Starting with the shower being dirty and trash not being cleared - noticed it later in the day after check in. The garbage was taken the next day and the shower needed another day to get cleaned! It was ridiculous! If you didn’t clean something before a new guest check in, it’s your responsibility to fix it as soon as possible. So purely managed! The curtains in the bedroom are NOT blackout curtains, they are just a dark grey. The rooms are NOT soundproof, I could hear everything my neighbours were doing. Had to raise the volume of the tv to block them out. Will not stay there again, which is a shame, as the area is nice.

They responded so quickly and smoothly regarding to my requests.
I got plenty of water and towels which are necessary, and they cleaned the room every day.
But some facilities are easy to warn out and it needs to be maintained without guest’s request in advance.
Hope the reception counter would be more fancy and located inside of the building.
Overall, it’s good and comfortable for long term guests and the location is excellent.

We loved it here. Check in was a bit of a mess, but it got handled. There is a communication barrier but used an app, other than that the location is right near anything you can look for! Fried chicken hit the spot most nights and writhing walking distance. It was perfect really! The staff was so friendly and always checking in. Will def. Stay again.

The Seocho neighborhood was nice and lots of dining and convient store options within walking distance. Relatively close to a subway station which can get you connected to the rest of Seoul.

Check-in is easy with communication through Expedia App and the property communicates well with regards to daily towel service and garbage disposal. They had a mix-up one day with regards to receiving new towels and I was able to track down the front desk (in a different building) late in the evening and they resolved the problem within 10 minutes.

Probably only gripe is that the bedrooms could probably use a bit of an update to match the main living area and the temperatures were getting a bit warm because i don't think the AC functions until the summer months.

Checkin is a little tricky and finding the correct building after checkin can be challenging as well since they are not connected. I wish there was a dryer in the building for more convenient. But overall it was a nice cozy place to stay. Communication with front desk employees is fast and reliable. The beds are soft and comfortable. Overall I recommend staying here.

The main reason I booked this place was to have my own washer/dryer. Come to find out there is no dryer. FALSE ADVERTISING. After discovering this, I asked to check-out a few days early while giving the hotel three days notice. They refused to allow any cancellation. In the end, it was bad enough that I went to another hotel anyway on my own dime. A couple things that were brow-raising about this place: check-in was done with the customer trying to squeeze in between other guests’ stacked suitcases. Customer information was handled with the clerk’s smartphone, and communication was done on social media platforms. I asked to use email instead and they used a CC with other guests’ emails. Poor security. There was never a guard at the guard desk. (The front desk is elsewhere.) The elevators did not require card or code. There was a weird woman from the street in the guest only area. Poor room quality. The first room I got was in the farthest building where construction was right outside. After I protested, they did switch me to the main building, but penny-pinching design in the room included extremely slow hot water and lack of insect screens and dryer. On the day I was to get a full room cleaning, absolutely no cleaning was done! Their housekeeper even lied about it. The only reason I give them two stars is that they did send a team to clean after hours. Overall, this was the worst out of five aparthotels I booked in Korea.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at UT Flat the Seocho. The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and made loud, disturbing noises every time we moved. We were unable to fall asleep due to noise from outside and footsteps from upstairs. Early in the morning, construction noise further disrupted our rest, despite the website claiming the rooms are soundproof.

These conditions made the room essentially uninhabitable, forcing us to check out early and move to another hotel. To make matters worse, the property refused to refund the unused nights, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

Until management addresses the noise issues and invests in proper mattresses, we cannot recommend staying here.

This is my third time staying at this apartment residence in Seoul. This feels like home away home. It’s studio apartment with all the conveniences such as full kitchen, styler (in-home mini dry cleaning/wrinkle remover), and heated floors which is so helpful during cold season. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They send message every morning to check my convenient hours to refresh my room. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping options. Locations is perfect as it’s near Nambu (3 train) terminal station and airport limousine station. It’s also walking distance to Seoul Arts Center.

Our 1bedroom was spacious and very clean.
There’s small washer and styler for small amounts of laundry. Also the hotel price was reasonable for location. The only complaint was that no sign for hotel so it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel.

I say go for the bigger rooms, its worth it! Overall quite nice. You can easily and quickly text with the front desk people. Personally I liked building A over building B but thats because i had a smaller room in building B before upgrading to building A. There is construction nearby as of September/October 2025, but its ok. You can check in at any time. They are quite flexible with cleaning and checkout and can hold your luggage.

Incredible hospitality.
There was a problem with smoking resident on the bottom which was not managed by UHFLAT so we were immediately moved to different suite. Staffs were really polite and willing to assist in many ways. I will come back again next year knowing how we were treated.

We had a great time at this place. Check in/out were super easy. The unit is big enough for a group of 4. The massage chair was everyone's favorite. Close to the metro station/bakeries/convenient stores/restaurants. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom door - it was opaque and you would see what the person inside was doing. We used a bath towel to cover the shoulder to knee section so there there would be some privacy - luckily we always carry some duct tape when traveling and it came in handy to tape the towel on the shower door.

The unit next to us had parties every night and we could hear everything. One night it was loud music and voices until 530am. UH could do nothing because they didn’t own the unit next to us.
They didn’t inform us that our neighbour wasn’t part of UH until we complained about the noise.
The front desk staff barely speak English and use a translator app when communicating with you through WhatsApp.
Unit was clean but the late night extreme noise is inexcusable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our trip was a long one so we really enjoyed having the extra space, the cleanliness, the washing machine in the apartment, and many other amenities.

Pros:
-clean
-provides free bottles of water daily with housekeeping
-the bathroom is western style (not with drainage on the floor) but door is translucent so everything was visible and not good for privacy.
-close to Nambu Station (5 min walk)
-relatively safe area
-full kitchen
-washing machine in the apartment (drying rack only)
-LG Styling machine in the bedroom
-used KakaoTalk to communicate making it easy

Cons:
-check-in instruction email arrived late for me so check in was a bit confusing. Office is outside and to the right when looking at the front door.
-housekeeping cleaning was excellent but would often NOT leave extra toilet paper so I had to keep asking and eventually bought a pack at the store for emergencies
-the pipes in the bathroom would smell often and it would smell BAD. Flushing the empty toilet often sometimes helped as did keeping bathroom door closed
-not much in the way of security in the lobby and elevators are open to all (not card key activated). No security guard or double lock on the inside of the room
-extra blankets are not free….there is a charge per night

Fantastic cleanliness. Staff tries really hard to provide great service and communication. We did have trouble communicating with them in English some of the time. The email with check-in instructions was delayed. Location is an ok distance from the subway station. Food felt tourist-y. The convenience store nearby is on the small side. Area is quiet enough. Booked a room for 4 people. The bedroom bed was wonderful. Was expecting the couch in the living room to fold out but instead it was a thin mattress on the floor, under the tv. Was uncomfortable with the mattress being right under the tv. The technology in the unit is topnotch. We especially enjoyed the LG Styler. There is ample storage space to keep us organized. We enjoyed having a kitchen. The price is very fair. Photos were accurate. Unit is spacious enough.

Subway was walkable from the property. About 7 min. Hotel staff were very accomodating and good at communication. I docked some points for cleaniness because one night the bed change had a stain on the pillowcase. They were quick to change it the next day when I asked. Also, the smell of sewer was very rancid some nights. It consumed the smell of the whole room. It was hard to tolerate and we had to leave until the smell was gone.
