The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft, puffy linens. The bathroom is amazing!!! I will say that it would be nice if there was some type of shower curtain. It wasn't too bad for me, but my 6ft. son tried to not make a water mess, but it was impossible. There are drains on the floor, but you still step out onto an extremely wet floor.

This was my third time stay there. You can tell how much I like this hotel. And it’s true but the last time, on my second day, the cleaning was questionable. Because the sheets seemed like the same was the night before. And kinds towels too and it made me feel like gross. Sorry for the economy but I like it to be changed. And this time the hair was stuck to the hair dryer code and size telling sticker for clothes was stuck in the wall. I gotta say cleaning needs to be improved. Please check every details. I can bear with the sticker on the wall because it’s no harm but someone’s hair with the code is not acceptable

A lady in the front desk ruined my stay. When I asked check in, she straight up, asked me the reservation number. Since I expected my name or ID as usual for typical hotel check in that I have done for the past 40 years, I politely asked her to look up by my name instead. She said that they didn't have the correct information passed from Expedia, she needed to see my reservation number.

For the first time in my life to grab the reservation number for hotel check in, I had to open up my Expedia app and showed her my itinerary. She starred and read through my whole itinerary, with which I felt very uncomfortable and felt som kind of discrimination. She was absolutely rude.

As soon as I got in the room, I immediately contacted Expedia to check if they actually didn't give the correct information to hotel. Expedia contacted a hotel right away and confirmed that hotel had had my name with reservation confirmed, etc. So, obviously this woman gave me a terrible welcoming on purpose for some reason, which ruined my whole stay and made me feel awful and felt unsafe since then.

Room is tiny and much smaller than the picture. Bathroom shower has no curtain or door, so water during the shower splashed all over the place on the floor, which makes the whole floor very slippery. Very dangerous, especially if you travel with kids. No gym nor laundry facility. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to exit 3 of yeoksam station. Only 10 min walk to Gangnam station. But what i appreciated the most is how courteous and kind the front desk staff was. Except the malfunction of the thermometer in the room (it was set to a high temp and i could not turn it off), i really enjoyed the stay

I was there for 10 days. It's great for a night or two. But definitely not 10. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is very close to the subway. The area is okay. It's kind of bordering on love hotel territory if you know what I mean. Would I stay again? No. Not because it's a bad hotel. It's just not my type of hotel.

We booked a suite for 145,000 won, but we feel that it isn’t worth it. The three ladies in the reception area was not friendly and they’re like robots speaking without emotion and very insincere. When I told them I need to take out my car from the parking, the lady didn’t even answer and just walked passed me.

I have a confirmed reservation and it is prepaid.
When I arrived at the hotel, the front office manager refused my check-in, saying I am from US.
I have a Korean government health certificate, CDC vaccine card(2 shots of Pfizer) and PCR test that I took 2 days earlier. Not only they refused my prepaid reservation but also did not know how to refund my pre-paid payment. Total disaster and ignorance of the management. I also blame Expedia for not monitoring this type of operation. I was completely free of COVID 19 risk and had every document to prove.

It was a long and pleasant stay. I've never stayed that long at a hotel before, but I felt like home. At lower story there wasn't actually any good view, but it's not the problem. The wall is a bit thin so I can hear people's voices sometimes. The amenities are quite nice. Comfy bed and pillows, soft robe, nice ceramic mug, nice coffee bags, clean wooden floor. They gave me 2 water bottles everyday as I requested. The location is really good. Lots of local food and right next to Yeoksam station.

I will stay again for that purpose.....Only complain was that the hotel did not provide communication room for computer access which I need to print out some important papers including plane tickets....

The location is pretty good; less than three minutes' walk to an entrance to Yeoksam Station served by an elevator and the Incheon airport bus (6020) stops just across the road (for airport-bound trips). There are also several convenience stores, bakeries/cafes, and full service restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was also surprisingly large. However, there is no bedside charging; the bathroom's design ensures that water will pool on the floor when showering; there is a faint musty smell even in cooler temperatures; and worse of all, the room I stayed in had a temperamental air conditioner that could only be operated by aiming the remote control from a very specific angle. To compensate for this the staff were sincerely helpful, reasonably professional, and reasonably good at communicating in English. If you don't mind the possibility of slight inconvenience with the physical facilities in exchange for reasonable value for money and good accessibility, this place is for you.

Comfortable Hotel

The hotel is a nice location in Gangnam. Close to the subway and loads of great places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great for my day trip to Seoul as a solo traveler.
The bathroom has a really nice tub, but the entire bathroom has a gross musty/mildew smell to it. The only other issue I had was that I accidentally booked for the wrong day, but the hotel refused to let the change the date (even if though I was willing to pay a penalty fee).

Great location, but not clean

The hotel is very conveniently located on a quiet street, but very close to the Yeoksam subway station and close to many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.

Upon arrival not really impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were white stains on the walls and the curtains. I hope these were some sort of cosmetics, but wouldn't be surprised if it were body fluids of some sort. Out of the 8 nights, I stayed at the hotel the cleaning crew forgot to clean my room 3 times. When mentioning this at the front desk the employees shrug off my complaint without trying to get the room cleaned. The sink in the bathroom was also dirty and didn't drain well.

The room itself was quite spacious for a business hotel compared to the ones that I'm used to in Japan and Korea. It was simple, but cosy and had a desk to work on.

The thing that in my opinion really needs to be solved is the lack of a shower curtain or something else to stop the water. Even after a short shower, the bathroom tends to be a mess because nothing is stopping the water from going everywhere.

If you can look past the dirtiness of the room, this is a good hotel to stay. The location is great and the size of the room very good. It just doesn't have the service that I've grown used to in East Asian countries.

was travelling with my 2 kids. The stay was good. Just the room is small. If you booked a family room it does not come with a bath tub unless you book a suit which is 10,000won extra which I think is reasonable. but that day was fully booked already and I can't change my room to a suit.

Room is a bit small for 3 person. No lock for bath toilet and the bathing shower room is only glass without lock as well and outside people can see you if they happen to walk to the toilet .

the Bed is comfortable enough with cold weather. show heather is good. Have 100 over TV channel for you to watch which I think is very good. but no translation in the TV all are korean words as subtitle.

Daily change towel and shampoo which is good. night is still quiet only during morning you may hear some construction sound and car horning sound. it disturb me 2 mornings.

Others are all quite ok . The front desk are friendly and they even print out map for us to go the place we want to go. Metro is just 2 mins walk is very convenient.

metro to all places are same price for foreigner. quite good indeed.
Good hotel to stay.no smell ...neat and tidy. Bed pillows are good as well.
blanket was thick enough for the 4 degree as it was cold....

recommend for 2 person stay as room is a bit small .

Shopping thrown away and called a lair

The hotel was in a very good location, however very disappointed that hotel cleaners threw out a couple of purchases out; When i mentioned it to the receptionist, they did nothing, i was not offered a replacement, or anything. In matter of fact, I was called out to be a lair. I was very disappointed with the whole matter. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nice boutique hotel at a affordable price

Great Business Hotel and very convenient to subway

This is a boutique hotel. Very nice decor and stylish.

Room: Good size for 1-2 person. Clean, with very comfortable bedding, can have a good night sleep. The faulty motor sound of the AC was a little annoying at night and I was woken up. I asked to change rooms but the hotel staff said all rooms have the same issue. Fantastic mirror wall, convenient and very rare in hotels. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep too late due to the noise from a nearby construction site.

Bathroom: Very spacious with very nice amenities. The bathtub was fantastic after a long day, but if you want to take a shower, be prepared for a wet floor b/c there is no shower curtain nor a glass door to keep water within.

Study/dressing room: Very good idea separating the sleep area and work/dressing area. Coffee station and fridge also here.

Improvements:

- Fix AC motor
- Replace dining chair, with a comfy armchair
- Provide a luggage stand
- the study/dressing table could do with a mirror on the wall for convenience when putting on make up
- Add towel hooks in the bathroom
- Include face towels
- Add safe box in study/dressing area

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, nice hotel, good location, close to Yeoksam station and airport bus stop and close to many restaurants, cafes and convenient store.

Originally booked their adjacent sister hotel, the budget rate Hotel Star. They were able to switch us to the Stay and worked with Hotels.com to accommodate us on short notice as the Star is in rough shape! Well worth price. Plenty of restaurants nearby with heart of Gangnam a few blocks away. Yuksam subway station literally just outside of hotel. Pleasant staff. Clean newly remodeled room and comfortable large bed. Small refrigerator. We had to check out 2 days early and we received a prompt refund on prepaid charge.

Nice new hotel, close to the subway station

It's a boutique hotel in the Gangnam district. Nice, modern and comfortable. Stayed in two room types and the rooms are quite spacious. The neighbourhood is more of a business district so it is quite quiet in the evening or on weekends. Within walking distance (when the weather is warm) to the Gangnam shopping street. There is a emart which is about 15-20min walk from the hotel. Staff speaks good English and are quite helpful. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom / just a small glass so the floor would be quite wet after shower. And one unpleasant thing is that I found a sock which does not belong to me under the bed. But after all I think it is quite a nice hotel and I would consider staying there again.

I stayed here for one night for business. Couldn't be happier. Initially the internet in my room wouldn't let me connect, but when I told the staff they reset the router and it worked fine. Great shower! Great bed! Easy access to the airport bus. Couldn't be happier.

Positives: Friendly staff and great location - 1 min. walk to subway and in city center
Negatives: Room was quite strange..bathroom tile was used throughout the whole room (meaning bathroom tile extended to the whole room) which made room not very cozy. However, caught a quick glimpse of other rooms and had wooden floors; I guess only applied to my room 703.
Location was quite noisy at night, there's a questionable bar (possibly a karaoke) with rowdy drunk men hanging out - Saw incident of man pulling passing by women in which was quite scary/disturbing

The hotel location is very convenient by subway. However, driving can be very confusing as it is located in the back alley. The room's sound proof system is very bad and it's rather noisy at night. Toilet design is very very poor as the shower water will wet the whole floor. The receptionist was not very proficient in English.

Nice hotel close to the subway station

I stay this hotel for 5 nights. It is a good experience in this hotel. I usually go to Korea for traveling since I love Korea very much! This hotel is clean and the mattress really comfort. Also the hotel is near to the Yeoksom station and there are restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. Transport to airport also very convenient, the bus stop just few minutes walk.
The staff are very polite and they are helpful.

スイートの部屋を予約。どんなホテルにもありそうな金庫が部屋になく、お洒落な感じの洗面シンク、洗面台は非常に使いにくい。部屋は広いが使えないスペースが無駄に多く、部屋全体が狭い。2ヵ所の窓のカーテンを開けると目の前に隣のビルの部屋が見えてしまうため、カーテンは開けられず。料金に見合わない部屋でした。とっても残念

エグゼクティブルームを使用しました。建物自体は古い印象ですが、部屋の中は綺麗で毎日清掃とタオル交換、ミネラルウォーターを冷蔵庫に入れてくれており、不便なく満足でした！
ただ窓が全てブラインドで塞がないと隣の建物と密接していて日が入らなかった＆景観なく閉鎖的な部屋だったところだけ残念でしたが、概ね満足です！

コンビニも近くにあって便利です。
ホテルの近くが喫煙所のようになっていて屋外でタバコを吸う人が多かったです。

江南駅が隣りで聖水も20分くらいなので、買い物や美容を目的とした方なら、便利な立地と言えます。室内のボタンで照明を調節したり、室内清掃の有無を選択できました。基本的にチェックインとチェックアウトのやり取りだけでしたが、スタッフの方々の雰囲気も良かったです。

基本的に綺麗です！

コンセントはベットの直ぐ側にないので延長コードを持ってきたほうがいいです！勿論変圧器も必要です！

フロントは日本語話せるスタッフに会わなかったですが大丈夫でした！

お風呂はしきりカーテンがないので水が結構飛び散ります気をつけてください

部屋でNetflix見れます
カードキーは１部屋に１つしか貰えません

ウェルカムドリンクは人数分ついてます
掃除が入るたびに減っていた分追加してくれます！

駅から近くて便利です！

部屋は暖かいです！

外に出ればコンビニも食事場所もあり、駅もすぐ近くで困ることはありませんでした。

This stay was my second time and I chose tot stay 2nights this time and unlike the first time, I got a room with a tub n shower booth separate type and which was great! But at the second night, when I got back to my room, it looked like they cleaned my room but in the bathroom, like a tub was like the same as I used the night before. And they put a new amenity but I don’t think they actually cleaned the room. Just take the trash away and made a bed but I wondered whether they changed bed sheets or not. That’s how I felt. Then that made me think like the towels looked clean but they just hang? Or even the first night, they changed everything after the last guest had left? And the mirrors are not clean too. So I really like the location and the room but not sanitary wise

주변회사의 직원들이 근처에서 담배를 펴대서 오고갈때 머리가 아픔
숙소에서 침대밑에 팬티가 나와 객실을 바꾸어주긴 했는데
가격디씨같은 건 없었음
들어가자마자 소독약 냄새인지가 넘 나서 울렁 거릴 지경이었고
전체적으로 어둡고 주변환경도 좋지않아 넘 기분 다운됨

The location is great coz the station is just a few minutes away. And the room was spacious but the bathroom is a bit of problem. There’s no wall between the tub and sink so the floor after shower is all wet even though I tried not to. So if there’s thin small wall between there would be perfect.
