Staff was very polite and friendly, hotel was clean. But i should note that this hotel is not even close to a 4 star as stated. And the breakfast is fine but not excellent. It is a ok stay for budget location and short stay.

Location in regards to the airport is great. Check in was good. The room aged but it was perfectly fine for the night to catch out morning flight. The breakfast was actually great way better than the array of processed food in the US in the price range. We stay usually at this hotel and their restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We had a room for 3 which was aged but when we stayed just the 2 of us we had and updated room which was much nicer.

Does exactly what you need this hotel to do

It does exactly what you need this hotel to do and be close to GRU. Nothing else special. But it's not needed. Rooms fine, could do with a refurb but overall clean. Quite a shady area so there's not much to do. But if you need to be close to GRU for an early flight. This is fine. They offer a shuttle bus but Uber very easy and a 20 min drive.

The room was small but sufficient and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out weren't very communicative. When I checked-in, I was told to just leave my car keys, which I did, but wasn't given a ticket. In the morning, when I wanted to leave, I wasn't told where to go to pick up my car. When I figured that out, they didn't know which car was mine and I had to go look for it.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that a room wasn’t available for me and that I hadn’t paid. I already paid online for the reservation. It was late at night and I was terrified being in a foreign country without accommodation. I was frantically looking for another hotel who would take me since I was desperate. Eventually they told me that there was a room available for me and I had to pay on my card.

$$$ for a stay in the Lobby

I had contacted the hotel with special request of a wheelchair accessible room, as well as early as possible check-in , we arrived at 6 am, because we were checking out at 6pm to go to the airport, basically having day use of the room only. The night staff where very pleasent and accommodating, letting us know there should be rooms available about 8am, and to enjoy wifi & coffee in the resteraunt, however, come 8 am and a different staff came on, attitude changed drastically, telling us very matter-of-factly, check-in was at 2:00pm and that there were no rooms,
available, when we had been sitting and seeing persons checking out, when others coming were being given thier keys, they were told a room did come available at 11 am our travel companions were charged almost double for the \"early\"check in and being so annoyed they paid, we had waited around for so long we decided that we would not pay the extra and just continue to wait.. when we were given our room it was so small my husband has to fold my chair an prop it in a corner because we could barely get by the ends of the beds to access the bathroom, given other cercumstances, l may have asked for a bigger room, but we just needed to lay down to rest after our night long long bus trip and prior to our over night trip to Canada... Which is why we booked a hotel in the first place...

Don't try to checking early. $$$

Don't expect early check-in. Most hotels in Brazil very accommodating but we booked 2 rooms and ask at 6am to let us know when they had some clean rooms. Said come back to desk at 8am came back at 8am front desk said no rooms available. Waited till 9am still no rooms available finally after a business traveler showed up ahead of us they called housekeeping and rooms showed up available but they wanted another 40$ for early check in and 60$ for the second room. They said if we leave the room empty for another hour we can check in for free. Since we were flying in 7hours we paid the price but our other family waited to pay the 60$. Crazy for one hour they would charge so much plus we only staying till 6pm they could use the room after. They told us we should book day rate but can't book that on hotels and didn't tell us checkin time till after we booked what a trap.

Not a Pleasant Stay

Pros:
- Clean, more or less.

Cons:
- Very uncomfortable bed.
- Cheap bed.
- Bedding is cheap.
- Cheap pillows, uncomfortable.
- No drinking water in the room.
- Empty fridge in the room.
- Same breakfast every day.
- I arrived at 2 am, and despite having a disability, they didn't help me with my hand luggage.

Review:
My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. On the plus side, the room was clean, although \"more or less\" cleanliness doesn't quite cut it for a hotel stay.

The cons, however, outweighed any positive aspects. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, clearly of cheap quality. The bedding and pillows were no better, contributing to a restless night's sleep.

To make matters worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room, and the fridge was empty, leaving me parched and disappointed. The breakfast menu was a monotonous repeat every day, offering no variety for guests.

What truly disappointed me was the lack of assistance upon my late-night arrival at 2 am, especially considering I have a disability. They failed to provide any help with my hand luggage, leaving me struggling on my own.

In summary, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for those seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay.

Horrible costumer service!

I paid 3 nights for my niece with 2 children to stay at the hotel. Very disappointing experience as upon arrival she was ignored and looked down by the front desk employees. None of the 3 elevators worked during the 3 nights so she had to walk 8 floors of stairs the duration of her stay. Seems to me that your employees needs some training in how to do consumer services and your hotel lack in maintenance. Will not be staying at that hotel again and certainly not recommend 🙌 If a person doesn’t look a certain way they just assume that they have money and treat them with a horrible costumer service. Do better 🙌

Cama com colchão muito ruim, minusculo banheiro, motorista que estaciona os carros dos hospedes irresponsável, dirigindo de forma inadequada, deixando meu filho e eu inseguros ao transitar na área do hotel quando voltavamos a pé do jantar, fiquei muito irritado e comentei na recepção, mas nao creio que providencias foram tomadas. Jamais voltarei a este hotel.

Moderately priced, reasonably comfortable although the room was a bit cramped. My overwhelming reason to stay that was to attend a personal-interest conference that was being held in the hotel. My entire trip was focused on this conference, whereas I was not present in Sao Paulo for any other reason such as tourism or business activities. The conference facilities were suitable and sufficient; the group meals provided were nourishing, tasty, and reasonably priced.

Hotel properly located to fly from Guarulhos

I had a reservation for a room with three twin beds. We arrived around 6 pm to the hotel, and after a quick check in we got a single king bed room.
We came down to the lobby to ask for a three bed and we got two small beds and a queen bed in a different room, after waiting 30 minutes for bed addition.
Is clear they don't plan in advance the room preparation. Or they don't verify expedia reservations.
There is a church in front of the street, is not easy to sleep early as they sing loud.
The hotel is well located to walk for dinner, and is close to Guarulhos airport.
Room is clean. Has safety box, fridge, desktop. Shower is ok. Wifi works good. Breakfast has variety of paderia products.
The garage is around the corner, but the guys in the lobby bring the car quite fast upon request.

Fizemos check-in por volta de 4h30 após um vôo de 7h. Perguntei sobre a possibilidade de estender o check out para 13h e a equipe do hotel disse que seria impossível. Concordei e subi ao quarto para descansar, pois enfrentaria uma viagem de carro de mais 7h. Pra minha surpresa, a equipe do hotel, interfonou pro quarto por volta de 10h30, para lembrar-me do horário do check out. Nunca passei por situação parecida. Espero nunca mais voltar e não recomendo!

Equipe super gentil, desde o atendimento pelo telefone, ao motorista do transfer do aeroporto/hotel, aos recepcionistas. O Jorge que fez o meu check in, e muito educado, atencioso e gentil, assim como os outros rapazes que também estavam no balcão . O corredor do meu andar estava super cheiroso . O quarto é maravilhoso, estava super limpo, decoração muito bonita e o banheiro também. Dormi muito bem, chuveiro muito bom. A academia me surpreendeu. MARAVILHOSA!!!! Café da manhã bom também. O pãozinho francês parece que tinha acabado de sair do forno. Super recomendo e já salvei como um dos meus favoritos em Guarulhos.

Em minha segunda estadia no hotel foi um desastre. Encontrar quartos mal limpos e uma estrutura precária.
Apesar de um bom acolhimento da recepção, quando entramos no quarto (1009) já nos deparamos com muita sujeira, pedimos lençóis limpos e a recepcionista me sugeriu trocar de quarto, trocamos porém no outro quarto (912) porém os lençóis que já estavam na cama eram pequenos e mal cobriam o colchão, os lençóis extras que encontramos uma situação ainda pior com lençóis sujos ( sangue) eram ainda mais pequenos foram apenas deixados lá, tivemos que arrumar a cama por nossa conta sem muita opção a cama ficou ao modo “TEDESCO”. Até caraça de nariz e mais cabelos em cima da cama, de manhã muita claridade e falta de manutenção tampa do sanitário quebrada, que com uma simples já ajustaria .
O intuito de descansar depois de uma viagem de 12 horas partindo de Roma praticamente não aconteceu, as 8:15 a camareira ENTROU no quarto enquanto eu e minha esposa tentávamos dormir decidimos então ir embora para o aeroporto já que tinha muita conversa e barulho do lado de fora e não conseguimos descansar como havíamos planejado.
No café da manhã outra surpresa, pouquíssimas opções, esperava um café da manhã muito melhor do que foi servido visto que a diária do hotel custa quase 500,00 reais, ou seja 1/3 de um salário mínimo,
Custo benefício péssimo preços altos demais que pagamos para descansar e não tivemos oportunidade para isso
Em soma uma estrutura a caminho do abandono.

Tivemos problemas com a roupa de cama do local roupa da cama com muitos fios de cabelo entre os lençóis ,fronha dos travesseiros manchadas e travesseiros de arrumação com cheiro de usados . Solicitei a troca informando a situação ,mas somente depois da segunda vez que solicitei foi feita e ainda assim não foram trocadas todas as fronhas . Optamos em não usar os travesseiros. Pouco antes do checkout recebemos a ligação informando sobre o checkout ( achei desagradável) em nenhuma hospedagem recebemos essa abordagem Local é ótimo funcionários muito atenciosos . Porém com esses contratempos . Sem eles nossa estadia poderia ter sido excelente

El check-in ha tardando un poco ya que solo el chico estaba trabajando, la chica que estaba en recepción no hacía nada, por otro lado habíamos pedido un bocadillo en la habitación y no estaba muy bueno, y en la habitación al día seguinte nos daban puñetazos en la puerta,era muy incómodos ,he tenido que llamar a recepción,pero tampoco me dieran explicaciones y eso fue durante toda la mañana.
