The front desk staff was very friendly and check in was quick. The hotel smelled old, the furniture showed many years of wear, art work was missing from walls, there were no towels in the pool area and the staff said they only had the few dirty ones in the basket, many unattended children trying to access the pool, no spare pillow for the pullout sofa.
Breakfast was good and well stocked. Coffee, tea, and water available all day. Location was convenient.

Pool was cold, the night staff was wonderful- the morning front desk worker called us twice because our kids were running in our room- at 8 am- but our room us above the office, which they put us in that room- we were only disturbing her, so that was annoying. Also the lobby and hallways smelled very strongly of weed due to some other guest smoking off the balcony.

The staff was great. Our forst room smelt strong of cigarette smoke. With having an asthmatic child we asked to move. The staff was very accommodating. Overall the second room was clean and comfortable beds. The walls however are very thin and we got litter sleep between the people having a party next to us until 3am and kids running on the floor above us. Breakfast was good. For a one night stay it was worth the price.

Room smelled of both kinds of smoke. Check-in process was brutal—took over an hour to get into our room after check-in time; had to wait because none of the rooms were clean and system wasn’t updating properly/user error/who knows.

Front desk agent was SO nice and accommodating. She saved the visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they didn’t seem to have the authority to fix or improve the issues we experienced.

The room itself felt outdated, and its location near the outside back door was very disruptive since the door was being slammed throughout the night. The bathroom also had problems — the shower was leaking from the spout, the shower head had very low water pressure, and there were no towels provided for the shower

First things first, I only booked three rooms and was charged for five which was OK because we ended up needing four rooms out of the five and they supposedly reimburse me for that or canceled it. Then we get to the room, our TV didn’t work nor did our phone, barely any lights in the room and the water pressure was terrible. Only good thing was the beds were comfy, but the breakfast was absolutely terrible.

They gave us the wrong room. We booked a king suite & all they had left was a 2 queen bed suite. I showed them what I booked on Expedia & all they said was “we don’t have any of those left….” The toilet stopped flushing the first night & the tub was stained and creaky/unsteady. The walls were super thin too and you could hear the neighbors flushing the toilet, showering, their tv or even them if they were being loud. Breakfast was alright but the coffee ran out during peak time with no intention of the staff refilling it anytime soon. The night staff was lovely and very helpful! I guess at the end of the day it was a place to sleep….but definitely won’t be staying again.

The breakfast was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. However the room could use some work. The beds are hard, the pull out couch had a ripped pad on it, the TV had wires hanging down and I had to fix the cable box. The door lock was broken and the Heater/AC was so loud we had to turn it off and it was about 0 degrees outside.

The hotel reeked of marinjuana. I was asked to pay an extra $300 deposit which I refused. My bed did not have a blanket on it, and when I called to ask for one was told they had no more. The couch in our room was broken, you could feel in the middle where it had cracked in half. At breakfast they kept running out of plates. And the entrance was pure ice and luckily I caught myself in time and didn’t fall but others were not as lucky. We had 2 night stay but we only stayed 1 night. It was horrible.

I am very disappointed because the last time I stayed here it was a very good stay. However this time the room was barely clean the towel had a poop stain on it and the air conditioner made noise also the only reason why I went to this hotel was because of the breakfast and now they have changed the breakfast as well. They used to serve bacon however when I asked the lady why they do not have bacon anymore she made a big deal out of it like it was too ghetto to have bacon there at the hotel. so they decided not to serve bacon anymore. so I do not think I will be going here any more.

The AC unit didn’t work. It blasted hot air all night and wouldn’t adjust. It was too late when we realized it to call maintenance. The shades were broken and wouldn’t lower to cover the window. Parking lot lights in my face all night. Very loud fights all night, ending in a huge fight in the parking lot with at least 40 people. 6 police cars showed up and stayed for hours.

We were there for my son’s travel game. Early on Sunday we were made aware that it was an hour later. We asked if we could have an extra hour for check out, the young woman at the desk was very rude and stated we had to request 24 hours in advance. We didn’t even check in for our stay 24 hours in advance.

Our hotel room looked as if it had not be cleaned, bugs were on the air conditioning unit, with dust and dirt on the window sills. The handles on everything had a rusty dirty debris.

We weren’t able to use the freezer for our ice packs because it was so overly frozen.

The bed sheets had rips in them, the lights did not work by the bedside. The beds were aweful to sleep in. The phone was not plugged in.

We stayed, but could not recommend this hotel moving forward. We have used this hotel chain previously and had wonderful experience, we will not be back. We have 10-14 tournaments a year in this area where we could have spent a few thousand dollars. We will not be coming back, especially after the rude treatment from hotel staff.

First of all not even one shower towel and when I asked front desk on the phone I was told to come in and get it instead bring in it to me, no TV it was saying no connection, breakfast area there was this lady with few kids that they were putting staff in there pockets for take out and they emptied the entire food taking all the waffles until waffle dough gone,all yogurt’s also taking all other foods like she will feed the entire army, appeared that lady was friends with the breakfast lady that she worked at the hotel, overall the mentioned stuff made the hotel to look very miserable. Definitely no other time there for me.

This is a nice 3 star hotel. Foyer looks nice. Decent breakfast could have more options but was ok. Rooms are large. Things to be improved on. Floors in the elevator and breakfast area always sticky. We were supposed to check in at 3:00. We got there at 6:30 and our room still was not ready. Once it was finally ready, it smelled SO strongly of bleach/chemicals it was making us sick. We left to go get dinner and when we came back they had clearly been in our room again because they put something on the floor that was greasy and was super slippery. Could not fill bath with the tub filler only the shower would work. I’m not one to write reviews but I do not recommend this place.

Check in was smooth; staff was friendly. Breakfast offered several choices and was well stocked. The only downside was the bathroom - the shower curtain had dirty spots and wouldn’t stay shut due to unusually curved curtain rod. There were also stains on the walls and door - a little scrubbing and paint would help. Front of the hotel looked nice, but back was a little sketchy and probably wouldn’t leave my car back there.

I arrived to check on a Tuesday evening, in at approximately 9:40 PM. I waited for for approximately 15 minutes for the clerk to come out from the back area to check me in. I had pushed the front desk assistance button on two separate occasions. The clerk was not friendly when he did eventually show up. I will add that the day female desk clerk was very helpful and friendly at check out.

My room was pretty clean, but I did find a tissue on the floor under the night stand and a piece of garbage on the closet floor.

Let me be a fair and add that I would still recommend this property.

There curly hairs all over both beds as wells as crumbs, from the state of the bedding it looked like they used the same bedding from the previous guess and didn’t wash them. A white substance dripping down the bed side table, brown liquid running down the air conditioner. Curly hairs all over the shampoo bottles as well as the bathroom, dirty floors and the sink hadn’t been cleaned. When I first got to the hotel the cleaning ladies were just standing in the hallway talking about their personal lives, so no wonder the cleanings not being done. Too busy talking to each other,I paid $100 to stay here for 1 night and was beyond disappointed and disgusted, I would not stay here again and would NOT recommend.
