I recently stayed at this budget hotel and found it to be a convenient and affordable option. The location is excellent, situated next to a mall and just a few minutes' walk from the port, making it ideal for travelers looking to explore the area or catch a ferry.
The hotel is located on top of a car park, but there are also some free street parking options available nearby, which is a plus for those driving. We had a car and took a ferry, and for my parents, it made things super easy.
There are different types of bedrooms available. We booked a triple room with a king bed and a top bunk, which was perfect for our needs. However, be cautious at night as it's easy to hit your head if you're not paying attention.
The rooms are very basic, and there is no fridge or kettle to make tea or coffee. Additionally, the hotel provides only one towel per guest, which means you'll need to use the same towel for showering and drying your face and hands. This isn't ideal, but it's a minor inconvenience considering the overall value.

The toilet was brown in the bowl, the bathroom smelled like piss and the general cleanliness of the floor was questionable. There were people smoking and that smelled in the room in the morning. The breakfast could be improved the bread was hard. :(

It's time to renovate this hotel, but it is OK as a budget option. The area isn't great if you are a tourist. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants. Underground parking is a bit expensive, but it's free to park in the street at night until 9am.

Very confusing location hardly finds the entry of the hotel and the pay parking lot are shared with other local stores and hotels. Small room fits the name budget. The receptionist don't know English at all.

Et second ascenseur en panne régulièrement.

Nous sommes arrivés à Toulon par hasard. Avons réservé sur internet et sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 21:00. Le personnel de la réception a été très sympathique et compétent. La chambre à premier vue semblait trop étriqué et un peu vieillotte. Mais finalement nous avons réussi à nous accommoder. Par contre ils ne donnent pas des serviettes de visage, seulement une de bain par personne. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix, ( 8 Euros ) très bonne localisation . Finalement, nous sommes satisfaits.

L'ascenseur est tombé en panne le soir du lundi 11 Aout 2025. Une personne agée de 75 ans avec un bras handicapée est restée bloquée dans l'ascenseur durant une demi heure dans une fournaise de 50 degres. Aucun membre du personnel ne l'a raccompagnée à sa chambre. Le personnel ne lui a donné aucune indication pour lui permettre de rejoindre sa chambre. Hotel pas du tout insonorisé. Chambre communicante avec une autre on entendait tout. Je déconseille cet hotel vieillissant mal entretenu et bruyant.

Einfaches Hotel, IBIS Budget halt. Aber bequemes Bett, Dusche und Toilette vorhanden. TV, Klima die gut funktionierte. Sauber die Zimmer. Wir nutzen dieses Hotel immer als Stop over, da es nahe Fährhafen liegt. Kommen mit TGV an, nur 1km laufen Berg ab zum Hotel. Fährhafen auch in Nähe.
