Nice view and well located in the center of La Seyne sur mer. Wifi is annoying as you always have to reconnect. Check-in is only from 4pm and check-out has to be before 11am even if nobody was in the hotel.

This is a good hotel for the price. The address on Expedia is wrong, so our navigation system took us to a wrong direction. Luckily we found it... only 9 mins away. AC did not work. Most service people do not speak English. Hard to communicate. Even after translation, they came to room (front desk) but seemed to did not know how to fix problem. They left without calling anyone to fix problem. We ended up sleeping in a very hot room.

Just loved this hotel with a balcony room overlooking the marina, it was beautiful, especially at night! Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were also friendly, English speaking and helpful. Location is perfect to grab a bargain at the local market earlier or to sample some amazing patisserie's from, earlier in the day, loved it!

acceptable for the price we got. Although the location itself is not nice , with the main road in front of the hotel and neighboring areas are not good at all. View from the hotel is good, onto harbor and bay. The hotel needs better maintenance as the entrance, the aisles on the different floors were not clean.
On our floor at the exit of the lift were standing for 4 days open cartons with cushions.... Vacuuming a bit more in the general areas of the Hotel required and take care more of the Hotel entrance. Our water boiler was smelling terribly , so no chance to boil some water for tea or coffee

Comfortable rooms and an excellent pool. We ate at the Bistronomi quality restaurant across the road which is well worth a visit. Use the ferror to get to Toulon-€2 each way.
Taxi from the airport was €60 but the return journey on Sunday was €80.

A place to relax

The hotel is set in a harbour, lovely rooms, well thought out. The cons: The area around the hotel does not offer a lot. the room has facility to make coffee and tea, but you don't get more than one. Your then encouraged to have something from the bar. Something I wouldn't expect from such a hotel. This being said the rest is very good and I would happily stay there again.

I was nicely surprised by the hotel. We didn't know that this was Kyriad Prestige which is different from your normal Kyriad. Service was outstanding, room clean and comfortable. We booked on hotels.com and their price on arrive was over 100euros more. So I thought great value. We didn't tour the area, but for a stay and a dinner it was great. Would definitely go back and encouraged me to try Kryiad Prestige in the future.

Price wise, the hotel was a very reasonable alternative to some of its more expensive counterparts along the French Riviera. The town was more peaceful too as it had fewer tourists. We had two rooms with balconies facing the water. They offered a view of the bay with boats dotting the waterway. It was a nice sight to wake up to. There were nice restaurants nearby. We wished we had had more time to walk along the boardwalk.

This hotel is pleasantly sited next to the port of La Seyne sur Mer, not exactly Toulon as was advertised on the Hotel.com website. This was a little inconvienient as we made the trip to watch the rugby in Toulon, however the location itself was nice. It would have been helpful if there had been an information book in the room, providing advise about public transport, especially the boat which crosses the bay from the port in La Seyne sur Mer to Toulon, and a timetable would have been useful.
The town itself has an old part with a couple of pretty squares, but not much in the way of restaurants.

Perfectly fine hotel; pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. Although it was not a holiday (in France) the hotel was very quiet, with potentially only three or four other people staying in the hotel. Which is good or bad, depending upon how you look at it!

Booked a king sized bed, which was 2 singles pushed together. I expected this of course but not that they would be different heights. Staff were friendly and helpful but the biggest problem is the location. The town is small and quiet but nothing to do. The ferry to Toulon was fun at eur 2 each return but the hotel seems to have ideas above its station. It is not conveniently located but charges like it is. Instead of the eur 9 each for breakfast we went to a cafe across the harbor where we got coffee and bread rolls with jam and croissants for eur 10 total for both of us. Would stay in toulon next time.

this is a very modern hotel with beautiful rooms. Found it very clean & bed firm and confortable. A/C worked well. Great setting. Ours faced the newly renovated park overlooking the bay & Toulon across it so enjoyed the balcony the rooms have. Unfortunately, our short stay did not allow us to try out their pool. We did not want to stay in Toulon which is a larger, noisier city with no particular interest except the harbour yet this location allows easy access to coastal roads towards Marseille or the highway topwards the rest of the French Riviera.

Very nice hotel across the water from centre toulon and harbour restaurants but has a regular water taxi at only E2 each, made it a bit more interesting. Hotel great had breakfast one morning which was not great as someone had appeared to not turn on the heater to keep the hot food hot!!Excellent restaurant just across the road from the entrance, busy area a little run down but seems to be on the up

We stayed two nights in this hotel during a two week vacation. It was modern and comfortable. Free parking and good petite dejeuner, not included. Nice swimming pool, too. Staff was very friendly. You need to have a car to enjoy this property as a base to explore the beach towns around Toulon.

An oasis of excellence with a fantastic location overlooking the port in La Seyne Sur Mer. Excellent guarded parking facility. Great staff with a can-do attitude. Quality bedroom and tarrace/balcony. Definitely reconsider booking Kyriad Prestige hotels as a result.

The hotel was ok. Rooms were clean, staff was nice with the exception of the general manager who has no sense of customer service. The location is very poor and not safe for ladies at night. I would not stay there again mainly due to the general manager and his horrible attitude towards his guests.

The room was very good. Clean, tidy with plenty of room. Had good Wifi. The balcony was a good feature as was the separate toilet. The front desk personnel were welcoming and helpful during our 3 day stay.
The breakfast wait staff didn't make tee contact and acted as if we weren't there. Not at all welcoming. We noticed that this was not just us they didn't react to. They didn't keep up with replacing empty trays on the breakfast buffet.
The ledge along the wall, at sitting head height, had not been cleaned for a while and was layer with dust.

Stayed here for one night, not expecting too much as it was a budget hotel, however we were pleased as the hotel was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The first room we were given was smokey,even though it is a non-smoking hotel, we were told that some customers do, and there were ash trays on the balcony table. The receptionist was helpful, showing us two other rooms, we chose one with a view of the marina. Comfortable bed, good shower, desk and wifi connection.Would recommend. Better than expected!

Went to Toulon to watch Leicester Tigers. The Hotel was 9km outside of Toulon town centre but this turned out to be a bonus. There is a boat taxis that takes you directly to Toulon Harbour, right outside to the waterfront cafes for 2€ and takes 20 minutes. Hotel overlooked the Harbour and was very modern inside. Free parking at the front of the Hotel. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed for the weekend. The only downside was that the hotel had events on by the pool and in the dining area on separate occasions so some of the facilities couldn't be used at those times.
Also the parking got very full at times, and when returning late in the evening the security gard often strayed from the reception desk and had to be found on foot in order to open the gates to the carpark

Why stay anywhere else.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonably comfortable beds, web access, good breakfast and fitness room if you’re up to it.
La Seyne Sur Mer is quiet but better than the narrow streets of Toulon. The lack of restaurants nearby maybe inconvenient, but Toulon is just a short boat ride away (and bus back if you miss the last boat).

Excellent Hotel...I didn't find out the reason why it is 3 stars hotel...should be, easy...easy, a 4 stars one.
Great and spacious rooms with balconies to an amazing view over the Marina or the Port. Staff very polite, skilled and with a great score of problem solving. Joseph is a star.
Great premises inside and outside and about 2 miles from the Les Sabellets beach. If you drive, during peak season, it is going to be tricky to find a spot to park the car. The same in the Hotel if you arrive after 10 pm. However, the staff always manage to get you some place nearby to park.
Nice pool area...a few sunbeds more wouldn't overcrowd...beautiful Mac G5 with Printer in the main entrance for free use by the guest. Good Wireless in the rooms. Mini fridge is of very good dimensions and drinks are free. Kettle to be used along with coffee, decaf and an assortment of teas and biscuits.
Around the Hotel, will recommend a late drink in the Comedy Bar managed by the fantastic Mr. Gil, and in the Village the La Cascates Pizzeria ( not sure how to spell it). Around the Sablletes, and Six Four Les Plages, there's a wide choice of amazing restaurants. A bit pricey but not unusual for the South of France.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Just cleaning wise could have been better, and also the free parking. Will be back and recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights in early July 2010 - hotel and room were exactly as described on the website - we would very happliy have stayed for longer!

- Staff were friendly and helpful
- Hotel was well presented and easy to find
- Room was great - generous size with clean, modern decor, shower room and separate toilet, and a balcony with table & chairs and slatted shutters for privacy / shade.
- Room facilities were excellent - efficient aircon was a must!, comfy bed with good quality bedlinen, a sofa, chair and table with plenty of space as well as an in-room safe, tea & coffee tray replenished each day and a minibar fridge. Would have been nive to have an English launguage channel on the TV.
- Breakfast - for us, prices looked expensive v the price of the room, so we didn't opt for the buffet. Instead we made use of the fridge in our room and picked up croissants, juice and yoghurts from the supermarket nearby and then served ourselves a lovely breakfast on our balcony overlooking the marina - beautiful start to each day!
- Pool was a terrific bonus - heated and outdoors, so lovely even into the evening.
- Free private fenced car park - marked as not guarded, but seemed pretty secure to us.

Hotel menu was pretty limited, and there didn't seem to be a huge number of restaurants within walking distance, but we ate in La Seyne a couple of times, as well as in Les Sablettes (5 / 10 mins by car), and Bandol (Bandol / Sanary both worth a visit and only c30 mins away).
We also took the boat across to Toulon for the day - great value combined boat, bus & cable car ticket can be bought from the Tourist Information office. The cable car goes to the top of Mont Faron which overlooks Toulon for great views and nice walks amongst the trees - there is also a zoo but this was very disappointing with few animals, and those that were there were in very small enclosures, not recommended at all.

There are new apartments recently built near the hotel, and the hotel itself is quite new - looks like the area is on the up & up, but hopefully the room prices won't be as we'd like to go back!

Le personnel manque totalement de sourire et d’amabilité. Dès notre arrivée, malgré notre sourire, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger les hôtesses. Autant dire que l’accueil laisse à désirer.

Quant à la piscine, elle est loin de refléter les photos. Elle rappelle davantage la municipale que celle d’un hôtel.
De plus, la zone est absolument dégoûtante : des verres pris au bar étaient posés au sol, des gobelets renversés également puis des mégots jetés au sol.
Pas la faute du personnel mais la non-éducation des clients.

La climatisation est quasiment inexistante, nous nous sommes réveillés plusieurs en sueurs à cause de la chaleur étouffante.

À notre arrivée, pas la moindre bouteille ou carafe d’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre, ce qui devrait pourtant être le minimum pour ce type d’établissement et ce, surtout en période de canicule.

Le quartier n’arrange rien : la majorité des restaurants aux alentours sont fermés.
Le soir, plusieurs hommes alcoolisés se regroupent bruyamment devant l’entrée du parking, ce qui nuit à la tranquillité des clients.

Pour les points positifs, la literie est bonne et la chambre était propre.

En conclusion, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. Habitués aux établissement 4 ou 5 étoiles nous considérons celui-ci comme une véritable erreur de parcours.

Un 10/10 pour le restaurant « DON PAPE ». Les pizzas y sont excellentes et le personnel au petit soin.

Attention, après avoir tout payé sur internet et vu à l'accueil que tout était ok on vous prend sur la carte le montant du parking une fois rentré à la maison. Cela représentait 10% du montant de ma nuit.
J'ai eu l'impression de passer du statut de client à pigeon.
J'aurais préféré être prévenu à mon arrivé plutôt qu'on me dise que c'était écrit par téléphone.

L’hôtel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses. Cela fait plusieurs séjours que nous passons dans cet hôtel. En revanche une amélioration des petits déjeuners serait vraiment souhaitable, nous avons l’impression que d’années en années les PDJ sont beaucoup moins qualitatif. Sur le buffet il y a le strict minimum attendu.

Excellent mais peut encore mieux faire.

Séjour professionnel de trois semaines.
Les points positifs:
- La situation, à côté de Port, belle vue des deux côtés
- Le parking, malheureusement payant (12€/nuit) mais vaste et sécurisé avec portail à code
- La climatisation dans la chambre, même si elle peine un peu lorsque l'hôtel est complet
- Le restaurant dans le même batiment, bien qu'un peu cher
- Le petit déjeuner buffet à partir de 06:30
- Balcon fumeur

Les points négatifs:
- Un peu bruyant côté Port si on veut garder la fenêtre ouverte
- Le service de chambre. Parfois on a une serviette, parfois deux et parfois pas de descente de douche ... Les deux derniers jours, le recipient de gel douche avait disparu ???
- Le service de blanchisserie, horriblement cher (4€ une paire de chaussette !!!)

Business trip for two nights.
Shame about the lack of Bar Staff in the evenings.
When having evening meetings over a drink it is annoying to have to go to the reception to get some service at the bar !

Hôtel bien situé et très confortable.
le seul bemol l'éclairage dans la salle de bain pas assez éclairé et se serait bien de mettre un miroir grossissant.

El mejor!

Uno de los mejores Hotel de La Seyne-sur-Mer.
Muy comodo, limpio, con aparcamiento privado y muy cerca del cientro del cuitad.
Super también el restaurante da bajo!

Bel hôtel avec un personnel très agréable et accueillant
Seul point noir plus de liquide douche dans le distributeur le premier jour mais également le deuxième jour malgré une réclamation à la femme de chambre

Magnifique séjour pour nous et notre petit garçon qui a pu profiter pleinement de la jolie piscine et de ses transats ombragés. Il a aussi pu découvrir le billard et les échecs près du bar.
Chambre spacieuse, literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable. Une délicieuse odeur lorsque nous rentrons en chambre.
Un produit Nuxe pour la douche qui sent très bon.
Un petit déjeuné varié composé de mets de qualité.
Mention spéciale au Mr du bar qui aujourd’hui nous a préparé un bon barbecue malgré un soleil de plomb sur la terrasse.
Nous reviendrons très certainement en espérant pouvoir rester un peu plus longtemps.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Hafen mit eingezäuntem Parkplatz
In der Umgebung sind viele Strände
Personal freundlich und bemüht
Teilweise scheint es mir der Haustechnik Probleme zu geben. Wenn wir z.B. ausgiebig geduscht haben gingen die Rauchwarnmelder an, bei unserem Nachbarn mal mitten in der Nacht - da waren wir alle auf einen Schlag wach.
Mal hab es im Fruhstücksraum einen Wasserschaden wg..einer undichten Dusche
Getränke und Essen ist eher teuer, Qualität teils nur durchschnittlich.
Schöne Poolanlage, wenn man mal nicht an den Strand will.
Ort selbst ist eher unspektakulär
