I originally booked for 2 weeks but Unfortunately I had to check out same night within few hours after checking in. I paid for one night penalty and canceled the rest of the stay and left. I’m not sure if I overbooked or not but I chose the hotel based on the rating which were 88-92. Main reason we left because the room was just too small, definitely not for us traveling for 5 weeks at Seoul getting physicals, cosmetic surgery, dental treatments, and much more. Because of the long stay travel, we had 4 big suitcases and 2 carryons. We literally had no place to unpack. No bellman's or concierge in sight, and lack of signs where front desk were and we had to ask people around whom are not hotel personnel’s to find out where to go which were at second floor. Went up to get cart for cases came back down loaded and went back to second floor to check in. All these discomforts did not help us a lot on a freezing winter windy night.

Closing, I’m sure this works just find for single travelers and short term stays but definitely not for long stays at all. Hotel offered reasonable rate and cleanliness but it just wasn’t for us.

Location was good as it was 5-10 min walk away from the nearby stations like the Yeoksam, Seonleung, and the seonjeongneung stations. Staff was courteous, patient, and efficient. Special shout-out to Han Paul at the front desk for being very professional during my stay here. There is a 7-11 and a pastry store right underneath the hotel for late-night snacks and purchases. Would stay here again!

I've stayed here several times over the years. And the reason I keep using it is that it's on par with much more expensive hotels in the Gangnam area—in terms of room size, quality, modernity and location. Breakfast is functional and covers the bases rather than abundance, which for a business traveller is the right level.

If you use the Airport Limousine there is a stop very close to this hotel. Conveniently there is a 7-11 attached to the hotel for quick snacks and water. The provided breakfast buffet had a great selection and it was easy to find a table and enjoy the meal. Our group didn't enjoy this area. We couldn't find much in terms tourist gifts, local markets, etc. that was walking distance, but this is also more of a business district. Staff were friendly about our early check-in and held our bags on our last day while we waited for our flight.

Stayed in many hotels in Seoul and this one was one of the higher rated ones that were the least pleasing comparing to less ratings ones.
We stayed one night and the room were super tiny. My requests about higher floor was ignored. Walls were thin we could hear other people speaking right above us. But worst of all - the bathroom door was BROKEN!! It was too late to change room because of flight delay we arrived at midnight and we only stayed a day but this shouldn't even be a thing in a first place. Our bathroom sliding door would get stuck if you fully closed it and would not budge back or forth. So each time any of us had to go to bathroom we would call the other one to help to open the door. Absolutely insane. Location was not great either. Nothing near except for one 7eleven. I would never ever stay at this over priced horrible hotel again or any other Shilla Stay. Plenty other amazing options in Seoul and most for fraction of the price.

The place is in central gangnam. The hotel was clean and has housekeeping everyday. It's relatively close to a lot of tourist spots/attractions (coex, apgujeong, lotte world, etc). The room is fairly small which is standard for hotels in seoul.

Easy check in and check out process. Less than a 10 minute walk to seoulleng station and yeoksam station. 7/11 is behind the hotel. Very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Really poor customer service. The staff won’t help with bags, even if it’s just common courtesy stuff like seeing something fall or someone drop something. There’s no room service, breakfast is over priced and the hotel bar advertised wasn’t open.

Good location and it’s only a short 7 mins walk to the nearest metro station or 5mins to the bus station. The interior is a bit worn down. The food court at the basement of the mall next door is a pleasant surprise.
