The bed was terrible. Felt like we were sleeping on wood. It made lots of noise with the slightest movement you made. The pool and fire pit areas were great. Would not choose to stay here again though due to the very uncomfortable bed.

Upon checking in we got to our room. When we first got in our room and went to the bathroom, the shower curtain was not pulled so you could see in the shower. There was hair and pubic hair all over the shower floor that was dark hair. When i looked under the sink there was a dirty towel in the corner. I called the front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know. No one ever came in to check or clean it for us. Then when we went to put our things in the fridge, the fridge already had water bottles that were already drank left in it. As we were getting ready we were hearing whining and barking. we videoed it and called the front desk. We could hear a dog in the room next to us. Upon calling front desk they stated there is no dog that is registered must be the tv. I received a text from the hotel asking how our stay has been so far. I sent the videos of the dog barking and whining. They sent someone up and they stated there was nothing they could do and that they were scared to open the door. It was until a few hours later the people finally came back and were very upset that a complaint was made about their dog. Finally crawling in bed and the sheet was not pulled up and the bed was full of crumbs. All these complaints were taken to the front desk with pictures and videos and all we were told was \"because you booked with Expedia there's nothing we can do\" We then talked to my mother in law Deb Opheim. She too has same situations of uncleaned room. they told her same

The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed.

Facility was very nice, we loved the patio area and fire pits. But the beds are TERRIBLE. They are very hard, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs both mornings we stayed there. Also, our thermostat would not go lower than 70 degrees, although we tried to set it lower while we were sleeping. It was not hot outside while we stayed, either, so I know that was not a factor.

Area safe. Quiet, didnt have any noise issues. Our room wasnt cleaned well. There was a wad of hair on top of the shower drain when we arrived. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed and kept riding up. A piece of tile was coming up in the bathroom and it looked like dark mold growing under it. The hot tub was under maintenence. and had apparently been so for a while now.. Carpet was coming up in the elevators. You have to pay for breakfast, which is super lame. Staff was friendly, had no issues there.

I guess the thing that bothered me the most was the elevator sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the front fireplace sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the hot tub was down and they said it had been down for a long time the owners of this hotel do not care about maintenance. I stayed during a wedding event. The group made it impossible to get to the elevators without passing through them. I was in CF to do painting/housework, so not looking like I belonged at a wedding. The bride got snarly when I tried to get around the bridesmaids, the \"gentlemen\" tried to block my passing through.... It was uncomfortable. Had me feeling like I had been invited but chose to show up looking like trash

If there's an event that's going to take up your entire lobby, you may want to consider letting your OTHER guests know of alternate ways of navigating it. Instead of standing there behind the counter/wall watching interactions like these & not helping.

Along with that, I've slept on air mattresses that were more comfortable than the bed I had & the countertop in the bathroom was sticky. You can find a way better place to stay for the same $ if not less.

We had to change our reservation the week before our stay due to a rescheduled women's basketball game. We were still able to stay at Hilton Garden Inn but not in the same type of room, two queen beds. Instead our room was a handicap accessible room which was very spacious. My only complaints are that there was not a shower curtain which made for a wet mess after a shower. Not sure how to use the shower without water spraying out of the shower. The room appeared and felt clean, although, when my husband was taking our extra beverages out of the mini fridge in the morning we discovered a container of uneaten ice cream and a container which appeared to be ice cream topping. Not sure how many guests stayed or if it was the previous guest that left it.

We got to our room and I went back outside to move our car closer to our room and again, parking lot was completely covered with ice. In our room, there was a constant swooshing sound. Possibly because we were right in front of the swimming pool? We left to go eat supper and the parking both my daughter and I almost fell any the ice walking out to the car. When we went back, my daughter showered but had to wait a couple minutes for the water to warm up. She used the toilet and had to reattach the flush lever. In the end, the swooshing sound ended up being a good “white noise” while sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are plenty others around the area.

Needs some attention & upgrades

There was WAY too much chlorine in the hot tub and/or pool. You couldn't even be in the pool area and your eyes were burning. The pillows on the bed were super flat and not comfortable. The temperature in the room would not go below 70 and we even tried to get the fan to stay on and it wouldn't, so it was hot sleeping. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. There were also dead bugs in the windowsill and it's February so I'm guessing they have been there awhile.

The outside and the lobby are deceiving. Our room and the pool were very disappointing. Our mini fridge didn’t work and they had to replace it. The air conditioning wouldn’t go lower than 73 and the u it kept kicking on and was so loud but barely blew cold air. The beds were creaky and uncomfortable. The pool was small and cloudy/dirty.

I’ve stayed here several times and will likely again. Minor remodeling going on this time but didn’t affect my stay. Hotel was quiet even though there was large wedding party present. Purchased breakfast this stay(first time). Price was reduced compared to prior stays. Good value. Friendly staff at breakfast and at the front desk.
Would like them to have recycling available. Otherwise 5 stars.

We arrived late, checking in at 9:30 PM and exhausted after a long drive. We received the last room available (room 109) which was across from the pool. I'm not sure why this is even set up as a guest room. It sounded like the kids were swimming and screaming in my room. We stayed on a very busy night - the State Trap meet and youth baseball in the area. I am extremely disappointed that I paid $215 for a room I couldn't even catch restful sleep in due to the noise.

Not worth your time or Money

The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows kept falling behind the bed because of the 6 inch gap between the mattress and headboard of the bed frame. The breakfast wasn't impressive and they were charging $14 for what was a continental breakfast that would be free at any other hotel. The elevator would sometimes sit unresponsive for several minutes both when getting in and in-between floors.

There isn't a breakfast and it isn't advertised very well that there isn't one. I think for the money you pay the room is nice and motel, but having a breakfast would be nice and I would be more likely to come back there. There are other hotels in the area as nice and cheaper and have breakfast at theirs.

I liked the check-in - though they didn't follow my request by not being near the pool (chlorine gives me a massive migraine)and put me directly across from the pool. :( I liked the entrance and dining area, and the room was ok. I did NOT like the MAIDS who at 7:30 am (both days of my stay )seemed to blast their personal lives at full volume for like an hour. Maids should be seem and not heard. I'm still sleeping and I don't care who you like and don't like to work with, your personal life, what you ate, etc. I work and I work hard to do my job and am still respectful of others. These ladies don't seem to care. Also, I don't think my sheets were clean because they were wrinkled beyond belief as well as the pillow cases. I also found a third pillow without its case behind the chair. I would expect this from a 2-star motel, not a Hilton.

Would stay again!

The room was very clean. No bad odors. The glass shower was also very clean. No streaks on the shower door. The bed did tend to creek a little when you move and it was a tad stiff. Not the most comfortable. Front desk ladies were helpful with any questions that i had.
