Convenient location. Check in was easy enough but as it is only online check in and had little inconvenient if your arrival time out of customer hour. Cleaness is just ok( I found trash plastic bag under the floor mattress). There is extra charges for cleaning service for your information.

One of the most value for money stays I’ve had in Seoul, only slight drawback is the longer walk to the train station. Walls are a little thin if you’re sensitive to noise. Had a studio (solo) and it was great!

Studio - comfortable stay for a night. Location - 10 mins walk away from airport bus stop and Nambu Bus Terminal subway station (Line 3). Safe for solo traveler. Room - can hear movement from room above. Water pressure is average. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Check-in and check-out are all digital from your own phone. Bonus - Availability of luggage storage facility was useful prior to check-in. The room is equipped with washing machine, liquid detergent, microwave and basic cooking ware with cutlery.

The hotel was very responsive to our needs and check in was excellent. The only issue we had is that they had two hotels close to one another and we initially went to the wrong one. 5 to 7 minute walk to Metro and an excellent grocery store within two minutes from front door. The bed was amazing and the towels luxurious. Top notch.

Check in assistance was confusing relying international travellers to have a Korean phone number. Breakfast was lame, very slim and very cold.

Very clean hotel and excellent self check in process. Close to subway and public transit, overall great location. Had most cookware needed to cook for our son who has multiple food allergies. Close to a few grocery options. Missing a sponge to wash dishes. Guide regarding garbage rules could be more clear in English. Overall, a great stay and was able to communicate fairly easily using google translate for text messaging with the hotel.

Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . I’m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. Trash will only be clear on the day we check out. if needed, we can clear by ourself but trash bag never being provided and you have to purchase it.

New and comfortable room. However, even higher floors feel like underground rooms, as theres no direct day light due to the neighbour building.
As for the location, it has well connected public transportation, however it's not a beautiful area.
To have a luggage storage room available is very helpful.

I tried to check in properly around 3:00pm.I arrived there early.They are not give me directions before I have to waited long times. If you can’t speak good Korean then hard time to do communication. I saw a lot of Chinese people stayed there. I don’t know why not emailing me about information property before check in.

The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen!

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. However, my friend and I only stayed 5 nights so we were fine. The hotel is right next to a much of conscience stores so anything you need is more than affordable.

Working the air conditioner was a bit of a struggle, but communicating with staff via email was super easy and they responded very fast. I applaud them for such great communication.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and it feels like being in my own apartment!

Location was convenient, room was nice. Not super spacious but well situated and stocked. Very comfortable.
Construction across the street was a bit noisy and room floor and shower were not super clean. Only had 2 bath towels for 4 person reservation.

Confusing, no sense of security. Not again.

Absolute headache to find the hotel. Two locations with almost the same name. If you’re not from Korea, you will not easily know your way around the narrow streets between the two hotels.
Very little sense of security. The building can be entered by anyone. In fact, your room door can be knocked on by anyone. There is no simple way to call in an emergency.
Someone knocked on my door at 11:30pm. There was no way to see them through the door. Everything is digital, but in Korean.
Very little access to staff.
Room was generous size, more for extended stay.
Not delightful. Will not return as I didn’t feel secure.

It was quite difficult finding this place as there are two buildings, and you won’t know until you get there fish email with address link, which the link didn’t work on Naver (the Korean google)! So was very very confused and ended up at the other building which there was no one to help you. It’s all via chat, contactless to the max! Luckily, there was an extremely nice lady who helped us find the correct building and walked us through a few buildings to get there! She didn’t even work for this hotel!
Once we finally got in, our room was very small, like a cruise ship cabin. My son’s room however had two rooms on either side of the living/kitchen area, much larger.
Location is good, close to the subways and eateries.

I stayed for 6 nights and they only provided 2 toilet paper rolls and 2 coffee tablets. It's difficult to communicate as the contact person on the phone doesn't speak English. The night I arrived I couldn't shower because there was no hot water. Turned out the switch was off in the room which has Korean language so I didn't know it was for hot water switch. I did contact the link they provide before 11 pm but no answered and I contacted again in the morning after 9 am but no replies. I had to google search the phone number and luckily this one can speak English a bit. Area is not the best, lack of shops although Korean restaurants are everywhere. Check in time is too late at 4pm and check out time is too early 11am. Overall I am disappointed and will not stay here in the future.

Close to everything! Restaurants, train/subway station and shopping markets.
If you stay there you should definitely check the stores close to Sinsa and Gamgnam (the wealthiest neighborhoods in Seoul.

남부터미널과의 접근성 및 가성비는 좋으나 방음이 너무 별로입니다. 문열고 닫는 소리, 옆방에서 떠드는 소리 너무 잘 들립니다. 청결상태도 별로예요.. 전체적인 바닥에 먼지가 많고, 패브릭 소재의 소파나 커튼, 베개커버에 다수 오염을 봤을만큼 위생상태가 별로입니다..다른 게스트가 늦은시간 너무 시끄러워 잠을 잘 못잤는데 호스트가 상주해있지 않아 그냥 조용해지길 기다릴수밖에 없었습니다.. 재방문은 안할 것 같아요
