I got to hotel and was told they didnt have a room so i had to cancel reservation. Was on hold with Hotel.com for over an hour before.i could get some help. I ended up sleeping in my car. Then next day i.try and get refund and they cant contact them hotel to confirm tht reservation was canceled!!

Non-smoking room I stayed in someone had been smoking heavily in and it smelled bad all over. The smoked detector was battery was unplugged. Thankfully I was there for 1 night. Would not recommend staying.

Staff was good, no complaints there and were very understanding about situation... however hotel reeked of smoke, even in non smoking room, burn holea in the comforter, patched holes in the bathroom... i broke out in hives within 10 minutes of being in room, had to checknout immediately
Yhis hotel is more of a weekly rate hotel type and the cliwntele that brings, being a single female travler i didnt feel safe in being in room (no fault of hotel)... says has pool but doesnt work and is closed up... staff was pleasant and helpful about checking out but after a 9 hour drive all i wanted was crawl into bed

I will never stay here again from the beginning I had reservations for 3 rooms 2 king with hot tub and 1 double queen I made reservations 1 week in advance apon arrival they did not have my rooms tried to charge me more for different room and I got stuck in a room that was a smoking room I don’t smoke also 1 of our other rooms the shower didn’t even work just a horrible experience

When we arrived stood in line for 30 minutes before being helped. Got to our rooms and the rooms were dirty. Neither room had towels and when we asked for towels we were told that they were in the dryer. Asked again 45 minutes later and we were told that the towels just went in the dryer. And hour later we were told that they sold out of towels. We had to go and buy towels at the store to be able to shower the next morning. When i asked for floor mats later that evening i was asked for the dirty towels that we had. Whe. I explained to the desk clerk that we had no towels in either of our rooms i was basically called a liar. Than was given 1 floor mat and 3 washcloths. Which were all stained. There were cigarettes burn marks all over the bedding. The pillows in the rooms were completely flat. There were drug users everywhere on the property. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel.

We chose this location since it is really close to the hospital where my husband had surgery. The staff was accommodating and helped with extra pillows and such for post op. The room was ok, it was clean but the bed spread and blankets had burn holes in them. There is no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. There was so much noise and blaring music, that it woke us up. Apparently there are at a miminum of 4 people that live here, and they all huddle by the front door. Totally regretted my choice of hotels!

Check in went ok. I did have to tell the front desk attendant Sharla that I had 2 rooms 3 times. Once checked in the people who reside at the motel sat outside with all their animals. The 1st room was clean, however the beds only had 1 pillow per guest amd very thin. Upon starting showers I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and washrags. Courtesy small bars of soap were provided but no shampoo or conditioner available. There were also no cups or glasses to drink out of. The refridgerator sounded like it was an airplane getting ready to take off we unplugged it from the wall. Only 1 useable electrical outlet was available to charge 4 phones and 3 headsets. The 2nd room hadnt even been completed and ready for the other 3 in our party to stay in. They arrived at 1245am and when I first checked in the attendant Sharla said it would be cleaned and ready for when the rest of our family got there 7 hours and 45 minutes later it wasnt! The person who was suppose to do the housekeeping stated to my daughter \"they knew I wanted to go out tonight\". There were only 1 pillow on each bed. The lobby reeked of drugs. Trying to go to sleep at 11pm was very difficult because of the numerous animals in the building were barking constantly and we had to be up at 430am to be ready for the State Trap Championship competition. No coffee was made this morning and no attendant to check out with either.

On check in, the gal was very nice. The common bathroom keeps locking you out, the bathroom in the room locks you in, you have to play hide and seek to find the light switches. There is no coffee pot, microwave or hair dryer. You only get 2 small towels, so if there is more than one person, you have to bring them down to the desk to be washed and returned (I never got them back, so no shower for the other three people in our party). No clock or Kleenex. Oh, and there was poop on the floor by the pool, dog barking, kids running up and down the hallway.

This was not the first time for me to stay at this location. My first experience was good; however, this stay i just completed was the exact opposite. The halls/rooms were very noisy. Thursday night the other patrons did not quiet down until 4am Friday morning then they didn't quiet down til 2am Saturday morning. This is not acceptable. When I mentioned it to the front desk, he said I was basically lying. He worked there all night and it was not noisy and I was full of crap. Also when he went to check the room at checkout, he accused me of smoking in my room. He said it had a bad smoking smell like I had done that in the room. Well let me tell you. the whole hall smelled of cigarette smoke. It smelled like that as soon as you turned the corner to go down the hall to get to my room. He was very disrespectful, and I will probably not stay here again.

Cheap. Comfy mattress. Not much else going for it.

The entire hotel smells like mildew. The room had been partially re-done: new furniture and floor, but old bathroom, holes in walls, etc. The mattress was comfy, but there were holes in the sheet that somehow managed to be scratchy. There were black oily fingerprints in the shower and on the shower curtain. The base of the toilet hadn't been cleaned recently. The walls are very thin, so we heard every conversation in the halls. No breakfast, which we knew going in. There was coffee in the mornings. We are very far from being coffee snobs (day old microwaved coffee is fine), but both of us took a sip and dumped out the rest.

My room was filthy! The sheets looked like it had dog paw prints, running across it, and there were stains on both the comforter and the sheets. There was a dirty washcloth in the sink and a towel that I was told was clean, was laying across the back of the toilet. It was a no smoking room and smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. The TV didn’t work, and I was told that none of the TVs in the building were working because they were updating something. I asked if I could get a different room and I was told that there were no other rooms available because their housekeeper had recently retired and they hadn’t found anyone to replace her. So, I’m assuming they didn’t have any other rooms prepared, because the parking lot didn’t have many vehicles in it. I was exhausted and in the middle of nowhere, and I didn’t have a choice to try to find somewhere else to stay. I asked if I could get even a partial refund and was told absolutely not. There were people fighting and drunk in the parking lot as well as drunk in the hallway of the building. I was scared to death! I am not a picky person when it comes to staying in a motel room. As long as it’s clean, comfortable, and safe, it is satisfactory to me. This room and property, were none of the above!

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The downside was that previous customers had trashed the room that we booked, so things weren't really ready for us. The staff did a good job of trying to get things right for our stay.
And our grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Check in went okay. We had to pay a 20.00 deposit along with out payment and would get it back after checkout. That was said no where in reservation. Got our first room. TV would not work and heater would not run longer than 30 seconds. They gave us another room. This one was a little better. I was updated I guess with a new heater, so that worked. We could not get TV to work again. Front desk came up and had to find is a different remote for the TV. So we had one to turn TV on and off and volume and another remote for finding channels. It worked. They did have a nice warm pool for my daughter so that was nice. Other than that, we would choose not to stay again. The front desk staff, both night shift and first shift were very nice and accommodating.

I wish that I could give this hotel a - star but that's not an option. So 1st when we came in the lady at desk ( lisa I do believe) was very rude & said I hope your not here for a room. Well we had booked 3wks ago so ya I needed my room that was already paid for. 2nd check in was at 2pm we got there around 4pm. Our rooms were not even close to being ready So we waited almost an additional hr for our rooms. We still didn't have towels etc. So I asked for towels for both rooms so we could shower after spending the day at the waterpark and the next lady at the desk (I believe her name was Amy) she told me that it was going to be awhile because laundry hadn't been done. So we used a couple leftover towels that we had brought with us. Now onto the room, There was holes in the wall, burn holes in the blanket & sheets, bathtub was dirty and where the towels go there was falling apart. There was no screens on any of the windows and a bunch of people going in and out smoking and drinking. Finally we decided to just grab some dinner and go to bed. The next morning in the breakfast area there was no food or coffee. I asked the lady at the desk (I think her name was Briann) about breakfast and they said that they don't do breakfast. She was able to give us towels to at least shower. I told her what had happened and she apologized. I'm defiantly disappointed in this hotel to say the least and will never stay here again nor give a good review to others.

My room did not have a refrigerator as advertised. There were no tissues provided in the room. The door to the bathroom dragged on the floor as its hinge was very lose and the door hit the shower curtain rod. Otherwise, we found no bedbugs which was great! The A/C unit worked well. The motel was not noisy and I slept fairly well for being away from home. When more towels were needed the staff provided them right away. My kids enjoyed the over-chlorinated pool.

This hotel I would not recommend. We checked in and went to our room, check in process was good, on our way to room there were 2 boxes w BB guns in them propped against the wall. That was a bit strange. When we got to our room it was sparse to be fair. The smoke alarm was disconnected and laying on the shelf, one of the recessed lights was hanging partially out of the ceiling. The rooms are very thin as you can hear literally everything going on. All night there were people slamming doors, dogs barking all night, and at 3:30 AM small kids running up and down halls and going in and out of room doors. It appears that there must be long term residents that live there as conversations that took place alluded to they all had been at that hotel for a period of time.

We had to ask for clean towels . Requested a extra blanket and was told they have no extra blankets. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, we were not given the room type requested. I regret that I forgot to take pictures, but the filth was epic! From food spills to poop on the wall, these things can’t be made up. Someone, who apparently lives there was sitting outside panhandling much of the time, (the staff was often in the same area)

This was all gross and unacceptable, but the real topper and the reason we left was because the door didn’t lock. The staff was informed on two occasions and each time came down to demonstrate how to slam the door in a specific way in order to get it locked. We put up with it for one whole day, allowing time to come fix it, then left after the second person offered the same “solution”
Additionally, we found out that the rate we were being charged through/by hotels.com was almost double the rate being charged by the hotel.

The location was convenient for our activities but the hotel was terrible. Very loud noises all day & night, dogs barking, cats meowing, people hanging in the halls yelling and banging on doors, a smoke detector beeped the entire 2 days we were there (including all night) which I reported 4 times and asked for them to deal with, but it was beeping when we left. No Kleenex in room, floors were some sort of linoleum and room so-so clean. Blankets on the bed were full of holes & cuts. I would never stay there again and not recommend it ever.

upon entering the \"cleaned\" room we found several used drink containers. lots of long term stays, all of which must feel like they own they building and hate each other. every door that shut was done with a slam. children running the halls at all hours. had management in the hall knocking on a door at 5: 00 am \"stating this is your last warning\".
I have stayed in st. louis and Chicago and this is my 1st hotel that the front desk is behind bullet proof glass. I am from the area of this hotel and expected hood activity. nothing like that, but must worst hotel experience every. do not expect to get any rest here.
We left a day early and cancelled the evening plans based on the lack of comfort and sleep

This wasn't built as a Motel 6, so you get a slightly better experience than other Motel 6's. There's a big lobby, a nice indoor pool, and bigger rooms than normal. An elevator would've been awesome for my long haul up and down the stairs--enhanced by the first room I'd been given was skipped by housekeeping so I had to haul back down the stairs to get a new assignment. I'm not sure anyone noted my new room number, as twice that night someone tried to enter my room. Luckily, their keys didn't work either time. The heater was also broken, and even set at 58 degrees the temp was easily in the 80's. I opened the window and resolved the problem, but it's not the most efficient way to regulate the room temperature.

The sheets had cigarette burns, the bed spread was stained and disgusting, the toilet bowl was stained, the shower curtain was absolutely filthy. The first room I was assigned to had a clogged sink that was nauseating. I was moved to another room which was in poor condition. I stayed two nights and the room was not touched after the first night.
