We are very disappointed with our stay, as the room did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The bathroom door was broken, there were no curtains on the window, the TV remote was not working, and the microwave was faulty. There were no instructions provided on how to open the gate, and the swimming pool had no hot water.
Additionally, we noticed insects, including what appeared to be a cockroach.
Overall, we do not recommend this place. The price we paid was not justified by the condition of the accommodation.

Thank you for having us stay for two nights. We loved visiting canberra but I do think the pictures of the room we booked did not match what we stayed in. The room was very dated and we could feel the beds springs. When we checked in there was hair on the floor and walls and my daughters knees were dirty after crawling around the room when we first arrived indicating not very clean floors which is not ideal when you are staying with an infant.It was a great and easy check in and check out system and a lovely man from the office called me to be sure we had our code and knew how to access our rooms after the office closed, which I really appreciated.

3. Lounge was ripped with stuffing coming out.
4. Very cold inside with no additional bedding. I understand it is Canberra and winter temps are to be expected. However, additional bedding would have been nice.
5. No hot water. As in no water coming out of the taps. Was unable to shower my children.
6. House keeping staff could be heard swearing. For example, calling other staff members f##king lazy.

I always stay at the Crestview when i have business in Queanbeyan which i do several times a year. I really appreciate the self contained aspects of the park.

Cabin was clean, tidy and modern. Quite roomy for 2 people. Easy check-in and checkout.
The only problems that we encountered were that the cabin isn’t level, so the shower door opens after it’s been closed, Also, our tv wasn’t tuned in to any channels at all, so couldn’t use it. (New remote wouldnt go astray either)
The only problems that we encountered were that the cabin isn’t level, so the shower door opens after it’s been closed, Also, our tv wasn’t tuned in to any channels at all, so couldn’t use it. (New remote wouldnt go astray either)

A good location. Our stay was spoiled by the amount of interference by painting contractors working on neighbouring cabins and walking in and and moving equipment through and on our site from 7am. They were working on our site from 7am today and we checked out at 9am.This disrupted our privacy and we had to close all blinds.it wasn't a pleasant experience as we seemed to be surrounded by tradespeople.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Check in process through the key safe was fairly seamless except I didn’t get a code straight away. Only issue was we only got 2 towels for 4 people staying. One tiny bar of soap which we practically used in two nights after being filthy from Summernats and I had to ask for a spare toilet roll because we did run out and there wasn’t a spare in the room. Reception was accommodating when we asked for extra towels and toilet paper but we arrived late the first night and had to share the towels.

After arriving in Canberra for a getaway with our family, we realized we booked at a hotel for the wrong week! *arrrgh* jumped on Expedia and found Crestview Tourist Park, booked 2 night stay in a family cabin and couldn’t have been given a more perfect cabin! Right next to the playground! Kids had a ball playing in the playground and riding their scooters around. I feel this was meant to be! Great facilities and room was perfect for us! Thanks!
