I booked to stay at this hotel during the flight cancellations that occurred because of the issues between America & Iran.

We were advised to quickly book a hotel close to the airport.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was before our check-in time, so we were asked to wait until 2pm. About 30 minutes later I got a call and was told to head back to the airport immediately as British Airways was now able to take passengers on the plane.

I approached reception staff and explained the situation and told them that I would no longer need the room as I had to return to the airport straight away. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to accept my cancellation and still charged me for the room, even though we never checked in or used it.

I understand that hotels have policies, but given the circumstances and a sudden change due to airline disruptions. I was disappointed that there was no flexibility or understanding shown. A little consideration in situations like this would go a long way, especially when travellers are already dealing with the stress of cancelled flights and last-minute changes.

Overall, this experience left a negative impression. I hope the hotel reviews how situations like this are handled in the future and shows more understanding toward travellers facing unexpected travel disruptions.

I paid £77 for a hotel that i wasn't able to stay in.

This hotel is essentially worthless without a reliable airport shuttle. I waited from 11:30 PM to 1:30 AM for the shuttle, repeatedly called the hotel, and received no response.

Because of this failure, I am requesting a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to international or domestic travelers who rely on shuttle transportation, especially for safety reasons, as I did.

The overall experience was good. However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (GRU) was terrible. 1) The driver did not bother asking if the passengers needed help to load their baggages on the bus/ 2) As there were no functional straps to tie the baggages where they were allocated, they were sliding on the bus until my dad tied the existent straps on his own/ 3) The driver was driving recklessly since the baggages / 4) The driver did not stop at the appropriate

They charged me for a fork. They don’t have any available in the concession area. The worker in the kitchen was rude about providing forks for their guests to eat soup that is sold by the hotel. Also the hotel charges per person in a room.

This property was in an industrial area, truck station behind hotel. Very busy dual street in front. Pool outside(in picture )was not for swimming only 1 foot if that more like a pond. Very old rooms they need to be updated. However the food inside hotel was great, price was good also. Mall was a20 minute walk (no side walks really). Ended my trip here, Stayed here 2 days for the Eagles game

Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Atendentes de muita gentileza, uma modesta academia e piscina que acabei não conseguindo utilizar. O quarto é amplo, a cama é muito boa, o chuveiro é bom e o pacote de canais de TV possui opções. O que deixa a desejar é o sinal de internet, que é bem ruim (acabei usando meu 5G), e o café da manhã que, pelo valor da estadia, é básico. O estacionamento é terceirizado e cobrado a parte. Os valets são rápidos, mas durante a noite sumiu um pacote de Trident que eu tinha no carro.

This property should be listing in Expedia and online that it is under construction. We were woken up at 7:55 in the morning with jackhammering blasting. The walls were shaking. The floor was vibrating. It was so loud. They should absolutely not be charging any money for people to stay on the third floor of this building.

L’hôtel est extrêmement précaire par rapport au prix.
La propreté, le confort du lit et le petit déjeuner sont ok, néanmoins l’eau chaude est un bien rare notamment en fin de journée.
La pression de l’eau laisse à désirer.

Pour le prix affiché cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le coup.

Par ailleurs, le parking n’est pas inclus, c’est surprenant quand vous payer plus de 80€ la nuit dans un pays où le salaire moyen est de 400€ … De plus, les personnes qui sont au parking essaient de vous escroquer en vous faisant payer 45 real (5€) à chaque fois que vous prenez votre véhicule alors que vous avez payé pour 24h.

Je n’ai pas du tout eu une bonne expérience avec le parking mais également avec la qualité des équipements de l’hôtel : salle de bain, salle de sport.

Je déconseille fortement sauf pour y dormir pour prendre un vol depuis GRU.

Great stay here. The property is fairly new, rooms are modern and clean. The pool and garden area is very nice and tranquil. The breakfast was not huge but had all the basics and everything was tasty and fresh. The area around the hotel is industrial and there really is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Large shopping mall is close by though by taxi. Would stay again.

Disappointed there is no boxed breakfast so I missed breakfast.
Tired of just one English TV station in so many Brazilian hotels.
Supper started at 7 pm that I found late.

This is a convenient option around Guarulhos airport. The suites in the new wing are large and updated. Staff provides professional service although not particularly warm. I ordered room service and it arrived quicker than expected, and the price was fair. Elevator closest to my room did not work.

Controle do ar condicionado não funciona, isolação acústica péssima - escutei festa acontecendo perto do hotel até meia noite - porta do banheiro deteriorada, vaso sanitário cheio de marcas, senha da wifi não funcionava e sem trava na porta. Fui no restaurante do hotel. Demorou bastante tempo para eu ser atendida. Pedi um omelete que levou 45 minutos para ser entregue.

This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again.

I have been choosing this hotel for several years because of its practicality, good price and staff. The rooms are spacious, but ask if you can stay in the ones that are being renovated, if not, turn on the air conditioning when you arrive to get rid of the musty smell. Finally, they are removing the carpet from the rooms, and giving the rooms a more modern look. The location is very good, practical, the transportation is super practical, the breakfast is perfect, the hotel staff is very friendly, willing to help and a great. I real recommend it.

I don't recommend that place. The shuttle service is a scam , I paid for shuttle and I did not get it I ended up paying uber to leave the airport and go back to the airport

If you're considering staying at Hotel Panamby Guarulhos, run the other way!Our experience was absolutely horrendous from the moment we walked in. Despite a quick check-in at 1 AM, the second we entered our room, we were hit with the unbearable stench of what smelled like a filthy, unclean bathroom. To make matters worse, this disgraceful experience came at the absurd price of almost 500 reais (about $90 USD) for a room in Brazil—completely outrageous for such a dingy, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel.

But the nightmare didn't end there. At checkout, we were treated with blatant disrespect. We informed the staff that we had consumed just one water bottle, and they had the audacity to charge us 14 reais! The sheer greed and lack of basic customer service left me in shock.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.The value is zero, the service is terrible, and the hotel itself is a disgrace. Stay anywhere else but here!

Heard a lot of noise from neighbor rooms. Our room was dirty. The bathroom and shower were not cleaned. We complained and the hotel assigned us another room, which was somewhat better.
At the restaurant, we waited more than one hour for our food. They explained they had some problem in the kitchen, still charged us full price. It was almost midnight, my kids fell asleep while waiting, and ended up not eating.
We won’t stay in that hotel again

This is an average hotel. It's not bad but it's not amazing either. The staff is EXCELLENT! They offer free shuttle from and to Guarulhos Airport and the service is excellent. Check in was easy and the front desk staff is super helpful. It includes free breakfast with very good options. The negatives are that the room seemed to need a little upgrade (some mold in the corners of the bathroom), and there was a pretty bad smell coming from somewhere (maybe the air vent) that was really upsetting. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again but only if needed.

Overnight stay in Sao Paolo

I first stayed here due to my flight being delayed and my airline booking there. I later booked an additional night as my flight was leaving at night and i was informed that the hotel does not do late check outs although i would have gladly paid as i was happy with my room. The new room i moved to was far below the standard of the first room. I know it was a different category but the quality not the same. Otherwise the service provided was good and i would stay again, just careful with whi ch room I stay in.
