First the good: shower was verygood, and location is so convenient.
The bad: it is very noisy. You can hear noises the entire night: people talking in the aisle, alarm clock from the other rooms, even sneezing from people in nearby rooms. Our room was very close to the reception. So, a lot of noises.

Stay if you must, but the room is absolutely tiny, the bunkbed mattresses are hard and you'll still hear nearby conversations after 11:30pm (bring earplugs). On the plus, it's very close to the airport Departures, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. Tips: the light switch is part of the lower bunk AC outlet; the GRU security queue can be huge.

This place charges so much for so little. I have stayed on a train where I had more room and an actual private restroom.
Less then 6' across, and the length of the bed. That's it.
My wife's review? \"I'll NEVER stay in a place like this again! I'd rather sleep on the floor near our gate!\"

If you try to speak with them they didn’t speak English and nobody know nothing

This property is located in the arrivals level of terminal two. The property is very convenient to get a few hours sleep between flights. I can also shower. The only problem is that there are no signs around the airport directing you to the property. To confuse matters if you try and find it via GPS it is here to another property with the same name which is outside the airport about six minute drive from the airport. nobody in the airport could tell me that this property existed. They need signage and better instructions on how to get to the property.

I made my reservartion more than 3 months earlier because I don’t like inconvenience facts,but this hotel doesn’t have any worries to send me any notice about the incomplete payment, and inform that my reservation is not completed…just notice me on the check in time when I arrived from abroad…

Asked to change the room, to a double bedroom, but wasn’t possible according to the receptionist. I was willing to pay the difference.
At night all the towels were in separate plastic bags, but in the morning was hanged on the wall, pretty confusing, to know if those towels were properly clean, especially with the current pandemic situation.

It was great that was one floor away from airport departure. If you're exhausted and in a hurry go for it. But just know the \"rooms\" and ridiculously tiny, there's literally no room for yourself and your suitcases. There are no windows, the AC was not working, and I sincerely doubt this place complies with fire safety regulations (I can't image how a bunch of people would be able to scape form such a tight space should a fire break out)

Good for quick sleep between flights or ovr night.

It is very conveniently located in the airport and two of our layovers were overnight in Sampa. So it was nice not to have to catch shuttle late and catch one back very early in the morning. The rooms are small which is fine but the beds were pretty short. I’m 6’2” and wall to wall was maybe 6’6” so my feet were on the wall and had an inch or two of space at the head.

Bed bugs ! The property had BED bugs. I was bit over ten times and my left food was almost swollen due to the bites !!! The walls are thing , bathrooms were always busy you could barely get in. Terrible

My card was cloned during my check in at this facility!!! It was the only place at the airport that someone held my card for a few minutes. Thank goodness my bank blocked my credit card before too big of a damage!!! Keep

Place is great for an overnight before a flight. Booking through Hotels.com allows for a full 24 hour booking. Booking directly via their site is restricted to 8 hours stay only. Rooms are small, but comfy. Bathrooms are shared and showers are cleaned after they are used. Place was very quiet.

The staff told me the hotel is accessible without going through customs which requires a Visa for Americans and others. This was completely untrue and I only learned this upon arrival, in contradiction to the assurances of the hotel staff before booking.

This hotel is inside the Guarulhos International Airport in Sao Paulo. Extremely convenient for early flight departures. Rooms are very tight however. Suggest a suite for 2 even if you have just 1 person. That will entitle you to a private bathroom

I had a 12hour layover in Sao Paulo. I found fast sleep online using Orbitz. I highly recommend Fast Sleep. Convenient and quiet. Located inside the Terminal. Be sure and make a reservation. The line was long when I arrived and seems they stay booked. I highly recommend.

This is a great option if you don't want to deal with São Paulo traffic and have a long layover at Guarulhos. Just make sure to ask for a cabin towards the back; mine was near the front desk, so there was quite a bit of noise from people checking in, families yelling at each other down the hall, kids crying, etc.

Very convenient. Left the domestic terminal with my luggage and walked over to the hotel. It's on the ground floor towards the outside. Nice to have a place to nap while on a long layover. Showers were adequate. Wish they had a little more toiletries like tooth paste. I lost mine and had to go wander the airport for some and come back when I was already tired. Temperature in the room was freezing cold which was hard coming out of the jungle. I'd stay again.

very convenient for travelers with long connecting flight from Sau Paolo to any other Brazil destination. The rooms are small but really that's all you need. i do not get those who give reviews complaining how small the rooms are. Of course they are small, it's literally inside the airport. :) Clean and the staff are friendly

For a few hours sleep it works, was a great location for our layover. Walls are thin, you hear everyone coming/going so wear ear plugs.
Only complaint was every shower was used and had to find someone to clean one at 4am.
The bunk bed room in tiny like everyone says so if have more than two large suitcases could be interesting.

Great stay for long layovers!

I had a flight come in at 7pm and my connection left at 6am the following morning. This was the perfect option to have a place to sleep. Unless you book the suite, the romms are small. But they were clean and the bathrooms as well. That is the priority for me at least. Friendly and helpful staff. Difficult to find depending where your flight arrives from. But you ask a couple of people in the airport and can find it. Terminal 2, now I know!

Easy to find within terminal 3 building, tiny sleeping chamber, basically a place to lay down, sleep and have a shower in between flights.
Super small (about 220cm x 130cm), no window, feels like a tiny prison cell (not that I ever been to one ;-) )

My wife and I were awoken at 23:00 by jackhammer demolition directly above our room. When I called reception, the woman said that she had already called the airport staff and the noise would stop shortly. After 15 minutes I left our room and asked her how much longer until the noise would stop; she replied “soon”. I returned to our room. After another 30 minutes I left the room to find a security guard to help stop the noise. He said that it was not his responsibility and I would have to speak to the hotel to request the noise to stop. The jackhammering continued until 01:00. We were unable to fall asleep after all of the commotion. It was the worst hotel/hostel experience our our lives.

My friend and I had two long layovers in São Paolo and chose to stay here both times. It was great and just what we needed - a place to sleep and shower. The staff is very helpful. Only complaint is it's hard to find, but if you check out the airport map, ask around and keep an eye out, you'll find it!

Closet size rooms are a convenient place for a quick nap in Terminal 2 of Guarulhos Airport. Bring earplugs though; passengers coming and going all night long make quite a bit of noise.

Horrible, international entrance closed.

So we were getting in late so called ahead to arrange late check in, no problem. We finally find the entrance in the international terminal, we had no visas and it was locked. Finally found a phone to call and took them 1 hour to find someone to tell us sorry, we need to come out to the domestic terminal, we told them we can't , no visas. They said too bad.
Check their web site they still say they have an international entrance.

It's a minimum space place with a confirmable bed were you can rest between flights. The bathroom it's not inside the room but has a lot of bath on the facility that are always clean to be used some of them has showers.

Good cabins inside the airport

Sleeping in the airport is useful, airline lost my luggage for 6 hours, I went to sleep in Slaviero, and the next morning I walked to airline office to pick up my lost luggage. For one night stay is excellent, if you are noise sensitive bring earplugs with you. Cabins are small, for one travelled is Ok. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped.

Easy and affordable airport accommodation

We found fast sleep to be a great place to rest on our journey through São Paulo. As we had a long lay over at the airport it was comforting to have a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are small but it is all you need for a good nights rest. The bathroom facilities were fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely go back :)

Nice to be able to lay on a bed

It was really nice having a place to lay down, shower and above all a place to leave your luggage nicely secured before your flight, we had a 7 hour lay over so it was very nice being able to rent that room as opposed to hanging around the gate for 7 hours and worry about your bags.

Everything was fine with the hotel. The major problem was the Information on how to get to the Hotel and it's location. At nowhere do you mention that the Hotel is located in Terminal No. 2-ground floor of The Helio Smidt-Guarulhos International Airport. That's all you needed to mention.

The confusion caused by your \"poor\" directions cost me $50 in unnecessary taxi fees.

Trnasit hotel in Sao Paulo

I found this place as a quick, and only place that would allow me to spend my 15 hours at GRU airport. I didn't have a visa for Brazil so this was perfect. My online booking was done at the manin hotel (downstairs) even though I booked for the Fast sleep, the section on 1st floor. They transferred the booking easily though. Clean shared toilet and confortable beds
