Amazing hotel. Lots of staff. Great rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Hot tub on balcony was special with an amazing view. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.
Lilisbe
A wonderful place; the staff were very attentive and kind. I would come back a thousand times and recommend it 100%.
Olga
Fantastic and sophisticated stay! Great experience and customer service from the moment you step into this breathtaking boutique hotel. It’s in ideal location with amazing caldera views. Highly recommend if you want the exclusive views without the Oía chaos.
Gudelia
The manager was rude and unprofessional. She was not welcoming
Blanca
I was extremely pleased with my stay in Santorini. The hotel is beautiful and well-located. The food is great during the day, but especially at night when Bony Fish opens—I definitely recommend trying their menu! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, super clean, and featured high-quality finishes; even the bed was amazing.
I only have one piece of constructive feedback: since our room was in the back near the parking area, the walking path and exteriors around the suite could be better maintained. We also encountered an issue with fleas by the pool one day (likely due to stray cats), which made it hard to enjoy the area. A deep clean every morning would easily prevent that.
Other than that, thank you all for the great service. We hope to come back one day!

This is a hidden gem in Imerovigli. The Caldera panorama rooms are gorgeous & the views are extraordinary from this property. This hotel is the perfect midpoint between Fira and Oia. The property is gorgeous and the staff are all wonderful and very helpful - Eleni, Alicia and all the others. Wonderful breakfast too. Enjoyed the spa amenities too. Highly recommend for couples and families. Thank you for a great stay!

Excelente hotel y ubicación se los recomiendo 200% , muy viejo espectacular

Great location and staff.
Ana
The hotel is perfect located the bus is really closed and good service. All the staff is sooo nice. The breakfast is good. Far from Oia and walkable to Fira 25min
Chris
This hotel was impeccable. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant within the hotel was extraordinary.
We stayed in the Niki Villa. The views of the caldera were breathtaking. The hot tub on the upper deck of the unit was perfect to wind down at night after long days of exploring the island. The cave room was perfect. It stayed nice and cool during the hot days. We loved the room and everything about it.
This hotel was a bucket list trip for us and it certainly didn't disappoint. We will definitely be back!

The view from the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is to die for and they will arrange transportation and activities for you! Would totally recommend.

This boutique hotel was exceptional. When choosing this hotel we went off reviews and were so happy it lived up to its hype. The staff were extraordinary I don't think we have come across staff this attentive, accomodating, personal, lovely, and kind. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10
The location was perfect and hotel was beautiful. Exactly what you envisage when thinking Santorini vibes.

This property was in a nice location for views of the Caldera. It was walkable to Fira main area(15-20 min walk) but the bus stop into town was about 50 yards away. I found the rooms/bathrooms to be clean, and housekeeping comes multiple times in a day to tidy up. Breakfast was wonderful, and the server was very attentive. I would definitely stay again.
Claire
We had an incredible stay at Aeifos Boutique Hotel. The hotel is impeccably maintained, the views from the pool and our room was breathtaking and the staff couldn’t be kinder or more helpful. Breakfast is also a plentiful spread every day. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect location ……Perfect Everything!!!
Cristina
This hotel is exceptional - not one detail is missed. The staff is so friendly, remembering every detail about your stay, preferences, dietary restrictions, you name it. The rooms are beyond most facilities in Greece, with special lighting features, digital AC, the most comfortable beds and pillows, turn down service with chocolates/sweets left on our bed, espresso machines, water refilled daily, again nothing fell short.
The pool is incredible. Everyone stops and looks in awe from the walking path. The breakfast is 10/10, with a la carte options and so much variety.
Special shout outs to Eleni and Polyanthi from reception. They are AMAZING and add such value to this place! Katerina was a ray of sunshine during breakfast everyday. Yannis was our evening reception greeter, so kind with additional recommendations. We will be back, solely because of these employees and this stunning facility!
My only comment is that we received a bottle of Prosecco from the hotel, however we were not allowed to drink it by the pool. This seems a little silly as it was from the hotel directly, not an outside source, yet we were not allowed to have it outside our room. We met friends that also “gifted us” a bottle of Prosecco and sent it to our room, however we never received it from the hotel staff. Not sure where it ended up! Small inconvenience but worth noting. The manager seemed a little strong (some micromanaging). She is so lucky to have the staff she does!

Great place to stay for a family! Service quality is excellent. Service team is very friendly and thoughtful.

Amazing hotel, great service and staff. The only complaint was that the private pool is not private and you have to share it with the room next door. It is tiny and quite awkward when the guest next door never leave and you basically cant access the pool.
Matt
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. The area directly around the hotel is picturesque. There are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pretty much anything you’d want within a 10 minute walk. Cabs to Oia and Fira can be called by the hotel easily for a fee which is very convenient. Overall an amazing stay.
Nabeel
All the staff here go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. I've never experienced this level of customer service. Also the include breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel very highly. This area of Santorini is the best to stay in if you like it to be a little more quiet. The view is beautiful and the pool is awesome.
Stephen
Excellent overall experience. Very attentive staff, great location. Pool is huge and refreshing with caldera view. I would stay there again.
Gabriela
The hotel is perfectly situated on the Fira to Oia path. With picturesque views from the pool it's a gorgeous place to stay in avoiding the crowds and business of Fira or Oia.
Rachael
The property is in a great location, beautiful grounds, our room had a marble plunge pool and the main infinity pool overlooks the sea. The staff is super friendly and professional, great breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff had great recommendations and was accommodating to all of our needs..
Erin
Staff was lovely and helpful!
NILIMA FRANCES
Amazing 5 star accommodation in the beautiful Imerovigli area, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia but conveniently located to visit there. We returned for a second stay. The infinity pool is incredible, overlooking the mystical Caldera as well as postcard white and blue church dome views. It is also a really big size for Santorini where most pools are on the smaller side. As well as yummy breakfast options, the staff (especially Eleni, Polyanna and Katarina) are just so warm and lovely make you feel at home.
Jaffar
Amazing!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Beautiful location and perfect for a quiet break. Staff were great. Loved the breakfasts!

We stayed at Aeifos Boutique Hotel in early June and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with incredible views—exactly what you'd hope for in Santorini. The property is stylish, peaceful, and well-maintained.
What really stood out to us, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely warm and welcoming, and they made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
A special thank you to MariaNancy, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time—not just in Santorini, but also by offering helpful recommendations for our time in Athens. Her personal attention and kindness made a big difference.
While we loved the hotel, it was the staff that made our stay truly memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Aeifos to others.

Exquisite property. Impeccable service and attention to detail. Dinner at Bony Fish restaurant was excellent. The manager Marianthi and her staff made our stay especially memorable by arranging restaurants and recommending places to visit. They especially took care of our elderly parents.
Dilan
Such a spectacular hotel! Everything from start to end was just amazing. The hospitality was 10/10, the staff is very caring, the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and the breakfast was so delicious. The view from this hotel cannot be matched and you don’t need to travel around Santorini to get a good view when you’re staying here. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Grace
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was amazingly attentive— from check in to breakfast to everything in between, people were around to help us. We had a semi-private pool, which was really nice, and not visible to pedestrians walking by (unlike other Santorini hotels!). It’s well-located and right on the walking path, so a good choice for anyone who might struggle with hills. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing as well. I would absolutely recommend a stay here!
Roger
Wonderful Hotel
Customer service was amazing. Eleni was wonerfully polite. Wait staff was superb. Manager very friendly and addeda special touch of friendliness. Room was great. Smaller than normal jacuzzi on balcony that overflowed when we both sat in it. Great location for a walk to Fira or Oia. Overall wonderfull hotel.

From the beginning till the end it was an amazing experience at the Aeifos Boutique Hotel. The staff was so helpful, very attentive, the hospitality was great. It was super clean. The breakfast is really good. Overall I would recommend this place and we’ll DEFINITELY be going back.

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at the beginning of May. We arrived quite late at night and were greeted by friendly transport scheduled through the hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by George, he was kind and checked us in quickly while providing a full overview of the hotel and our room. Each morning we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee were amazing and made to our liking. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to stay in the busier areas of Oia or Fira. Fira was a beautiful 20min walk away with loads of options for shopping and restaurants. Locally in Imerovigli we enjoyed the restaurants as well although they weren’t open overly late.
kiran
The breakfast was amazing coupled with superb services.
Fasihuddin
Beautiful hotel! Very accessible for my dad who had a bad knee, and such lovely & accomodating staff! We felt very looked after here, the view from this hotel of the sunset over the caldera was unbelievable. They catered to my allergies very well also. 10/10 no complaints!
Bernardo
This property is pristine clean, the staff is amazing.
I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
Perfectly located in Imerovigli 20 min walking to Thira.

A Perfect Break
Really enjoyed our stay in October, 2024. Santorini was busy and lively, but the area we stayed in and Fira while busy, were not overwhelming. The Accommodation itself was excellent, and the staff were incredible. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.
Victoria Lyn
Aeifos was great! That staff was extremely professional and nice - they were all very lovely to talk too! Nensi at the reception desk was very helpful in explaining the different areas of the island and giving restaurant recommendations. They were helpful in booking excursions and drivers for us when we needed them. The breakfast included in the price of our stay was delicious. The area is very convenient, very close to nearby shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. The views were incredible and the other guests at the hotel were all very nice to interact with as well. We had a great stay at Aeifos and will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone staying in Santorini looking for views like Oia but in a quieter area but still just a short drive to more lively areas like Fira!
Guillermo
Extremely good service. Staff was great. Beautiful sunset views.
Peter
Amazing in every way, food, drink, service and view to die for ❤️
Hariprasad
The Staff were great , extremely friendly and provided loads of information on things to do and made our stay very memorable. Easily one of the best places we have stayed in.
Jennifer
Stunning view. Quiet imerovigli was the perfect spot to stay. Breakfast is wildly good for a hotel. Staff is helpful and very “white glove” service. Bottled water included every day. The only thing I didn’t love was having to walk through the parking garage to get to my room. However the manager did try to find an alternative once I requested it, so they will put in their best efforts.
NILIMA
Stunning infinity pool with jaw drop, scenic views in an excellent location. Extremely attentive and welcoming staff and service.

We came here in June 2024 with my husband and 2 young kids and absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! We weren’t looking for the typical tourist trap type of place and this place was perfect. It’s quiet, clean, delicious food, but most of all the staff was one of the BEST staff I’ve ever encountered in all my years traveling around the world! They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of the entire time. The room with the hot tub was great and the infinity swimming pool was cold and refreshing. If you’re looking to be fighting your way through narrow streets jam packed with a million other tourists, then go to Oia or Fira. But if you’re looking to unwind in peace and serenity that is in walking distance to all the other crazy parts of Santorini, then this beautiful hotel in Imerovigli is perfect! HIGHLY recommend!!
Your
Awesome in every regards. Best part of the stay was the staff and services with great view and pool. Breakfast is just the best I ever had at a hotel.
Mark
Very attentive staff.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful views. However, pool is right on top of busy walkway and offers no privacy from people walking along. Some people even reach over and dip hands in the pool! Aside from that issue, nothing but 5 stars.
Geraint
Hotel was lovely and view is beautiful. The staff were all brilliant, polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t fault the hotel and had a great stay. Felt worth while getting the caldera view room.

The staff really made the stay more enjoyable. They were extremely friendly and attentive. They made sure to check on us daily and assisted us with transportation as well as providing us with information of the best places

The staff were incredibly attentive and could not do enough for us and our young daughter. They were very accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and has amazing views. One of the biggest highlights was the quality of food which was exceptional (including at the fine dining restaurant!). We will be coming back and staying here again’

Great Stay!
Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! The private hot tub on the balcony was very nice as well! I would highly recommend Aeifos!

Our stay at Aeifos was one of the best we've ever had in any city. The hotel was just so beautiful, clean and all the staff were very attentive to all its guests. I particularly loved the little treats that were left on our bed when we came back for the evening, yummy mini cakes and fresh fruit and bubbly on our first night! The view from our room was stunning, I can't explain how beautiful the sunset looked with the sea and volcano in view. We were glad we picked this hotel over the many others we were considering as the location was great too. It was only a 20 min walk (plus an amazing view along the way) along the coastline to Fira where all the bus links are, but a little bit of an uphill hike from Fira to Aeifos- it didn't bother us at all though as we were prepared to walk a lot in Santorini! The breakfast every morning was amazing, you had the option of sweet and savoury and also having freshly cooked food as well. We certainly stuffed ourselves every morning as the breakfast was that good! If I was to come to Santorini again, I'd definitely stay at Aeifos and recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel located in a great area. Can’t speak highly enough of all the staff that work here that make this hotel and stay extremely pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was clean and beautiful hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Room and different amenities were suberbly maintained

The hotel was perfect!! The view was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, a little quieter than Fira or Oia but only 30 min walk to the action in Fira.
The breakfast buffet was delicious! And we were able to use the showers in the gym area to shower before heading to the airport since we had checked out earlier in the day and had a late flight.

The hotel was gorgeous. In a very convenient location, away from crowded areas but still in 15 mins walking distance from Fira. We had a room with private pool and absolutely it. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Specially Catharina was very kind and sweet, and made our stay in Santorini memorable. I definitely will stay in Aeifos hotel when I come back to Santorini again.

We booked last minute and found this place. It’s indeed a boutique hotel - small and classy. ALL of the staff was helpful and pleasant. We were very pleased!

Excellent hotel!
We stayed five nights at this wonderful hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a Caldera view and hot tub.
The location is excellent as near enough to walk to restaurants but still at a quieter part. The views were beautiful.
The hotel is small and friendly and staff also very professional. They know to get the balance right between helping, being friendly but knowing guest may need space too.
The rooms and housekeeping are of a high standard. The pool area is roomy as is the pool compared to other hotels.
The restaurant is of a high standard and definitely worth eating in. The food is more towards “ fine dining” than other local restaurants and there are taster courses not mentioned on the menu.
The lane at the front gives easy access to walks both to Fira and to Oia but was quiet when we stayed as tourists tend not to walk out there as much.
We would thoroughly recommend the hotel for the high standards and excellent staff.

Great, clean beautiful hotel
We had an incredible stay. The service was impeccable - the hotel coordinated transport for us to from the airport to the hotel late at night. Even though our stay was short, the hotel was clean and pretty, the breakfast and food was excellent, and the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We would gladly stay here again!
