The hotel is old, the facilities haven’t been maintained since the last 20 years, the staff is exhausted, made of extras, and have no means to provide a professional service for the customers.

No wifi in the bedroom. No room service. Not allowed to bring food into the hotel even though there’s no room service. No changing table anywhere for a baby. Juice machines at breakfast broken. Rude staff. Not able to put drinks from the bar onto your room.

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room.

We were very happy with our room and the staff was,very nice and welcoming. I think that rhe hotel is a bit too relaxed about rules...Some children were very noisy using speakers and listening loudly to music around the pool and the management did not ask them to stop besides many complaints from guests. There is no supervision around the pool and some families were even bringing their own pic nic eating in a big group of 20 and leaving a,mess around the pool..

Je dirais que les balconnets des chambres ont besoin d'un grand nettoyage. Les joints autour de la baignoire de la salle de bain méritent d'être refaits. Le rideau de douche est tellement petit qu à chaque douche c est l inondation. Il est inadmissible de faire la chasse aux maillots de bain pour homme, un peu trop long, alors que certaines personnes se baignent en robe où en burkini. Ce qui est à mon sens un manque d' hygiène total. D' ailleurs je n' ai pas mis un pied dans l eau de la piscine. Sinon restaurant et personnel du restaurant au TOP.

Suffisant pour une nuit de passage
Arrivée en soirée après plus de 600km de route à 21h04, la réception m'a annoncé que la dernière table admise au restaurant était à 21h00. Aucune tentative d'essayé de contacter les cuisines même pour un repas froid. Par ailleurs chambre en 2eme corps de bâtiment a la décoration des années 80 et moisissures prononcées sur les joints de baignoire. Rien de grave pour passer une bonne nuit sur une literie correcte et une propreté d'ensemble sans reproche. Pour finir Petit déjeuné manifestement resservi de la veille - tranches de fromage et jambon séchés par le frigo, salade de fruit avachie et pain industriel décongelé.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre confort. Visuellement propre, cependant, nous avons remarqué une odeur de transpiration persistante dans l'air et concrètement dans les coussins de lit et les rideaux, ainsi que des joints de baignoire mal nettoyés avec des traces de moisissures qui pourraient partir avec un peu d'huile de coude...
La décoration style années 80 est très vieillotte à mon goût, ce qui personnellement ne nous donne pas envie de revenir.
L'endroit est très calme et silencieux, propice pour passer une bonne nuit, mais nous avons été gênés par les bruits provenant du frigo et de la climatisation, qui étaient trop bruyants.
La piscine est belle et assez grande, cependant, c'est dommage qu'à la sortie de la piscine chauffée, nous soyons obligés de sortir à l'extérieur (il faisait 12°C ce jour-là) en maillot de bain et serviette car elle ne communique pas directement avec le bâtiment et il n'y a pas de zone vestiaire dédiée.
En dehors de cela, l'hôtel est situé dans un cadre magnifique avec de belles installations, très bien entretenues.
Le petit-déjeuner continental est assez complet avec de nombreux choix de viennoiseries.

En arrivant à l’accueil, on nous a dit qu’on était logé dans l’autre partie de l’hôtel au bout d’un couloir, une passerelle à traverser, faire tout le tour du bâtiment jusqu’à l’entrée… bref, débrouillez vous car personne sur place pour vous y amener ! C’est un 3 étoiles !

L'hôtel méritrait un bien meilleur entretien des chambres et jaccuzi ainsi que des hôtesses qualifiées et serviables ainsi qu'un service technique même le soir en cas de pannes.

Concernant la piscine sous abris l'eau laissée à désirer des grosses particules noires flottaient à se demander si la filtration était en route, une bouteille vide de champagne était dans un skimmer
