Lovely people, great for smokers as there are a few smoking rooms avaliable. Its not a great area but the bed was clean and the shower was hot. Only complaint was that I was there on a holiday I wasn't aware of and no one notified me of fireworks at nearly 11pm. This frightened me as i didn't know what was going on, but all by laws were followed and it was done by 11. Thank you for an affordable stay and the good housekeeping of an older building.

Perfect outdoor space beautiful

My stay here was amaizing I had my 2 teenage kids with me and plenty of room for them as well beautiful yard swings and other kids toy to play on in the yard there gazebo area with table just so nice there for out door activities
I will definitely go back

The room was stuffy and had and odor, there was no ventilation. The mattress flattened completely at the edge when I sat down. Im140lbs. The toilette was too low. There were spider etc etc. not worth the amount paid. This is a $60.00 room.

Large group of unruly party people. Loud til 5am. Owners did nothing. Felt threatened by the group and was afraid to leave room. Terrible experience. Dirty facecloth left in shower. Had it even been cleaned? Have stayed here before and was good but not anymore. I would not recommend to anyone

The beds were not made for the next nite. It was a vbit cool. Cant turn heat up easily. Some cold drafts can get through both windows.

Being allowed to smoke in the unit was unique and convenient. However there were a few issues, the ceiling light didn't work, neither did the mini fridge. The table had white mold on the legs. The the outlet behind the bed seems to be a hazard.

A dreadful hotel. The room was not clean and smelled accordingly. Due to the positioning of the aircon and the bulldog clip holding the curtains closed we weren't able to open a window to let any fresh air in.
We lasted 30 minutes in the room and then left and booked in elsewhere.

The worst hotel/motel I've ever set foot in.

good value for money

Parkway Hotel is a bit rundown due to being an older motel that is arguably in need of a renovation, but it is in a great location on one of London's main thoroughfares with very friendly staff. You get a good price because the rooms are on the old side and a bit small, but everything is provided that you need for a comfortable stay and there are many restaurants and shops close by in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Good price to stay at which we are out all day and back in room only to sleep which is good enough to use that motel. But I got sore neck when I wake up due to poor and old pillow , they need to get new pillows.

Truth Hurts

Never again!

First off if I tell you how my name is pronounced, don't tell me I am wrong... Stupid check in guy...what was that smell in your office??? Room had a different weird smell as soon as you walk in. 1970's wood panelling. Bathroom was the worst I've ever seen for a motel, caulking around sink was a hack job. Paint was peeling off walls and ceiling of bathroom. Also had gross shower stall and no tub. Main room had stucco ceiling, which I believe was trying to cover the nasty ceiling tiles. TV was an old tube TV and a fuzzy signal. Whole place felt sketchy. Has 2 adult xxx stores across the street. Would recommend spending just a little bit more and get something a lot better. Never again will I stay there.

room was awesome, it was a couple of windy snowy days in London and room was cold called up front and they put heat up a bit and then they gave us a heater that helped, I think it was the location of the room and the way the wind was blowing that made it so cold, otherwise liked the stay there, people were so friendly there and we will be back to stay there on our next visit

This property is old but clean and can't beat the price . The heat didn't work very well but with an extra comforter it would be fine. fridge and microwave in room and wifi is fast . For short stays it's fine. oh AMAZING WATER PRESSURE, but bring shower shoes.

Probably the most disgusting motel I ever stayed in. There was other people's hair and hardened bodily fluids on the blanket and pillow case. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but even for a smoking room, the stench was unbearable. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat. The stench, the filth and the cold kept me awake all night.

Non smoking is a myth

Very strong smoke smell in the room.
Shower took a solid 6 minutes to get hot water, cold water tap needed extra tlc to close. Shower would set off the smoke detector.

I am not sure how it happen but, we ended up in a smoking room which, was so small that only one person could walk around at a time, the smell of cigarett smoke and alcohol was so strong that I had to turn the air conditioner on and leave the door open for a while to try to air it out. The blankets on the bed even smelled like smoke. I do not smoke but, my family does so I am used to the smell of smoke but.... this was nasty. I would never stay there again and would not even recommend it to others that were just looking for a room to party in.

Window didn't open, toilet was against the wall so had to sit sideways...no clock. No instructions on phone to dial office. Bathroom door did not close, bathroom door extremely dirty.. Could use a paint job....went out and bought an air freshner..

It has the best price for the location. But the hotel need a lot of improvements. It is barely functional. It is a bare bone hotel. You get what you pay for.

The room was comfortable the air conditioning was great for the warm night. The counter staff was very friendly. The television viewing was good. over all we enjoyed our stay here. The only down fall was we had to park a distance from the room when we arrived as they were redoing the parking lot. But by the time we returned the parking lot was cleared and all was well

Don't stay here

Where to begin first off the room had no controlled heating we were freezing and when we asked for them to turn up the heat we got a space heater I'm not kidding. Had to buy an extra blanket just to keep warm and there were three cop cars parked at the hotel. have no idea what went on wasn't told but didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling staying there checked into the knights inn on the third day. would highly recommend the knights inn up the road.

One night stay with friends

We were looking for a place to stay, while at an event in London, for a good price not to far from our event on Dundas St. After reading some Trip Advisor reviews we picked the Parkway Motel and were not disappointed. The room was ok, pretty much what we expected and everything was clean. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly and made us up an extra room key when we asked. It was pretty hot with the heat on, but the windows opened so that helped to air it out. We could hear our neighbours through the wall, but that's pretty much expected in a motel, so we were prepared with earplugs and everyone had a great uninterrupted sleep.

The wall are too thin as you can hear the room next door. I checked out 2 days before and did not get a refund on the extra 2 days I did not stay. Moved to another hotel.
