Amazing hotel and stay

Very accommodating staff. We booked a last minute late stay and they were extremely helpful. If travelling to the Hotel in a Van/4x4 be aware many of the car parks are low. We parked on the harbour. Thanks again for a great stay.

Fantastic location, wonderful team

We stayed here for a rugby weekend, and found the location to be perfect. Short walk to the stadium, and very central to all other attractions in the town.
The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. The restaurant on site is brilliant. Great set menu for dinner and good choice of wines and champagnes.
Can not wait to visit again, maybe when the weather is a little warmer

Beautiful stay

Very good location and clean. The nautical themed decor is very neat. Beautiful building with beautiful facilities. We had a great stay except for a little surprise at the end. When we checked in, the receptionist confirmed that the breakfast was included based on their system. But it wasn’t and we had to pay because they made a mistake. I am sure their restaurant is very good because we weren’t able to walk in for dinner as they were fully booked. Need to book ahead next time!!

We enjoyed a fantastic couple of nights at Hotel L’Eautel Toulon Port. We loved the overall nautical theme of the hotel and found all the staff to be helpful and courteous. Our large family room was spacious, clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our teenage children really enjoyed the rooftop pool which was fun! We has breakfast in the hotel which was absolutely delicious - there was everything you could ask for all so fresh and plentiful. The hotel is in a great location for exporting Toulon and we would highly recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.

We had a good sized room with a balcony and a view over the wheel and water. The staff was incredible and supremely helpful. The room had a lovely 2 part bathroom and plenty of outlets. We had great suggestions for dinner and were escorted to our room including help with the bags. Great stay!

Great hotel in the heart of a Toulon - a must stay

Loved the boat themed hotel in Toulon. It was close to everything, port, city center, shops and restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and offered great recommendations, spoke fluent English.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. My issue is that the air conditioning would not work and the room got quite stuffy. Additionally, the power went out one morning for several hours and I wasn’t able to dry my hair or charge my phone. The front desk apologized but didn’t even bother to offer us a coffee for the inconvenience.

Don’t be fooled by the size and affordable price. This Hotel was great! The rooms are very clean, very comfortable bed, bathrooms are spacious and the Marine Decor is very nice. Very well located in front of the port and adjacent to an esplanade that has different restaurants and bars at your doorsteps. The Hotel offers parking for $17 Euros overnight. The parking lot is in walking distance to the hotel. A little confusing to get to the first time…. but once you understand the instructions it’s a no brainer. After not finding it the first time, Cloe, the receptionist took the time to accompany me to find it. The restaurant is impecable and has great service…Thank You Cloe for taking me to the parking lot! If I come back to Toulon… this is definetly The place I will stay again.

Didnt get the room described on the original booking but was told that they are the same and the photo and description is generic, however it was different to what ibwas expecting
On check out, even though i had paid in advance i was charged nearly another 50 euros. The person on the counter couldnt say why at first, then said it was for breakfast, which i didnt have at the hotel. He took of the breakfast but it was still over 20 euros to pay but he couldnt say why. Im now waiting for hotel to contact menand explain why so i can pay it.
Positives rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and it was a great location.

Nice Hotel right at the port of Toulon and direct access to the old town. Nice roof top pool, heated and just big enough to relax in the warm water. Amazing views over the roofs of the old town. Room was nice, a tiny bit narrow. I’d suggest to take one of the superior rooms for a bit more space. But for one night it was absolutely fine. Around the hotel and along the port nice selection of different restaurants. Highly recommend not to take the hotel parking. This is nothing for the faint hearted! Tiny is even big against it. And it’s a hassle with keys, passwords etc to get in. Better use the Qpark close to the hotel.

L’hôtel est rutilant, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire, le restaurant très séduisant et le rooftop avec petite piscine très agréable au coucher du soleil.
Nous avions une chambre pour 4 personnes très propre et spacieuse, seul petit bémol le canapé lit confortable mais un peu petit pour deux adultes.
Cela dit notre séjour nous a beaucoup plus!

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Personnel au top, d’une grande gentillesse et au petits soins.
Nous avions une chambre grand plaisance, celle-ci n’avait pas de terrasse alors que nous l’avions prise pour cela, dommage.
Pour le tarif et un 4 étoiles, il manque quand même des petites choses, une machine à café serait bienvenue plutôt que du café soluble, un kit de toilette (coton, coton tiges…) des verres à dents.
Prix du petit déjeuner élevé par rapport au tarif.

mauvais nettoyage pour un quatre étoiles, le fauteuil était sale, les parties communes aussi (l’ascenseur par example). Pas de bonnes produits dans la salle de bains. Heureusement le lit était confortable. Peu d’espace pour les bagages. La piscine c’est simplement une baignoire… le personnel amical et serviable. Très bon restaurant.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und modern renoviert. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Hafen.
Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen wenn ich in Toulon bin.

Rapport qualité / prix décevant

Très bonne localisation en bordure de la vieille ville et à 2 pas du port, mais environnement bruyant.
Attention aux photos qui montrent de belles chambres alors qu’en pratique la majorité des chambres sont en long avec beaucoup de surface perdue.

Au vu du prix, on s’attend à de bien meilleures prestations en chambre .
