst of things. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, with good communication from before we even arrived. Brilliant!

Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage

The property at 504 Corso Suites was excellent! It is in a fantastic area of town, walkable to every site if your in decent shape and safe, with TONS of shopping and dining options everywhere. Katerina was on concierge who met us at the property to help us in and show us around - very friendly and informative!
We were affected by an airline stike before the end of our visit and accomodations we tight, but another attendant at the property, Micaela, went above and beyond at the last minute to secure us a room at one of their other properties, only 2 blocks away, for a family if 4 for 5 nights. Micaela even walked us and our bags (literally down the street) to our new location for an early check-in, and helped us get settled, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in a tough situation.
I would recommend this and any other property, operated by this group, to anyone travelling to Rome; hands down the best service experience we have ever had travelling.

The location is great, and the hotel and room were very clean, modern, and well maintained. The elevator is quite old, small, and a bit scary, but since it’s only one floor up, we used the stairs, it wasn’t a big issue.

The room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt spotless. They even provided some complimentary drinks and pastries, which was a nice touch.
The only thing is that at night, the street can be noisy. We didn't mind as we were so tired but if you don't like that, I would keep that in mind.

There are only six rooms in this hotel. We had the one with balcony facing the main street. Desk is only manned in the middle of the day. Lobby is shared with commercial and residential tenants, so it does feel like a hotel experience. Room was clean. Bathroom is enclosed by frosted glass except for a 18\" wide panel in the shower which provides a clear view in. Appreciated the walk-in closet/ pantry. Unfortunately enclosed with clear glass, so it lacks privacy for dressing if multiple people are in the room. Right on a main shopping strip that is pedestrian only. Close walk to Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps. Gets a bit deserted at night after the shops close.

This suite is located right on the main shopping street and we got to enjoy the New Years Parade from the balcony! It is a wonderful place to stay, but it is loud in the evenings especially on the weekends. If you are ok with a little noise this was a great place to walk to dinners, walk to all the sites and jump on the metro if needed. We would stay here again.

I'll start by saying that the location of the hotel is very convenient and everything you will want to see is within reasonable walking distance. For many, this will be a very big plus! The hotel/boutique, as other's have mentioned, is located on one of the main roads so expect lots and lots of noise well into the early hours of the morning. This includes people noise, late night drunks and homeless noise, and daily middle of the night trash and cleanup truck noises. The worst part of the hotel, however, as many have mentioned is the bathroom. If you are travelling as a family, and getting a quad or triple accommodation, I'd highly recommend looking at other options. The bathroom is separated by a fogged glass enclosure including the shower, from the rest of the room. Anytime anyone uses the restroom or shower, the light from there transmits into the entire room. Very little privacy as well. Also, note again, no staff on site for most of the time. This is a 6 to 8 room total boutique hotel found nestled within a section of a large building with other apartments and other hotels.

The only issue was that the shower door seal needs replacing. Water always went onto the floor unable to drain which made it very wet and slippery. Had to use towels to mop it up.

The host was amazing and since this is not your conventional hotel, with a concierge desk when you walk in it's best to keep in contact with the host, with arrival time. It started with a warm welcome from Katerina at the front desk. She was kind enough to hold our luggage as we arrived early from our cruise ship. Even though our room wasn't ready due to cleaning, she still showed it to us. Later in the day when we returned, we found the room to be warm and thought the AC was off. We tried adjusting the settings, but couldn't get the temperature below 26°C. It was uncomfortably warm, and we endured a difficult first night, planning to bring it up with Katerina the next morning. We noticed that she wasn't always at the front desk, so we let it go for the second day and night, but the discomfort continued.
In the morning, we were fortunate to find Katerina at the front desk and reported the issue. She acknowledged that our room was indeed very hot, and assured us that it should be at least 23°C. She said she would have it fixed while we were out, but upon our return in the afternoon, the problem persisted. We texted her, and she arrived with an AC technician. They had cleaned the filter while we were away and thought the problem was resolved, but it turned out not to be the case. The technician acknowledged that there was an issue with the AC and performed a temporary fix, advising us not to adjust the settings. We were not in Italy for an AC tour, so we left for the evening and returned to another uncomfortable night.
Overall, the experience was not pleasant. We were not offered the option to change our room or even given a fan.

They had cleaned the filter while we were away and thought the problem was resolved, but it turned out not to be the case. The technician acknowledged that there was an issue with the AC and performed a temporary fix, advising us not to adjust the settings. We were not in Italy for an AC tour, so we left for the evening and returned to another uncomfortable night.
Overall, the experience was not pleasant. We were not offered the option to change our room or even given a fan.

Check in was virtually impossible. We couldn’t find the place, though we walked around the building several times. It’s up a long staircase, however we needed help with our luggage. You don’t have access to the elevator until after you check in.
Our room was large and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. But the check in turned me off. There were no employees for help after 6:00 pm.

We were under the impression there was a pullout couch and there was not. We had no iron and called several times for one and had to borrow one from my in-laws. Also our bathroom/ room smelled horrible as if someone had just used it when we had been gone for hours. It was the drain in our shower and my in-laws had the same problem where their shower started flooding.
My family enjoyed the beautiful views and family time in the kitchen. Also we forgot some clothes and shoes and I tried to call and never received a reaponse

I don’t have even one complaint about this property. I am accustomed to 5 star accommodations and had a difficult time finding a nice hotel that was walkable to the main attractions and was not a tiny room with twin beds. 504 Corso Suites did not disappoint. The hotel was spotless. The room was large with high ceilings and nice finishes. We had a king size bed and a couch which expanded to another large bed for two people. There was a small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee/tea pot. The bathroom had a shower with a removable attachment, as well as a toilet and bidet. The staff refreshed towels as well as the complimentary snacks beverages and wine/beer daily. The hotel is quiet and centrally located. We walked to the colosseum and the Vatican and were extremely close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. We were able to leave our bags by the check in area, as we had a late flight and check in was at 11am. The staff was friendly and present during the day in their office. When not in the office, the staff was very responsive via what’s app. This hotel is top of the line 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The location is excellent if you want to see some of Rome’s main tourist attractions, including the Spanish Steps. We had two rooms one of which was for two adults with a child. The child’s bed was a pull out couch that we tested and found comfortable. Our rooms were spacious, with high ceilings. The rooms were comfortable overall, with modern design. They were impeccably kept. Overall, a surprise gem.

We booked the room for three days. The breakfast was forgoteen to provide in one day. Since there is no way to find the reception in the early morning. We have to consume the mini-bar. When checking out, the receiption complained that why we steal their minbar. I told them they did not provide the breakfast and if they need a payment, they should summarize the total amount and we paid at check out. However, they said that we should pay the minibar to them before consuming anything. They do not know how much many need to pay at check out for minibar. This is the first time that I heard client need to pay the minibar to the reciption before any consumption, althought the reciption's working time is 10H to 17H. They did not make appologize for forgetting providing us the breakfast, but just saying that if we were in the room during their coming, they cannot come into the room to refill the breakfast. What a poor managment and rude staff. They conplain on us of not being professional of staying in their hotel, while I spent more than 100 days a year in hotels.

The room that I had is in another building which is very far away from the main building. I was not told that the room is not at the same location when making the booking. I asked the local staff, the recepition was very rude. He complained on me why we are not enough professional of not reading the terms. However, I checked my booking again and it was not mentioned at all in my booking. Lots of facilities do not work in the room, such as teakettle, which is very dirty. The reciption is not 24H, however, during the working hour, on one answers my call.

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk everwhere we wanted to go, allowing us a more intimate experience in Roma. Staff was great. We were upgraded to the balcony suite for 3 of our 4 nights at no charge. Nearly everything was top shelf. My only quibble was with the thin and somewhat tattered towels...and I mention that as constructive criticism. My wife and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you're going to be staying there in the near future it may be worth asking if the work in the building is still ongoing.
