Although we expected basic amenities given this is a low cost B&B, we were disappointed that the air conditioning didn't work which made for an unpleasant stay when the temperature was >30c

Although this hotel states 'Toulon' in its title, it's in fact around 3 miles from Toulon and with taxis seeming almost impossible to find, it makes returning to the hotel at night very difficult. Also the front keypad would not work correctly the majority of the time

The staff was nice, and tried his best but not much to work with. The hotel is in need of deep upgrades, and is not as cheap as it should have been. The bathroom curtain was moldy, only one outlet in the room. I think the appropriate charges should be half what they ask for. If you want to enjoy and relax this place is not for you.

Nous déplorons qu'il n'y y ait personne à l'accueil. Nous avons eu des difficultés pour récupérer notre code.
La chambre était déjà payée, et l'opératrice contactée nous demandait de régler la somme totale, nous précisant qu'il fallait verser la taxe de séjour d'un montant de 2,60€, nous n'avons pas trop compris.

Beaucoup de mal à entrer dans l'hôtel car n'ayant pas payé d'avance je n'avais pas le code d'accès. Heureusement des vacanciers presents nous ont aidés. Par contre suite au paiement a la machine en carte bleue nous avons été prélevé deux fois et attendons le remboursement... sinon hôtel parfaitement situé, parking juste devant, station service à proximité. Chambre climatisée très important en ce moment.

Je suis arrivée assez tard et il n y avait plus personne à l accueil. Le numéro de réservation reçu par email ne correspondait pas avec celui à entrer dans l ordinateur pour obtenir la chambre. A l'arrivée, l'accueil est fermé et à partir de 17h, le rideau est ouvert mais je n'y vois personne même en passant plusieurs fois. Dans la nuit au moment de nous coucher nous avons trouver une blatte dans le lit donc nous sommes partis sans utiliser la chambre j’avais crainte de trouver d’autres nuisibles et de plus l’état de la douche n’était pas engageant et impossible de joindre le numéro d’urgence

Les hôtels de la chaîne B&B Hôtel sont toujours (à quelques exceptions) très propres, confortables, etc.. C'est pour moi la meilleure chaîne d'hôtel en rapport qualité prix. Seul bémol les œufs bacon du petit dej, à peu près 8 hôtels sur 10 de la chaîne ne savent pas les faire (pas cuit, même pas chauffé du tout, œuf liquide, bref immangeable). Si un responsable de la chaîne voit le message merci de refaire une formation sur le sujet.. Sinon n'en proposait plus..
