We thouroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was truely amazing and we felt George (the manager) and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special.
The breakfast was lovely, you can pick what you would like and they will bring it to your room! On the day we left, we left at 5am so the day before they left us a breakfast box so we wouldnt be hungry.
The hotel itself was clean and everyday the room was kept clean and made sure we had clean towels and robes
Before our arrival George contacted us and booked transfers for us which we paid before we left, and whilst we were there George gave us a list of open resturants as we went out of season with a map of the area and whilst we were there gave us taxi numbers when asked.
The staff were friendly and welcoming!

The guy who brought us breakfast and the complimentary champagne upon check in was super friendly too! In my opinion you can’t get a better view, service, or clean suite anywhere else in Santorini.

From the moment we arrived we were swept away by the stunning views, the impeccably clean and cozy room, the outdoor sauna looking out to the \"lagoon\" with the volcano crater in its midst, and last but not at all least, the warm welcome (prosecco included!) and the friendly and helpful staff. The system of ordering breakfast the day before and enjoying it in your room, worked very nicely for us. The Dreams Luxury Suites, though out of town, is only a 5 min walk from Ilios Bakery, where a large variety of satisfying meals can be had 24/7; and a 12-15 min walk in to Fira. We loved pur stay and highly recommend it!!!

The patio with the hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, and table is perfect to enjoy the sun and weather. Hot tub is warm and can be used on cool nights. The pool is not heated so hard to use when the weather is cool. Every day you select what you want for breakfast and it is a big selection. Everything we ordered was great. We had an early flight so we were going to miss the breakfast times but they packed us a bag of different food otpions and drinks. It was perfect. We walked to Fira every day to explore and take the local buses to different parts of the island. George was fantastic and helped with all our questions.

There are a multitude of options for hotels in Santorini, but this one really stands out not only for its absolutely spectacular views from Imerovigli, but it’s amazing service (Dimitri, Marios, and the team). My husband and I stayed at Dreams Luxury Suites on our honeymoon, we knew the hotel was beautiful from the pictures, but it was a whole other experience to see it in person! We loved our suite so much, we barely left. The Armonia Suite was private enough that we didn't see our neighbours, but still had the most incredible view of the Caldera. Our suite came with a pool and a hot tub and ample space for the two of us. The staff, especially Dimitriz, Marios and Yiannis were so helpful and made our stay extra special, they made sure we were always taken care of. The added touch of choosing breakfast and having it sent to your suite was such a nice touch. We loved being able to wake up, walk out of our room and have breakfast waiting on the table outside our suite.After seeing other hotels in Imerovigli, we knew we made the right decision by choosing to stay at Dreams! BEWARE WHEN BOOKING! The view is not as seen in the photos. There is a large pole, wires and door blocking the caldera view. When we spoke with the staff they said this was put up after the photos were taken. Very disappointing as our main reason for booking a caldera view was a full caldera view. The staff was able to move us for 3 of our 5 nights to another room with a better view but the wires, pole and door still blocked a full view. (Again, in all of the online Expedia and their website photos there was a full caldera view.) Although we appreciated the move it required moving twice-one night in our booked room, 3 nights in the other room then back to our room.

We found that our hotel was in an excellent position for access to all the best restaurants recommended by the staff, both for Imerovigli and Firastefani.
The accommodation was first class and suited our requirements. The staff were most welcoming and assisted us in every requirement, especially in choosing the restaurants and shops.
As long as we chose to visit Fira when there were hardly any cruise ships it was fine so we picked where we were visiting depending on the number of cruise ships.
We would most certainly go again to the same accommodation.

Great hotel, useless and rude staff
The hotel is amazing but the front desk is terrible. When we first arrived we were met by a younger woman working the front desk who appeared to be wearing pajamas and dressed like a hippie! We were shocked that such a luxury hotel would have someone dressed like her to represent their hotel. Although she was cordial, she was not friendly and certainly did not seem to care about her job or the hotels guests. She didn’t give any useful information and didn’t ask us anything about our stay. We requested for her to book an airport transfer for us at check out and she informed us it would cost 36 euros for a private transfer, we agreed and booked it. The day of the transfer, we were duped into paying 35 euros for a shuttle bus with other passengers. We called the hotel and another woman working the front desk had a terrible attitude and was useless. We almost missed our ferry and paid for a private taxi so we could get there on time. We were so disappointed in this hotels staff that we would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Dreams was just that, a DREAM! We chose to spend our honeymoon in Villa Lokasti. A few days before our arrival, we added on a honeymoon package that included a private dinner, airport transfers, wine, champagne, and rose petals in our room. Amazing small boutique hotel with superb service! Aphrodite, Hanna and the gentleman who helped us with all things were professional, friendly and courteous. We stayed in the Foivos suite which was private and comfortable for two. We enjoyed a couples massage in our room followed by a delicious private dinner prepared by a personal chef. The hotel is close enough to town but far enough away to enjoy a quite, peaceful, non touristy vacation. Hope to be back!

Aphrodite and Maria went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. We had a little bit of noise due to construction and they made sure to address it right away and ask if we wanted to move to their sister hotel but we refused and stayed at Dreams. So happy we stayed! Not to mention the view and the location! We will definitely come back!

We visited Dreams (Orfeas Suite) for our honeymoon. They provided transfers to/from the port, and when we arrived, Maria and Yiannis were waiting for us in the parking lot. Aphrodite and Maria took time to explain everything at the resort, as well as great spots to check out. Our suite was impeccable, and they cleaned twice daily. Our pool and jacuzzi, as well as the entire villa, were in perfect condition. The views were breathtaking, and we really didn't want to leave. We look forward to visiting again soon.

They helped us organise a candle light dinner in our private terrace, and from all the places we ate at it was by far the most delicious food and with an amazing view of the Santorini Sunset! They also helped us get an ATV rented for the day at a super affordable price and delivered it/picked it up directly at the hotel. Just back from a 15th anniversary trip to Greece where we stayed for 10 nights in the Orfeas suite. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. Aphrodite, Maria, Yannis and George are the best and no request was ever an issue for them. After not sleeping on the flight we were quite jet lagged and went to bed around 5pm shortly after arriving and woke up at 2:00 am starving and in need of coffee. We ran across George who was cleaning the pools and hot tubs and asked where we could get something at that hour. Within 10 minutes he brought us a pot of coffee and a plate of cookies, obviously well past room service hours. The Orfeas suite was fantastic and very spacious. During the time we were there construction was going on next door but we rarely even knew they were there and always asked us to let them know if they were being too loud which they never were.
The daily breakfast on the terrace was well prepared and always on time. Being able to order the night before on the app was easy and convenient. What a great way to start every day with breakfast outdoors and a view that can't be beat.
The staff at the hotel is always available to with car rentals, sailing tours and making restaurant reservations and recommendations. There are a number of restaurants nearby that are excellent and reasonable. I would recommend DaVincis, ToBriki and LaMaison. I would not recommend Vanilla as the food is just so-so and the service is terrible.
