Se você estiver em busca de um lugar onde possa desfrutar da natureza, respirar ar fresco e revigorante, desfrutando de uma linda paisagem, com o som dos pássaros e o farfalhar das folhas, admirar o pôr do sol refletindo na água, proporcionando uma incrível luz dourada, um local próximo da agitação de São Paulo; posso te afirmar que este é o lugar!
Além da natureza exuberante, você também encontra uma infraestrutura toda pensada e bem cuidada que proporciona aos hóspedes uma incrível experiência.
É oferecido várias opções de lazer, piscinas aquecidas e de temperatura ambiente, ao todo são 9, entre piscinas e jacuzzis, bem cuidadas; passeios por trilhas; tirolesa; pedalinho; arvorismo; escalada; além de espaços especialmente construídos para que nós possamos desfrutar da natureza. Em algumas atividades, para que se possa usufruir, o hotel coloca à disposição equipe treinada, cuidadosa e muito atenciosa.

Lugar maravilhoso e como sempre fomos super bem atendidos, desde o pessoal da recepção, pessoal que trabalham para que possamos ter um descanso maravilhoso, pessol do transporte (carrinhos), pessoal da manutenção, pessoal da limpesa, tios da recreação, da maravilhosa equipe da cozinha (conduzida pela Fabiana e Gabriela), pelo Kelmer (bar da piscina) e um agradecimento em especial ao Esthevan (dono do hotel) que mais uma vez nos deu aquele carinho de família.

Chegamos no hotel sexta 14/03 , fomos jantar , vários Garçons e funcionários conversando não atendendo os hospedes (isso que o hotel estava vazio ) . Na mesma sexta várias latas de cerveja abertas no bar da piscina.
Sábado de manhã continuavam as latas e lixos no bar , como foi nossa primeira vez no hotel , fui perguntar se fazia parte da decoração. As 11:30 da manhã na piscina não tinha nenhum garçom para atender. Tínhamos que descer ao restaurante para fazer pedido , no restaurante vários funcionários batendo papo . Piscina coberta nem se fala , nunca tinha ninguém para atender. No jantar novamente todos funcionários despreparados, domingo pela manhã passa uma kombi verde do hotel em alt velocidade, colocando em riscos os hóspedes principalmente as crianças.
Fui procurar gerente responsável pelo hotel , como imaginei não estava nesse final de semana.

Já estive outras vezes no Refúgio. Continua excelente, pessoal muito prestativo, instalações bem cuidadas. Apenas regrediu por desativarem o lanche da tarde e terem acabado com a quadra de tênis e o serviço de leva do carro do estac. da Balsa para o Hotel.

A experiência de uma maneira geral foi excelente! O lugar é muito agradável, o terreno do hotel é imenso… os quartos ficam em meio à bosque, muitas árvores, caminhos de pedriscos, perfeito para quem quer ficar perto da natureza. Ponto alto para a recreação com profissionais extremamente atenciosos, carinhoso e cuidadosos com a criança. Tia Preguiça e Tio Rebaixado ganharam nosso coração e o coração da nossa filha. As atividades como tirolesa e arvorismo são muito legais e bem equipadas. A conservação do hotel é muito boa. Prepare as pernas e panturrilhas, porque é tudo bem grande e é um sobe e desce de ladeiras rs, bom que o exercício está garantido. Mas eles tem carros para locomoção dos hóspedes.
Pontos negativos: o quarto que ficamos era muito úmido, por mais que houvesse desumidificador e ventokit no banheiro, o cheiro de umidade e mofo eram bastante presentes. Nosso quarto foi o 209 que fica “cravado” no morro, em meio às árvores, e pega pouquíssimo sol. Se possível, escolha os quartos mais próximos à recepção, pois são quartos que pegam mais sol e provavelmente serão menos úmidos. Outro ponto negativo é que não é um hotel muito acessível para PCDs. Não era uma necessidade nossa, mas pude observar que tem muitas escadas, caminhos de pedras, morros, banheiros pequenos… não imagino uma pessoa PCD se hospedando lá.

Frustracao em relacao à organização da reserva
Fiz uma reserva para 3 quartos, pois fomos em familia. 2 quartos ficaram próximos e o meu na ala da mata, bem distante. Pedi a realocacao para um quarto proximo da minha família... o hotel não estava cheio e nos colocaram num quarto inferior, com uma vista péssima e cheiro de mofo na escada que dava acesso a ele. Foi frustrante a organizacao dos quartos de minha reserva e a solução que nos foi dada. Esse ponto do atendimento do hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Nos hospedamos nesse Resort a 8 anos e somos surpreendidos a cada hospedagem.

o Hotel fica localizado num local muito bonito, a beira da represa de Mairiporã. A estrutura é muito boa, as piscinas são aquecidas, mesmo as externas. Tudo cuidado e com ótima manutenção. O quarto é simples, mas atendeu bem o que precisávamos. As refeições também são de boa qualidade, compatíveis com o padrão do hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, principalmente se vai com crianças, mas eu fui com minha mãe e minha tia e também foi muito proveitoso. O único detalhe foi que pedi um quarto no térreo e próximo às áreas comuns, mas ficamos em uma parte mais distante. Mas isso não foi um problema tão grande, pois eles têm carrinho de golf para ir de um lado para outro. Os funcionários são atenciosos.
As banheiras de hidromassagem são opção muito boa, há muitas áreas para explorar e a vista do por do sol na beira da represa é muito bonita. IMPORTANTE: Peça um mapa para o hotel com o melhor caminho, pois fui pelo Google Maps e cheguei no meio do nada. Tive que ligar no hotel para perguntar como chegava.

O hotel é bonito, no meio de uma reserva, boa estrutura, porém o serviço não vale o preço cobrado.
Quando o hotel estava vazio, domingo de noite e segunda feira, o bar da piscina não funcionou e a piscina aquecida estava com a água quente e a hidromassagem desligadas, e não havia nenhum funcionário por perto. Estavamos na piscina e tivemos que pegar bebida na recepção porque nenhum bar estava funcionando.
Tenho a opinião de que se é para oferecer um servico mais ou menos para poucos hóspedes, é melhor não disponibilizar os dias de semana para reserva, ou cobrar uma valor bem mais baixo.
