Some improvements could be made, including better WiFi (extremely slow as it is), and it’s also not intuitive how to get in and out of hotel on foot other than going through the restaurant to get to the beach. Loved the property but I was not given the room I initially booked. I was meant to have a king sized bed with easy access downstairs, but was given a much smaller bed with a room upstairs. I also didn’t know that hotel guests would have to pay for parking.

We have not tried a 4*hotel with Expedia and other for years, this one was picked by my kids and the beach was nearby. We booked a suit which was tiny and a junior suit. Next day. When we book a larger suite, the staff told us it would be ready by 1pm, and the. By 2pm, still 3pm was not ready, so I was running between different places in hotel in order to make some calls. Very poor organisation. I understand we cannot expect the level of service from other places that we have been in this region such as Riche Blanche or Petit Nice, but this level of service is really not even a 4*. Hotel. A plus point, it is the staff, is kind of embarrassed by the situation, and tried to help the best they could. I just assume that we booked the wrong hotel for us. Lesson learnt.

We stayed in January so it was very quiet though we were lucky to have sunshine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The room was the biggest we had in traveling a month in Europe - large and with a bathtub, toiletries including hair conditioner, robes, and in room coffee and beverages. Our balcony view of the ocean was unforgettable. The room was perfectly clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. The music playing in the bar and reception was a bit corny but otherwise a perfect stay. The hotel restaurant La Galerie had excellent food.

What a lovely stay! Plenty of delicious dining options, with picturesque backdrops to enjoy your overall experience. Staff was very accommodating to non French speakers and the farmers market and beautiful beach surroundings were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Definitely put a visit here on the list! Very quaint and lovely stay! Hope to come again soon!

What a restful two days we had! This place is sublime. We had one of the rooms with a view on the sea. We loved it! Nothing more relaxing than hearing the sounds of the waves from one's bed.
The breakfast offers a wide selection of various food from vegan to carnivore.
We loved the long walk on the beach, and we have been one other time in the aera, South of Sanary-sur-mer where one can find beautiful coastal paths. The only disappointment is the spa. The masseuse was totally inexperienced. Don't waste your money on massages.

I went to the Grand Hotel des Sablettes for a 3 Day me time to disconnect. Everything went great, the staff has been amazing, especially Sydney who went above and beyond to provide the best service.
I didn’t try the massages, but the pool and the sauna are very clean and I was lucky enough to be the only one there both times I used it.
You’re literally « pieds dans l’eau », the beach in front of the hotel is quiet and super clean. You have a ferry transfer to Porquerolles at just 5min walk from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Service was great, the room was so beautiful the view was stunning.the only thing that can be better is the outdoor pool was not heated or if it was it was still too cold to swim.

Lovely hotel, room was immaculate and staff were friendly. Small pool area which was always busy but there is a beach club close by with restaurant so we went there instead. Hotel is in a fantastic location with lots of parking so no stress finding it. Associated restaurants were excellent too

A lovely place. You can hang out by the pool or go to the public beach. Sure, the pool is not too big and the beach is crowded, but less so than elsewhere along the coast. And it’s a really nice sandy beach. If one wanted to be critical then I’d say the breakfast could be a bit better (an egg station, a barista on duty), but that’s a detail. And a private beach would be great too, but that’s asking for too much. Overall a great experience, we can imagine coming back before long.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The lobby and the restaurant are really really nice. But....the rooms are very small. We booked a 30sqm room partial sea view and we’ve got ‘upgraded’ to a 25 sqm with a full sea view. The room was tiny! So much furniture, we did not have space to open our luggage. After complaining that gave us a room with partial sea view that we booked in the first place. The cleaning of the room is not so good. But when we raised this issue to the person responsable with the housekeepers, Melanie, she was really nice and did her best for the room to be clean.

The breakfast was awful, but it was probably because of Covid-19. Everything was cold, only green apples as fruits. A 2 out of 5 for the breakfast.

Spectacular hotel in an under-rated seaside town
We were so happy we found La Seyne sur Mer. Beautiful little slice of Cote D'Azur paradise tucked away and seemingly mostly unknown. This hotel really helped to make this a wonderful stop off. Impeccably style and furnished, with a first class spa and friendly, helpful service. Would totally stay here again

This a small hotel, however it has the name of Hilton as a part of the label. It is not run by Hilton! Hilton would be ashamed of it. Very unprofessional front desk management. No help with our luggage. We got very smelly, tiny room with a very strong sewage smell, and when we pointed out the problem the front desk refused to change the room, The front desk manager seemed to have no interest in the customer and customer satisfaction. Then when we wanted to move out to find another hotel to stay, the manager said that they would charge both nights price even if we move out . My advise - stay away from this hotel. It is very old building, the original rooms did not have bathrooms, and they added bathroom wall by taking a part of the room, leaving no space for anything but the bed and a tiny single chair. The bathroom renovation was made probably with mistakes, so that typical sewage smells comes from plumbing in the bathroom, even when the cleaned it with bleach.

Beautiful terrace for breakfast (and other meals) and small spa. 2 other high end restaurants. Full of character and history. Interior design very well done. Close to local shops, cafes, restaurants. This hotel saved us at the very last minute (7pm same day) when we had an AirBNB mishap nearby, and we were so grateful to have stayed and discovered this gem of a retreat. Very stylish, elegant, with comforts of a four star hotel and service of American management. We enjoyed each minute of our stay here!

Hotel was very nice - comfortable and clean. Only downside was that the beach in front of the hotel was very narrow and very crowded. The hotel pool deck was nice but did not have easy access to the beach. We found a more secluded beech nearby but it was very rocky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to plenty of restaurants. Mostly French vacationers and few foreigners if you want to get away from the tourists.

However, this time I entered the spa to find construction being done during operational hours. Door removed, drilling, cutting wood all while in the presence of customers. Not onky extremely dangerous but ruined my last day of calmness in the spa. I complained to the reception, nothing was done and when U checked out not even an apology. Totally disregarded my comment in classic French mode. Customer is never listened to...

50/50 - go, but take my advice.
The hotel is half amazing and half disappointing. We had a sea view room, and the view was stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, but the room layout was weird - tv on a stand plonked at the end of the bed, a tiny bath and a corner shower that you couldn't swing a cat in. Granted this might just have been our room, but the furnishings just didn't seem to be designed to fit the space at all. We had a breakfast basket delivered to the room one morning and sat on the balcony by the sea - it was fantastic, utterly beautiful and highly recommended. On Sunday we went down for the brunch - it was a sub-par buffet at best, with terrible service and it cost an utter fortune - definitely do not do it.

The pool was beautiful, tucked away from the busy corniche just enough. I was thoroughly impressed with every staff member I met and from whom I sought advice except the bar manager, a young man, who was rude and presumptuous. The concierge staff in particular were outstanding. My standard room met every need I had (the bed was as comfortable as my prized King at home) with the exception of the mini-bar which was much too small. The design layout was very pleasing and the air fresh and light such that I was happy to stay in my hotel room all day during an impressive rainstorm after a busy stretch of travelling. The hotel is perfectly situated along the corniche, close to vendors, a pharmacy, a bakery, little shops, and a few restaurants steps away from the beach. The facility was immaculately clean with charming design. I would definitely return.

This hotel was one of the best that my wife and I have stayed at anywhere. The hotel was magnificent, it was actually a perfect setup for us. It was adjacent to the beach with private access. The breakfast buffet was excellent was well, all the hot foods where hot and there were lots of choices both hot and cold. We liked this hotel so much we are considering vacationing in Europe again in two years and will stay there for sure.

1 ) l’espace bain est simplement fermé par un rideau,
2 ) le mini-réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas du tout et n’a pas pu être réparé ni remplacé,

Otroligt mysigt och lummigt hotell. Att äta frukost med havet som granne på deras uteplats bland palmerna var underbart. Mycket bra frukost! Poolen var iskall men vi var ju där sent på säsongen men bra solstolar och gick att beställa drinkar till poolen. Bra och lite lä. Mysig stad om något öde denna tid.

Nous sommes venu avec ma femme fêter notre anniversaire de mariage avec chambre de luxe.nous avons dîner dans se magnifique jardin .puis une escapade en duo dans le spa avec massages de 1h45.chacun .excellente expérience. Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l hôtel le navigateur avec un coffret dégustation lelievre langouste.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage direkt am Meer ! Zimmer komfortabel, alles sauber und renoviert! Traumhafter Garten/Dschungel mit Restaurant und Frühstück! Hauptrestaurant nebenan mit Terrasse über dem Meer, sehr gutes Essen , vernünftige Preise.
Einziger Nachteil des Hotels: Zugang zum Strand nur über die Lobby und durch das Gartenrestaurant. Auch Pool kein Zugang zum Meer. Mit nassen Badesachen und Sand an den Schuhen nicht sehr angenehm! Sonst Perfektes Hotel!

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, vraiment pas terrible. Nous habitons dans la var pas loin et c’était un séjour d’une nuit un peu imprévu.
Surtout ne pas prendre les chambres classiques qui n’ont strictement aucun intérêt, vraiment petites, lit en 140, vu parking voiture . Interrupteur salle de bain cassé, chasse d’eau wc cassée, lumière du couloir qui passe à travers la porte ..
Le repas au restaurant « gastronomique » vraiment pas top non plus, le dessert au citron manquait énormément de finesse, nous n’avons pas terminé, d’une lourdeur . Parking payant 9€ .
En revanche, Le personnel est plutôt agréable

Magnifique cadre
Hotel magnifique mais ils ont une musique de fond qui est un piano qui joue sans cesse toute la nuit qui rendait le sommeil difficile. J’ai communiqué ceci à la réception mais ils semblaient pas me croire. J’en ai même parlé avec le gardien de nuit qui était témoin. J’espère que cela s’est réglé entre-temps, car j’espère revenir dans le futur, c’est un beau cadre!

Le bémol est vraiment la musique de fond, une musique de piano qui est joué 24/7 dans tout l’hôtel, couloirs compris.
Une des enceintes était juste à l’extérieur de ma chambre, rendant difficile mon sommeil et malgré la demande à la réception d’éteindre cette musique pendant la nuit, ils m’ont simplement répondu que cela était hors de leur contrôle. J’ai passé deux nuits avec un sommeil très médiocre.
Je reviendrais, à condition que cette musique s’éteint à minuit jusqu’à 7h du matin au moins.

J’avoue être très déçu de l’état de la chambre. Des taches absolument partout sur la moquette (quelques photos prise pour preuves)
On a sois-disant eu un sur classement (du rez-de chaussée au deuxième étages ) mais vraiment ne correspondait pas à ce que j’avais payé à la base. J’avais pris un très grand lit et une chambre spacieuse de m2 quelle déception, un lit en 160 et une chambre de 22m2.
Faites attention a leur soit-disant surclassement.

Le menu a 45€ est délicieux, ambiance du restaurant est calme et apaisante.
