The room was pretty good and clean although the carpet looks like it could do with a good scrub. It was p difficult to sleep due to the quite hard bed and very hard pillow as well as light coming in around the blinds as there is no blockout curtains. Tradies leaving at 4.15am were being loud and inconsiderate.

Clean, spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed with a range of pillows to choose from. Aircon worked fine but made a screeching sound that prevented use whilst sleeping and morning shower was only luke warm - perhaps needs a few minutes to warm up.

The bathroom had good hot shower and generally in good condition. I would definitely stay here again.

We tried to contact the hotel on the number provided just after 6.00 pm several times as we had not received the PIN code to collect the after hours key from the Key safe. Numerous calls made and not returned. It took several more calls once we arrived to sort the access out. Further the Country code was needed on my mobile to received the code. This was not made clear at all and my mobile is in my Hotel.com contacts.

The motel is clean and the staff are friendly. They were busy when we stayed and we had to wait two hours for our room. They should have messaged us to let us know that they were running late. Some cleaners did not turn up which caused the delay. Our room was cleaned in a rush. They forgot to leave bath towels and a sheet for the sleeper couch. There was only one towel between the four of us. No soap in the bathroom but there was shampoo and conditioner. It is a good motel, they just need to improve their communication. The staff were friendly and apologetic. It’s a nice quiet area and the room was comfortable.

One of the best motels I’ve stayed at, nice modern facilities, loved having the little garage for my car under the room, separate bedroom with own AC, ease of check-in was impressive. Only negative thing I could say is the kitchen utensils weren’t all properly clean when I arrived, but some were and were fine to use so still 9/10 overall.

Spacious but barren accomodation. Not properly cleaned when we arrived, including plates and dishes still with residue of previous use. Only 1 mug for drinks and when we asked for another it was somewhat reluctantly given with a distinct vibe given out that we must have broken one (we hadnt). I requested a downstairs room as I am an elderly person{78] On a walking stick had 2 knee replacements,2 hip replacements and 2 spinal surgeries, making climbing stairs very difficult or nearly impossible. Our room was the furtherest from the stairs. My wife rang the night manager as we did not get there from Melbourne until 6pm {8hour drive} but she could not help us. The next morning the day shift officer shifted us down stairs and stated the messages are not always passed from you people. As result we will be very reluctant to use your service again. Found the property clean and tidy, the staff friendly and professional. I wish the smoking around the building was not allowed though. Also, the staff shouldn't have to replace towels if they are not on the floor. It was nice to get new towels, but it was unnecessary and wasteful as per their own sign on the wall. The motel was good. Its basically self service as no staff on site but there is a number to call if you need to. Keys are in a safe next to reception area and you drop off keys there also when checking out. Stayed overnight on our way to Brisbane and it was pleasant.

If you like noise then this is the place for you. I couldn’t sleep due to room doors slamming, peoples tvs too loud with paper thin walls, kids screaming and cars warming up there engines loudly right outside my window, and could hear people talking outside my window all the time. So if you like sleep deprivation this is the place for you! It was clean though which was the only good thing I could find about this place
