The room itself was nice, however the air conditioning was terrible. We told the reception and they said they’d send someone up but never did. I asked again on our last night and the receptionist came up and said they’d fixed it, when we came back from our evening meal the room was 27 degrees! When I asked to change rooms as we had barely slept our whole stay their attitude was terrible. The pool was also out of service 2/3 days we were there. A real shame as if the staff had been nicer and more helpful it could have all been a more pleasant experience

A clean and tidy hotel with nice refurbished rooms less than 10 minutes walk from the station.

There are no real bar facilities available for a pre dinner drink at the hotel. There is a bar but it had no beer and no wine during our stay.

Breakfast was a decent selection of the usual pastries, other continental breakfast items and decent coffee.

What we did not like: Bathroom has nowhere to hang wet towels and bathrobes, we can see the hooks behind the door were removed; the toilet needs a good scrub, colored stains can be seen near the bottom of the bowl - probably water stain?

What we liked - the room is very spacious, the bed linens are clean and very comfortable, we also liked the soft pillows. We were able to rest very well. And we also appreciate the very gracious and friendly staff.

Using perfume to mask an old, dingy hotel

We booked this hotel as a quick stopover during a road trip. We paid for an upgraded room, with a king bed, so we could ensure a non-smoking room (the more basic room said that a non-smoking room could not be guaranteed). When we got to our room, the room clearly smelled of smoke and we had not been given the upgraded room we paid for. After complaining to the front desk, we received a new room, which was still not the upgraded room we paid for, and the room smelled heavily of perfume being used to mask an odour. Thank god we only had to stay one night in this hotel. I would not recommend it for any reason. Aside from the smell, which was also present throughout the hallways, this hotel wasn’t in a great location.

Hotel car park ( 12 euros per night) is narrow if you have a larger car, places outside hotel preferable and free.

Hotel clean , recently refurbished, and beds comfortable, except for pillows, although note in room says you can ask for different pillows.

Breakfast is excellent, we felt worth the extra expense.

Hotel is easy walking distance to central Toulon and port and train station areas.

The hotel was easy to find as it was well sign posted. We managed to park at the front of the hotel which was free.
The check in was quick and smooth.
The room was well equipped if a little tired.
There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool but it wasn’t easy to get a drink.
We went to the bar twice before staff finally appeared.
Unfortunately the hotel was in a very nosy position and neither of us got a wink of sleep. There were numerous emergency vehicles passing during the night.

Just what was wanted

Arriving by train, this hotel was very conveniently placed for the station, and close enough to the town centre to enjoy Toulon's life without suffering any late-night celebrations.
Very good facilities, although I was there on business and just used the hotel as a sleeping base. Nice comfortable room, enormous bed, my only quibble was the slightly noisy air-conditioning / heating system which wouldn't turn down low enough!

Fantastic low priced Hotel. Tesla Euro road trip.

Fantastic staff! Excellent restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Easily worth the price. There is a small pool situated in between the hotel and several other buildings which protects you from outside noise and wind but also limits sun exposure if you're wanting to tan all day. The underground parking was very tight to get into with a larger car and lower cars will have scraping problems entering and exiting but it was secure and cool in there. It's hard to believe this was one of the cheapest hotels we booked during our stay but it is admittedly a 1/2 - 1 hour drive from Cannes or Marseilles and Toulon offers little for tourists. If I'm in Toulon again I will definitely stay here.

I didn't take any breakfast or dinner or use any of the extra facilities, but the room itself exceeded my expectations of a Holiday Inn and was actually very pleasant and comfortable with a brilliant shower, large TV and lots of space. The only thing I wish it did have was a small kettle, even though the espresso machine was cool, it would be nice to have the option for something other than only an espresso. A small kettle and a normal sized cup would have provided this.

Very good value hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Friendly staff n clean rooms. Only complaint is some one kept parking infront of the disabled/ pushchair access path which was annoying. Complained to staff but they said they couldnt do anything about it, we suggested they put a sign up or on the car to tell them not to parl there but it acted upon so it happened a few days in a row.

This hotel has great friendly staff. The hotel is in great condition.It is also close to the water and many great restaurants and bars, just minutes away! Very close to the train station, 3 minute walk! Breakfast buffet is great with bacon, scrambled egg, lots of fruit to eat, cereals, breads, cheeses. you won't go away hungry. The coffee machines give you lots of choices. The pool is very clean. Any time in Toulon, That's the place to stay!

Hotel was expensive compared to others in the area, however facilities were good and hotel was to the expected Holiday Inn level.
We actually asked for a queen/standard bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Bit disappointing, but managed.
Was also not in the center or with restaurants, cafes very close - but easily walkable.

5 min walk from the train station, easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Strong odor of cigaret in the room although it was a non-smoking room. Telephone was not working. The staff told us they just finished remodeling a month ago but it still looked very messy and disorganized... Too expensive for what it is.

On nous a donné une chambre PMR en rez de chaussée avec un lit très mince, très mou et avec une planche en dessous. La salle de bain était plus que basique, pas d’eau chaude, l’eau froide coulant limite goutte à goutte. Bref, après avoir demandé à la réception nous avons pu déménager à l’étage mais malgré tout le lit restait vraiment très moyen. Le reste de la chambre était correct.

Salle de bain aurait besoin d'un vrai ménage. Le personnel aurait besoin d'une formation pour éviter de souffler quand on lui demande un service (un seau à glace). Le petit déjeuner au prix qu'il est, est honteux, mauvaises viennoiseries, jus de fruits censé être pur jus, même le café est médiocre. Un 4 étoiles certainement pas, sauf s'il suffit d'offrir une salle de travail, une piscine hors d'age, et un petit déjeuner au large choix de produits pas tentants

Auf den Bildern im Internet ein super Frühstück … vor Ort eine absolute Enttäuschung!!
Trockenes Toast abgepackt ais dem Supermarkt. Baguette trocken. Rührei flüssig. Manchmal standen 4 Personen vom Personal zusammen und haben gequatscht aber „Buffet“ war leer. Kein Saft kein Nutella kein Baguette außer man sagt was. Dreckige Tassen und Teller…
Der Poolbereich war einfach und uneinladend. Sitzlounge ohne Polster …
Die Zimmer waren sauber und relativ modern.
Unser Fenster konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden. Die Nachbarschaft war laut … sehr laut.
Ich weiß nicht was ich noch alles aufzählen soll…
Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Es un muy buen hotel, es bonito, es cómodo. Sin embargo, encontré un problema al hacer mi check in ya que me dijeron que su sistema arrojaba que no se había pagado aún, le enseñé el recibo de la aplicación y hasta ese momento dijeron que ya lo dejáramos así, cuando momentos antes nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar todo, fue muy confuso para mí. También nos pidieron una tarjeta para la garantía, cosa que en ningún momento se especifica al reservarlo, pensábamos que era el impuesto pero no. La recepcionista con una actitud un poco nefasta.
La alberca no estaba disponible los días que fuimos lo cual nos hubiera gustado igual saber antes se reservar este hotel.

NO AIRCO, LOTS OF MOSQUITOES

The hotel has NO AIRCO. They chose not to tell the customers, because they would stay away ofcourse. But they do charge you the full price of a proper hotelroom.

That the hotel needs maintenance is clear. It is old fashioned and outdated, so I do wonder what other surprises will show up.

But since the temperature in the room is hot, the only ventilation you will find is an open window. Unfortunately I didn't think about the huge amount of mosquitoes, the noise was to be expected. So it's a choice between not sleeping due to overheating or due to the sounds of mosquitoes and the itching result of being their target.

All for a 100% price, with no reductions, to stay at what more feels like a camping than a hotel.

Tip: You have a lot of better opportunities in the area.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, équipe sympathique et service d’étage efficace. Mon seul bémol est sur le petit-déjeuner : horaires indiqués sur l’application non à jour (marqué 10h alors que c’est en fait 9h30) et un bacon reservi d’un jour à l’autre et de plus en plus carbonisé (pareil pour les autres plats chauds). Sinon, c’est bien dans l’ensemble.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel et avons été enchanté par votre accueil. La chambre premium était au top. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort ainsi que le petit plus dans le réfrigérateur. Le pdj était délicieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé et bénéficie d'un parking couvert pour 17 euros/jours ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est tjrs à votre écoute.

Bon séjour mais nous avons vu que nos draps n étaient pas changé depuis 7 jours nous ne comprenons pas car pourquoi cette situation ?
Dans l ensemble correct mais là aussi les bouteilles d eaux n étaient pas remplacer chaque jour et de plus oublié de remplacer les tasses de café !
Nous avons attendu 3 jours avant que le tuyau de douche soit remplacé !

Effectivement les clients ont parlé très fort dans le couloir et de plus ont claqué leurs portes 3 fois de suite vers 1h du matin pas très cool pour les autres !!

Hôtel bien situé près du centre-ville. Typique Holiday Inn, rien de spécial mais c’est ce que l’on cherchait car nous voulions avant tout une grande chambre confortable et deux bons lits. Malheureusement il faisait très chaud dans la chambre , 30 degrés, et on s’est fait dire que l’air climatisé n’allait fonctionner que le 1er mai.

Le personnel était très gentil et on nous a changé de chambre et dans celle-ci, nous pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir de l’air toutefois c’était bruyant sur la rue. Ce fut difficile de dormir…cela gâche un séjour.

Hôtel très bien situé sur la ville de Toulon. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel très aimable !

Zentrale Lage, recht ruhig

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Altstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sauber. Nettes Personal, beim Frühstück war nur 1 Person für Alles. War Zuwenig. Frühstück in Ordnung. Guter Käse, feine Croissants.
