The rooms are quite dated , and there was a musty smell especially after cleaning ( the mops must need to be changed. The curtains were old / broken .
It would have been nice to have complimentary water / soft drinks although it was nice to have the option of being able to purchase them.
The jacuzzi is amazing ( thay big it took forever to fill haha ) Generally really nice place to stay . Staff always on hand via wats app. And they are super friendly.Central location . Great they offered to keep hold of our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. I would stay again 100% it could just do with a lottle upgrade and refresh.

Overall room was clean, there were some receipts/garbage left in drawers. Staff were very friendly, check in was quick. Was a bit hard finding the building as there isn't a sign, name was only listed on the buzz in directory on the building.

Excellent place to stay!

The stay was amazing. The location was perfect. Really close to everything. The service was amazing. The owner was so helpful during the stay from sending clear instructions to enter as well as sending amazing recommendations for places to go and restaurants to eat at. I would 100% return to stay here.

The room was suitable for our needs. Great location for shopping. Easy walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Panthean but just over 30mins walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Definitely buy the Colosseum tickets before you go as the queues are massive. We bought tickets online for a guided tour of Colosseum and we by passed all the queues so was well worth it.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Arrangements were made for checking in after hours. The room was very clean and comfortable. Elevator to the floor which was great with luggage.
Only critique was no shower door, water splashed out of the shower onto the floor. There were a good stock of towels so it was an easy clean up. Safe in the room which was also a great feature. Pictures and property looked the same.
Great espresso machine, stocked mini fridge. Lovely stay!

So although the property was in a great location, it was not a hotel but a condominium/room. So if you came to the hotel after hours, there is no one in the front to help you if needed. I found it to be a little overpriced for just a room and no service. The location was amazing but most of Rome is walkable distances anyways. If you’re looking for a hotel this is not it.

Great location and hidden gem

The front desk was only open from 10-2 but that worked out fine. The lady at the front desk was amazing. The room was the most comfortable bed we had for the entire month. AC was cold and the suite overall was spot on.

Location, Location, Location- you are 5-15 minutes walk to most everything city center. However the property feels so peaceful away from the crowded tourists areas. Staff was very helpful. When I return back to Rome I would stay here again.

Stayed recently at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect in every way! The communication with the staff even before we arrived at the hotel is outstanding, letting us know how to check in as we arrived in the evening and that they are there to help with anything we needed which was amazing. One main thing I was concerned about was whether I would feel safe staying somewhere whilst being in a pandemic, but I was so impressed with the thorough cleaning procedures and other guidances that were put in place that I felt so incredibly comfortable and safe which made our stay that huge bit better as well! I can’t thank everyone enough for allowing us to have the most incredible stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfectly situated, immaculate, beautifully appointed apartments. Very helpful receptionist, I really hope they survive the lockdown. Only drawback no kettle or tea making facilities and being Brits we need a cuppa first thing in the morning. There was a coffee maker ( very strong coffee no milk) there is a cafe next door that serves tea however.

The staff always went above and beyond. I was very grateful for all the help they provided from transfers to and from the airport, right the way to recommending restaurants close by.
The rooms were well kept and always spotless, I never had a complaint about the rooms cleanliness. The hotel itself is situated close to all the major tourist spots, just a short walk from the Vatican and the Spanish steps.

If you are not local and are taking the subway - carefully get all the property details. We took the airport taxi and had no problems licating the place on a rainy day.

Amazing room with awesome location and staff.

When we first arrived, we thought it was this other building that was displayed. It turned out it wasn’t, but instead, an adjacent apartment complex. Once we located the floor, the place is exactly as you see and pictures and more! The service is amazing, with an awesome staff. While you wait to get registered, they have a complementary coffee bar which is pretty awesome. They are also super helpful to answer any questions about Rome and where to go, see, eat...stc. Rooms were really nice and comfortable; highlights include two sinks, nice decor ans updates, along with a separated shower/toilet that has a cool multi-colored light that you can control! My favorite was a free MiFi that acted as your room WiFi and portable hotspot, so you can take it with you as you explore the city. It was super easy to get to places since the hotel was centrally located. There was a nice little cafe downstairs at the corners we visited each day for a quick pastry and espresso to start the day. When you book, a staff member will contact you via Whatsapp to help with registration and any q’s you have. Only concern is that you will want to keep your windows closed so bugs and mosquitos don't get in.hil

Una verdadera vergüenza. Si pudiera ponerles de calificación menos que 0 lo haría. La limpieza completamente deplorable; la tasa del baño con hongos, las superficies de los muebles y veladores tapadas de polvo, las toallas con pelo, lavamanos con hongos y rastros de sarro, bordes de los espejos salpicados con manchas. Reclame y me dijeron que como el pago no era reembolsable no podían hacer nada. Pésima relación costo/beneficio. Las fotos publicadas no muestran la realidad del lugar.
Dentro del servicio estaba el resguardo de equipaje y cuando preguntamos no lo tenían, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en recepción sin ninguna protección. El check out era a las 11 y querían que estemos fuera hasta antes de las 10:30.
La persona responsable una mal educada y a pesar de nuestra insistencia al decirle de las fallas con relación a la limpieza, de una forma prepotente respondió que no habían esas fallas. Esa gente no tiene claro que son ellos los que están brindando un servicio al cliente, nos trataron como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor ellos a nosotros.
Uno viaja para descansar, no para tener problemas con las condiciones del hotel por el que se paga. Inaceptable, desde la limpieza del lugar hasta el trato que le dan a uno como cliente.

Trovo che la struttura sia bellissima, veramente di classe e soprattutto si riconosce la passione nella ricerca del dettaglio. La vasca è eccezionale peró......diciamo che negli scarichi non era pulita.....stando al centro potrà essere comprensibile ma rimane sempre un peró..... il servizio... la macchinetta per il caffe a capsulenin camera è super apprezzata ma una domanda... perche una dola capsula normale ed una sola capsula espressa... volevamo entrambi un caffe nornale e siamo dovuti scendere al bar perché la colazione non era disponibile... 2 biscotti grandi, 2 cookie e stesso discorso, uno alla cioccolata e uno ai frutti di bosco...
