Great place to stay by shopping street around the corner. Close to metro.The room is expensive but you pay for space in Rome. We went for breakfast in the morning and the bar ripped us off for breakfast. The prices were visible yet they charged us more. Be careful.

Excellent stay for 2 nights for our family of five in Rome following a cruise. Terrific central location with easy access to taxi, metro, or bus, and very walkable. The staff was very responsive to queries in advance, both through Expedia messaging and WhatsApp. They made taxi reservations for us for transport from the port to the property and from the property to the airport. We had reserved an extra bed as well, and the bed was in place and the room was ready by the time we arrived from the port. The two-bedroom room had plenty of space and the continental breakfast basket and espresso pods were replaced each day. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Rome was amazing. A big part of this was because of our stay at Ripetta 25. Comfortable, clean with helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and questions answered by WhatsApp within minutes. A little deceiving to stay breakfast included but the snacks and drinks replenished daily were an added bonus. Everything you need in a small kitchen. Very close to all tourist attractions (walkable to most). Although the room we stayed in (Amethist) could do with a little updating, it was clean and quiet (once window was shut). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Loved the spaciousness of 2 bedroom areas (although no dividers betwern walls at ceiling so can hear everything in the entire apartment) amd so nice and having 2 bathrooms, we were a party of 4, this was in a great area with so many options to shop and dine! We had an amazing time at Ripetta 25. The apartment was plenty of space for my family of 5. The little kitchen was so convenient for having coffee and simple breakfast in the morning. Everything was very clean and it was so easy to walk everywhere or take the metro from the Flaminio or Spagna stations. We walked to Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain easily. There was a Salumeria super close where we bought fresh salami, prosciutto, and bread for sandwiches. The restaurants around the corner were so close and we had amazing meals. Highly recommend Ripettta 25.

The area is relievingly quieter than other chaotic parts of Rome, yet it's beautiful and epic in its own right, with the Tiber River, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the beautiful Piazza Del Popolo just down the street. No shortage of shops and amenities. If looking for excellent food at a decent price, I recommend trying PizzaRé, which is about a 30-second walk away from the hotel.

As Americans staying in Europe for the first time, we were extremely nervous about booking a reservation so far from what is familiar. Ripetta 25 was perfect. Very secure. The owner and operator were both so helpful and patient. They also arranged transportation from Civitavecchia and to the FCO airport, allowing us to focus on just our stay. Ripetta 25 is walking distance to the Colosseum, the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. If you're looking for a safe bet with plenty of room for two adults and two kids- this is it. Also, the breakfast basket they leave is amazing. With a kitchenette- it just can't be beat.

We stayed here for four nights, myself, my husband and young son. What an amazing apartment, central to everything, most of the areas of interest easy to get to walking. The Spanish steps were a 5 minutes' walk, the Trevi Fountain a 10 minutes' walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a few mini markets.
The room is stocked daily with breakfast items, such as bread, juice, coffee, yoghurts, jams, croissants, butter and milk.

My adult daughter and I made a trip to Italy, and we stayed at Ripetta 25 from May 20 to May 25, 2022. We stayed in good hotels in the other cities of Florence and Venice, and Ripetta25 was the best. We liked most the staff, the location, the room feel, and the breakfast (and yes, the room also was very clean):
Staff: We had planned this trip for Spring 2020, and due to COVID-19, we needed to reschedule it twice, once for 2021 and finally for 2022. I had to cancel and re-reserve twice all hotels, transportation, and activities, except for one: Ripetta 25. Paolo was always very available by e-mail and very accommodating. He was happy to reschedule us twice when nobody else would do that. We arrived very late due to our flight schedule. Still Paolo was there and gave us a warm reception. When we checked in he took time to give us a map and show us points of interest that he recommends and an area to avoid. He also gave us some other tips including restaurant recommendations.
Location: Ripetta 25 is in the heart of the city and near to everything that most visitors to Rome would want to see. Still it is in a neighborhood that is not quite as busy as other neighborhoods. It is only a short walk from the metro station.
Room Feel: We liked the contemporary decor of the room.
Breakfast: Being able to eat the provided breakfast in our room every day saved both time and money.

A gem in the heart of Rome
Ripetta 25 was a perfect place for our family of four. The location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to the Borghese Gardens which is a must if you are traveling with kids (even if they are teens, like ours). The gardens are a great place to end any day of sightseeing. Paolo, at Ripetta 25 was in contact with us before our arrival with wonderful restaurants suggestions and information about tours and getting around. He was also very helpful and responsive once we arrived and was great about arranging transport for us back to the airport for our departure. We stayed in the Perla two bedroom apartment and it was so clean, had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again! I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and only have a minor complaint—it’s not the quietest nights sleep. The road noise from the street below can be heard throughout the night and the also occasional noise within the building. It would also help day sleepers if there were blackout curtains! But it’s not something I’d lower a rating for because the location and service are outstanding

If you decide to drive: park on the street by the hotel to check in and he will direct you to a parking lot about a mile away. Comfortable Stay
Our host, Rebecca, was very welcoming and accommodating. She even arranged for our car back to the airport, which saved us time and money compared to taking the train. She took requests for what we would like provided in our room for breakfast. Our room, Aquamarine, had 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and two baths, so it was plenty spacious for our family of four.

Ripetta 25 is quiet and the location is great - near restaurants, shops, and a Metro Station. We walked to the Vatican and around Central Rome easily. We took a bus to the Colosseum area. We stayed in the Perla room and it was nice to have an extra bedroom with bunk beds for the kids in our family of four. The continental breakfast left in the room was nice to have. Staff were very helpful in booking a transfer to the airport for us and recommending restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with the choice. It is bang in the city center next to Piazza Del Popolo. Only 5-6 minute train ride from Roma Termini followed by 3-4 minute walk. Historic landmarks are close (Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon each within 10 minute walk). The area is super safe and cozy to walk even at mid night. There are restaurants, ice cream shops as soon as you get down. The property is spacious and clean. We booked the biggest apartment (Aqua Marina) as we have 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a big bed and the other with bunk bed (for 2 kids). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2. It also had two bathrooms which was a big plus. There is Air Conditioner in the apartment and elevator in the building, which are not common in European hotels. Being August it was very hot (90 degrees). It was great to be back after hot days of sightseeing in a clean, cool, specious apartment. They restock breakfast each day after cleaning. (rusks, bread, jam, croissants, cookies, honey, corn flakes). In the kitchenette the fridge had milk, butter, fresh oranges. There is a juice maker, coffee maker and local coffees. Loved the frothy coffee. Owner Paulo and his assistant (forgot her name) go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Paulo went out and got us milk one evening when we we realized we didn't leave the cleaning/restocking sign on the door. Hotel's airport transfer is only 55 Euros. Highly Recommended!!!

Our family of six stayed here and it was the perfect place for us! It had plenty of room and the layout of the room was very spacious. The location was also perfect. We walked to everything except the Vatican, but that was an inexpensive cab ride. The hotel has an information binder in the room that contains a lot of information for the area which is very helpful. A big concern for us was the ability to wash clothes and there is a laundry mat right around the corner. My favorite hotel so far on our two week European vacation! This hotel would be my top pick when going back to Tome.

This hotel is in the perfect spot. I would probably stay there again. My only issue was the mildew on the wall/ceiling of the shower in the family suite. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Plus, this building has AIR CONDITIONING!!! Have nice dinner down the street at Rosati Ristorante and enjoy a pizza from PizzaRE.

Wonderful hotel! I think this is actually a converted apartment, so the rooms are very spacious. Paolo (the owner) was so good to work with. He arranged transportation from the airport for us and met us personally at the hotel. He is very nice and knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Thankfully the AC worked very well—it was so hot outside! The small kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable too. The bathroom was also very clean! I would definitely stay here again. It’s right in the heart of the city and very close to the metro and some fantastic restaurants (Gran Sasso!) Thank you, Paolo!

Great location in Rome, walking distance to all the major attractions. This place is very close to the Piazza del Popolo and subway station Flaminio. Makes it very convenient to travel from and to the airport. The place is very quiet at night and breakfast items are provided everyday.we were well received by Rebecca on arrival and she remained available to answer any questions during out trip. Finally, this appartment with two bedrooms was very comfortable with AC and large rooms. This is much better than your typical hotel room in Italy and the price was very reasonable.

Really friendly staff, spacious rooms (more spacious than what photos suggest), comfortable beds. You can customize breakfast for more or less jam, bread etc on request. Area is very close to Piazza del Popolo, leading into Via del Corso and Spagna shopping areas. Just make sure you arrange check in and luggage storage pick up time early as the staff are very busy.

We loved everything about this apartment! Rebecca was welcoming and friendly and met us at the property when we arrived that evening. She took her time showing us everything that we needed to know about the apartment. They cleaned the apartment every day and left a fresh basket of goodies for us and a fridge with fruit and milk and lots of delicious Italian coffee was restocked every day! The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere from the Pantheon to the Colosseum!
