There aren’t many great hotel options - the ibis works well. No frills and predictable. Room shows a bit age but otherwise clean and serviceable. Gym is basic. Breakfast is pretty good hot plates.

I had a small incident, property shuttle doesn’t pick me up from the airport even after one hour waiting and one staff over phone informed that vehicle comes on terminal 2 and another told me after one hour waiting that shuttle don’t come to terminal 2..BIG MESS..

Overall, I would consider this a solid and reliable option for a short stay. It offers good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location was also convenient, with good access to nearby restaurants and transportation options.

The staff was amazing but we didn’t have towels in our room and all of sudden a man painting the building from outside appeared hanged scaling the window of our room (such maintenance should be warned and then guest do not have their privacy invaded). Overall, shuttle bus, breakfast and staff were really great.

As paredes do banheiro estavam descascando.

Good value, a bit rusty, friendly staff

Ibis is safe, you always know what to expect. But the staff was very friendly, and the shower was a bit worn out, with leakages, nothing much, nothing too serious. Overall it was a good value stay.

NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It started w pick up from airport. Driver was too lazy to get out of bus to even open luggage space in back. People just got on with ALL their luggage...no room to sit, people were standing holding small children. Unsafe. Even though they will pick you up for free, no information given about it costing $10 per person to go back to airport. Checking in was extremely slow...extremely slow. After waiting 2 hours for bus to pick us up, check in took over an hour! A few people were in line, also... but, it should never have taken that long! Our room was absolutely awful. The bed only had a box spring with a thin foam pad on it. No exaggeration. Room was dark, dirty. Towels were ratty and really worn. Bathroom was gross. Plus, some \"interesting \" women showed up to meet some men in lobby.
