If you are travelling for business, this is the hotel you are looking for. It's in Gangnam. The subway is around the corner. The hotel has a business lounge. The coffee is great. There is a 24-hour Korean restaurant opposite to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, in the middle of the Gangnam District, a 2-minute walk to the Yeogsam subway station. The room was spacious, clean, modern, stylish, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious and affordable. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

Very small rooms, totally over-priced and staff that were particularly unhelpful. As a Marriot Bonvoy Titanium Elite member I thought they might be a little more flexible, but clearly they had no interest in providing service. I assume that with all the medical tourism business they don't need to bother with other guests. Never staying there again - do not book this hotel unless you have no other option.

Where do I start with this place. Amenities are ok but room was way smaller than advertised dimensions given. During check in, would not give points to my Marriott Bonvoy membership due to it being purchased through a third party. Points should be offered regardless. Next my bidet stopped working and they sent maintenance up to \"fix\". Nothing was repaired and not even a follow up call to let me know that it couldn't be repaired. That issue alone should warrant a room change. It's a property that was acquired by Marriott but should have done more research into quality before the acquisition

Excellent staff, service, and amenities with easy access to ample public transportation options. Overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend for international travellers. My only gripe would be the virtual lack of closet and dresser space, which makes for somewhat uncomfortable long-term stays.

AC hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was very functional, clean, and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and friendly. The location was convenient as it was right by the Yeoksam station and walking distance to Gangnam station area where there's lots of restaurants and bars near by. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our 10 night stay

This is a very nice, clean modern hotel, with a great staff in a good part of town. It's in a business district, so you will find a lot of places to have coffee and eat a good lunch. There is a small market across the street from the hotel where you can get essentials, water, drinks, snacks etc next to which there is a place where you can sit outside and get fried chicken and beer later in the afternoon.

The neighborhood is very walkable, but it's a business district so there is little in the way of \"shopping\" and you won't encounter many other westerners there.

Most rooms in Korea are small and these are no exception. You have to squeeze between the chair and the bed and there's not much room between the bench by the window and the bed. There isn't enough room to keep open suitcases on the floor so we used the bench by the window to hold our bags. Tight but workable even for our 10 night stay.

There are no drawers so your folded clothes pretty much need to stay packed, although there is a place to hang clothes in an open closet and they are happy to supply additional hangars.

There isn't a lot of privacy if you're with someone and shy about such things, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Staff is excellent, responsive and helpful, breakfast is amazing, view from our room on the 18th floor was wonderful, subway is 1 block away, neighborhood is safe day and night and it's very convenient to get taxis and ride sharing.

It was my second stay. Very nice hotel. Very practical. It has great self serve laundry where soap is automatically dispensed and you pay by credit card. Great seafood all you can eat dinner buffet (not sure if it is every night). Great breakfast buffet. Staff is super sweet. Nice bar on 21 floor. Rooms are clean and modern. One thing is that the hotel is in a very hilly area with steep hills. But if you are biking Han River trail this is still a good start end spot. There is a GS25 right in front as well as Mega Coffee. There is also a nice lounge area with free espresso. I was very happy here.

Only downfall I can see for leisure travelers is that there’s not much to do during daytime around the hotel because it is located in a business district.

The AC Hotel in Gangnam is a great hotel. Located in Gangnam, it has easy access to food options and shopping within a couple blocks of the hotel.

It also offers access to some sites that might not be on your traditional Seoul itinerary in Bongsuensa Temple and the royal graves of Seolleung, Jeonghyeon, and Jeongneung. It’s also a 30ish minute car ride from Seoul proper.

The staff were amazing, and I’d like to thank Jinny at the front desk for helping me at both check in and checkout.

Highly recommend the AC Hotel if you’re looking at visiting Seoul.

This AC Hotel is located in the Gangnam area of Seoul. It has plenty of good dining options within easy walking distance. It also has a good restaurant at the hotel, which certainly serves a very good buffet breakfast with many Western and Asian food options.

The staff at the hotel are excellent.

Outside of the Seoul rush-hour the AC hotel is approx 1 hour taxi ride from Incheon airport.

Had the opportunity to enjoy a 8d7n stay due to a business trip. One of the best hotels within this price range in South Korea, at least from my own personal experience. Rooms were decent, breakfast buffet spread was good, location was convenient with just a short 2mins walk to yeongsam station. They also had a business lounge for guests with coffee/tea, perfect environment to engage in some work.

Everything was beyond above.

However, the room required AC and if you turn it on, even if you set the temp at 25 Celsius, it would be too cold and if you turn it off it was too warm.

The corner room they gave us was also rather small (the view was good but still the room was too small).

It was well situated in Gangnam. Very clean, nice design. Areas are restricted though if you aren't a guest and they charge if you want to have access to separated areas. That was a bit irritating, also as these areas only had a basic coffee machine / offering I wasn't clear why they would charge. Public area seating was too small.

They tried to charge me a different price to what I had booked. (Over £400 difference).

They kept on telling me my freight was not there when I know it arrived a day earlier than myself. This caused problems for my work.

The staff were a little lazy when I asked for help with the subway, just pushing use of a taxi. I just needed help, I could navigate it if they’d helped me. I felt it was because she couldn’t be bothered speaking English.

As I wasn’t able to check out late without a charge, I asked if I could use the sauna shower room as I’d been working all day and had a 33+ hour journey ahead of me. The member of staff tried to charge me for this. I pushed back and didn’t end up paying. I just thought it was quite an unkind way to treat someone.

Location and quality good. But staff service could be much improved.

・アメニティのボディミルクが明らかに使用済みだった(蓋が開いていて中身が少ない)
・エアコンの操作がゲスト側でほぼ出来ず、ずっと室温21℃台で夜寒い思いをした

昨年に利用させていただいて良かったのでリピートしましたが次回は別のホテルにすると思います。

3박 일정이었습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 빠르고 직원들이 정말 친절해요. 역삼역 4번 출구에서 1분컷이라 접근성 좋고 바로 앞에 gs25를 비롯한 강남 음식점들이 즐비해서 부족함이 없었습니다. 매일 하우스키핑 깔끔하게 해주시고 특히 호텔 내 사우나가 너무나 맘에 듭니다. 밤에 내려가면 거의 아무도 없는데 여독이 풀리는 느낌...! 강남쪽 일정이시면 위치 서비스 시설 어느 하나 부족하지 않은 메리어트 추천합니다
