Great place to stay in Worchester. Very clean business like hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast at the restaurant was sub par at best but the rest of the property was very cute and well maintained. It is located in the hospital district, we did not hear sirens but there's not a lot of walkable places near by.

We liked that there was a lovely restaurant on the property but the menu was extremely limited and given that hardly anyone was there, the server could
have been more attentive. It would also have been nice if coffee and hot water were
available either in the restaurant or even more convenient, in the lobby in the morning.

Hotel was okay. Room was nice and bathroom was immaculate. Rugs were worn and bit level in one area. Restaurant was terrible. Understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for breakfast and not very many customers. Had to be somewhere so gave up and walked out. Would not go back if other options available. Not worth the cost.

Plenty of included parking! 2.2ish mile walk to downtown (Palladium)
Room was really good. Extra roomy ceilings with a ceiling fan! Shower a bit old but still in good shape. Comfortable bed. Staff were awesome.

Apparently this property had been having issues with third party vendors since July (as informed by employee) and this resulted in them not having accounted for our pays in full reservation. By mere chance I decided to call them to inform them we would be arriving after midnight and we were told they did not have a room for us. After quite a lot of back and forth we were told we would have a 2 queen bed room (what we paid for) room for the night but we would probably need to move the next day to a 1 king suite with 2 cots for my kids. Only other option was a full refund and for me to get another room (after midnight- and while traveling all day with 2 sleepy kids) Employee who assisted us sounded as frustrated as me with the situation as they have been dealing with the issue since July. Awful, stressful situation- once we arrived to the rooms they were clean and comfortable. Next day we were told we would be able to stay in our room- not before having our key cancelled, just in case….fun times.

This is not a cookie-cutter hotel in a chain. The Beachwood has well-appointed rooms with quality linens, moldings, and upholstery throughout and a well-designed restaurant. Always a pleasure to stay here. Chapel downstairs is well-worth a peek to see the antique stained glass windows.

Appliances with outdated so the fan was not working. The tv was did not have the correct remote control. I requested an early check in around 20 - 30 after booking time thur the app contacted the hotel was told 1pm was the earliest I offered to switch to a upgraded room that was ready and was denied front desk rep was unwelcoming. Arrived at hotel around 10:22 tried to get worker to reason with my situation which was had car trouble and had let it at dealership for repairs and no where to go in the area and that I wanted to get out of the clothes I had on covered with dirt and brake fluid, I felt if I was being looked down on and judged by my appearance and was treated like a person who lived in the street who was beneath her, an to remove my for lobby and went to backyard Lounge area and cried from how disgusting I felt for the interaction.topping the that the fire alarm was perfectly pressed right outside of my room door no one was staying in room beside my room house keeper was only ones in the room at that time rooms door was paired with two per arch designed each pair an I small with fire alarm about a 1” 3/8 in length and was about half inch wide , in the hallway there was four standard size fire alarms had just gotten underdressed to hop in shower when it was pressed and to exit the building in shower robe, I will not ever stay at another beechwood hotel, only good interaction was the male employee who brought me the room service guy had a good conversation

The rooms are lovely with an upscale feel, including a coffee bar area with real mugs and glasses, integrated reading lights for each bed, classic design, crown moulding, marble-look bath tile, and more. Beds and linens were comfortable and the room was spacious. The on-site restaurant was very nice and the customer service was top notch.

Hotel itself is beautiful! The room was very nice and spacious. Our air conditioner was turned all the way down and was not working so it was quite hot being on the 5th floor we had to open the windows. Keep in mind that this is in the city so you hear cars and ambulances going by all night you are next to a hospital so didn't get much sleep. The room has a mini fridge but no microwave so amenities are limited. You can get food at their restaurant downstairs but they also lack in quick grab n go like a retail area to choose from they had water and one bag of chips. Over all nice hotel just think some of their amenities need to be upgraded.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was only for 1 night, due to an event we went to at the DCU Arena. The fireplace suite was very nice, quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again, if we were to be in the area. 5 stars for sure.
