Great staff super friendly and helpful! Room service is pretty good too! Great location from airport and Dubai mall. The only issue id raise is the cleanliness - rooms were okay cleaned still dusty and poorly vacuumed - bathroom could be cleaned more but nothing to pressing .

Comfortable stay, and really great location. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the shower could do with a thorough scrub!
I was travelling with a mate, and when we checked in they didn’t have a twin room that we booked, so we had to share a bed for the night until they had a twin available the next day.

I stayed there for 9 days. Every morning I would call for 2 water bottles, the gentleman would bring one, I would say I asked for 2, then he would go bring the second bottle. Same person everyday. First of all you would think by day 9 he would see the pattern. Second, if i am asking for 2 water bottles why bring 1 only for me to ask you to go bring the second one.
I would call to ask for coffee, cups, milk, sweetener and something was ALWAYS missing. It’s tiring having to repeat yourself constantly. When we checked in the balcony and its windows were so dirty with sand/dust. I understand we are in a desert and there is alot of construction in Dubai, but you should at LEAST clean the balcony and windows once before each guest checks in. I never once stepped on the balcony because of that. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room, there was SO much dust everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

We stayed at the first collection business bay for two nights and it was good although didn’t have enough time to experience facilities in full. There is no complimentary water in room and everything is chargeable which is poor for Dubai standards. This is basic necessity in life. 7/10.

Staff was not flexible. I paid deluxe with Soluna beach.
But they ask me to pay extra 200 D for enter the beach.
Later I figured out, I got refund.
Second day we plan to go the beach, beach closed Dec19.
We checkout Dec20. They won’t extend the coupon to Dec27 , we plan to come back Dubai , after 1 week cruise.

- receptionists are rude and snappy
- the coffee shop took 30mins to make me a cappuccino with no other customers.
- considering we booked for 2 people, we needed towels and toothbrush’s, toilet paper for 2 people that we had to ask for
- ac was so loud
- no shower gel Had to ask for it
- be warned that there’s no sun at the pool. You can tan until around 1 pm if you move sun loungers multiple times

The breakfast room can be chaotic and busy in the mornings, although the staff appear to cope. Most importantly, though, despite making a reservation for King-size Bed, I was offered a twin or accessible room upon arrival. In the words of Seinfeld: \"You know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation...\".

The initial check in was awful. Broken refrigerator i had medication that went bad and could not be used. I kept calling qnd begging for a replacement fridge. Our luggage could not be located for gours and upon checking in I had ro oay twice due to some sort of error with tbe system which held up almost $3k for most of my trip which limited my enjoyment. Thw no microwave and I our ahsed food rhat couldn’t be heated due to the restaurant refusing tomreheat my food. The experience was sub par and I am traumatized at the fewr of vwing outside that firat niggt. Thank goodness I was ablw to acceas money to oay double. With all i went through I dont feel anything was done to compensate me for all of tbe trouble i experienced. No room comp anything. I had ro beg for 1 feww day if breakfast. The only big pleasant experience was the hotel gift store. Something more should have been done. It was also my birthday celebration in addition to me modeling for Emirates Fashion Week. I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night.

Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

The staff were so malicious the property wasn’t as described in Expedia. The building was very dusty and the rooms. I booked for 15 nights and ended up checking out after 1 night stay. The manager THENULKA “reassured” that the hotel would be happy to provide refund as long as Expedia does however I’m still having to fight them for a refund for the remaining nights that I did not stay for. And each time myself and Expedia has contacted the property and managers THENULKA and SOFIANE they have both lied about the refund status. Absolutely ridiculous!

Front desk is excellent, rooms very comfortable and of a good size. The temperature of the showers varies significantly while you’re using them. Restaurants are average at best, so staff are responsive some less so. Food is ok but not very inspiring. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast unless all you eat is melon.
Good location and reasonable rates. Good shuttle bus service to the malls etc

The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels.

This is a decent hotel. I would say maybe four stars. I think the hotel is beginning to show somewhere and tear as the carpet in my room for example had stains and some of the bathroom appliances had water damage. But overall, it still has a modern fill. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and kind. There is a few dining options nearby like a good sushi place. Maybe about a 35 to 40 minute ride to the Dubai airport w/ some traffic. In terms of location all the tours that I booked were able to pick me up from this hotel. Overall, a seven out of 10 would maybe stay again but nothing fancy.

Not enough sockets in the room and not a single socket in the bathroom, the bathroom has the worst opening of a door where you cant use the toilet seat if the door is open,
I ran out of shower gel and conditioner and it wasnt replaced for a few days until i had to ask myself. Nothing at all around the hotel you HAVE to take the cab in order to get anywhere. Terrible area. False advertisement by hotels.com.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—close to everything you might need. The staff were amazing: incredibly supportive, welcoming, and genuinely protective of their guests. I would definitely love to stay here again! I do wish I had the opportunity to visit their beach, but it was undergoing renovations during my stay. Thankfully, the pool more than made up for it.

The property was quiet despite being relatively central. It offered a variety of dining options and access to local amenities. Moreover, the staff were very polite and offered great service.

I will say that we didn’t have oversight of how much some services would cost and were shocked to find a bill for 415 AED for one laundry pick-up. More advanced communication to explain the pricing would have been appreciated in advance.

Location was very close to Dubai Mall. I’m giving it 4 stars because I feel the need for more improvement like communication and organization. Our first time in this hotel and front desk was mainly focused on the hotel information alone without sharing other places to learn in the area. First time to visit Dubai and hoping the travel desk would be more voluntarily giving you all the tourist places Dubai can offer. Unfortunately you need to ask questions on Dubai can offer for being tourist.

A lovely hotel, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. One request: provide universal power plug connections in the rooms. I am sure you get visitors from all over the world, and needing to get an adapter to charge phones or laptop is cumbersome. Otherwise, lovely place.

My expectations were very of this hotel but went downhill on arrival. This was supposed to be a birthday treat for my daughter.
I’m not here to put this hotel but it’s only fair to share my experience.
On arrival took my taxi had to wait around 20 minutes to get through que. No one on site to manage the traffic into the hotel. Many people frustrated.
Taxi charged us extra and no one helped us unload our luggage from the taxi.
Me and my family are vegetarian and we were half board. One is a steak restaurant and the other one you cannot take children. So the only restaurant you can eat only had vegetarian 2 dishes.
After complaining they finally got us some extra vegetarian food but the variety wasn’t there.
When eating the same food every time for example pizza.
At checkin we were not given our half board vouchers for our meals that caused confusion for staff.
The first day we found our room to have ripped pillow cases and bedsheets that my wife noticed and wasn’t happy. After the bed sheets were changed we found insects crawling over the pillow.
What an inconvenience to repack our luggage and move room.
The wait times for the lifts are crazy during breakfast time.
Our room pack included a trip to the beach.
It was my daughters birthday on the day of the visit to the beach and this was ruined as the restaurant only had 1 dish on the menu that was vegetarian.
My whole family were disappointed by the experience. Hotel is next to a building site.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, which made the stay nice, but the hotel itself was very noisy. I could hear the traffic and car horns from the street and I could hear the water running/furniture being moved from the next rooms. The room also had a mildew smell in it and the air didn't get very cold, which was bad since it's hot there. The website says that the hotel is 2.3 miles from the mall but it is actual 3.5, which is a decent amount since I was planning on walking there.
