The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed.
There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions.

I had an amazing stay,i cant pick one bad thing to be fair.my room was a bit small,but very clean ,soundproof and comfortable.sleeping was good and comfortable,how ever the pillows aren’t the best.aircon works are normal.Hotel stuff are very nice and friendly.they’ve got great facilities.free snacks was just superb. Also their coffee es amazing! Beach is just 15-20 min away with the bus.its a great place to spend ur holiday.i loved every single bit of my stay. I highly recommend it! Definitely visiting again!

We stayed 2 nights for vacation. The room was clean. The staff at front desk were friendly, even though one of the room service ladies was not that nice ( She kept knocking at the door before 10:30 am wanting to clean the room. We told her to come later, she was unhappy and had an attitude). I reported it to the reception desk lady and she apologized and gave me one free breakfast as compensation. I appreciate it. So, I still recommend this hotel.

First Class Hotel and Staff
We were two couples, my partner and I and my niece and her husband, staying in Toulon for the first time for five days. The hotel is modern, in an excellent location to both the centre of the town and the railway station. The personnel, particularly Aya and Auriane, were extremely helpful and very patient with my awful French and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. One facility which was extremely helpful was a 24-hour lounge area for all the residents where you could help yourself to drinks (teas, coffees etc) and to nibbles and fruit. It proved invaluable and we stay there again without hesitation. Thank you again for giving us such a pleasant stay.

Small, compact room. Good location
We've not given particularly high marks for this hotel. Whilst the service etc. was great, we found the room too small and its layout not great. It would not suit a larger person, especially the separate toilet, and the lack of space around the bed, especially past the wardrobe, wasn't great, particularly when trying to get to the toilet during the night.
The wardrobe itself didn't really afford sufficient space to allow us to fully unpack and so we lived out of our cases. We did however appreciate the club room with a constant supply of refreshments and the friendliness of the staff, and good location.
All in all, just didn't suit us and not what we want from hotel accommodation.

Great hotel, very close to the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the marina. Friendly welcome. Clean room. Very small toilet (had to reverse to get out) but the shower was excellent.The Club facility is very good. Disappointed that I couldn't get access to the rooftop bar during my stay.

I travel the world for a living and stay at many hotels. Not an active reviewer, but want to make sure I give my positive feedback for Okko Hotels Toulon. Impressive customer service and friendly staff - I LOVE ‘the club’ - it’s my morning coffee, my office, and truly enjoy the little Happy Hour in the evening with snacks, local wine and beer. Staff is extremely attentionate and scores high on personal service. Highly recommend this place as ‘the hotel’ downtown Toulon.

This property is an excellent choice. I am a soda traveller and I felt extremely safe not a huge eater so the free nibbles available were okay for me receptionist was very very helpful and the gentleman who took over from her. It was also great early check-in and late checkout at no extra cost. Thank you for letting me have a splendid day at your hotel even though it was only one night next time I will definitely come here.

We stayed at Okko Hotel the night before we travelled to Corsica by ferry. It's very close to the train station and the centre of Toulon. The ferry terminal is a 20/25 minute walk. Very enjoyable stay in Okko Hotel. Comfortable bed with linen/cotton bedding. Very pleasant and obliging reception staff. The hotel is doing a lot to be eco-friendly, filtered water stations, fixed hand wash/shower gel/shampoo dispensers. Lounge for residents offering tea, coffee and snacks all day was a real treat. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Service excellence ..comes from a happy line of management . It will cost u a bit more to stay at okko but in my travels ..4/5 star rivaling the Marriot Nice . Staff have risen from night bakers(?) to front desk. Being welcomed by someone who remembered me is service .passionate , the staff all want to be there . Obviously a low turnover and thus careful hiring . There is absolutely no hotel arrogance..but a friendly ' how can I help you\" . Going beyond Service exellence y? Ie . As little as refrigeration of my previous 1 star hotel ..I arrived tired and was met with smiles. One promoted team member remembered me . During my stay a night member . theres a baker (?)night security with name E xx he would look for kiwis of which I can't find in any hotel breakfast ..but at okko it's available . Another female team member (Sb)even reheated my food and finding me late after midnight some fruits . A shout out to the great okko Toulon ,General Manager and team . The staff are diligent ..clearing of free drink glasses ,plates , constant observations of the lounge . This is like a country club . And quiet: HUGE plus for a hotel in the heart of a city.
The Okko is a 5 minute walk from the main train station: one of the main reasons we chose it. Also right next to a big square & in minutes you're walking the pedestrian streets to the harbor.
Love the in-room Nespresso machine and common room coffee machines for cappuccinos, hot cocoa, Americano, cafe au lait, tea at any time.
Also a complimentary frig with juices, tonics, soft drinks & put out a bit of fruit, some crackers & cheese for nibbles.
Their evening apero hour (6:30-7:30 I think) used to be a self service buffet but now they make a couple plates of snacks & bring them to you.
If you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast (a bit steep @ 18 Euros per person) just walk across the street to the fantastic bakery (you can see it from the common room!) We got baked goods, had them with the Okko's coffee and were set for the morning.
Tons of restaurants, cafes, museums, etc all around.

Ideale Lage. Modernes Hotel. In meinem Zimmer kam es zu Beginn der Nacht zu einem Wasserrohrbruch im WC. Ich musste umziehen, zum Glück war noch ein anderes Zimmer frei. Sonntag Abend war niemand greifbar um das Wasser zumindest abzustellen. Ich hätte es gekonnt, war nur ein geplatzter Flansch im WC Wasserbehälter - aber ohne Werkzeug ging das nicht, und die Dame von der Rezeption war technisch überfordert.
Kann aber alles mal passieren und hat daher keinen Einfluss auf meine Bewertung.

Bel hôtel, calme, literie confortable, personnel incroyable et situation au top. Dommage que hotels.com vendent des chambres plus chères pour inclure l’accès en illimité au club (boisson et snacks), alors que tous les voyageurs y ont le droit de base. On s’est fait avoir sur ce point et pas de quelques euros. Par contre la VMC qui s’active a fond les ballons a 6h du matin gâche le séjour, et les trous à plusieurs endroits sur les draps et serviettes ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles. On reviendra dans la chaîne car on est rarement déçu mais on ne se fera plus avoir avec le supplément pour le club.

Petite mention pour le rooftop avec des coktails à tomber et un personnel également aux petits soins.
