Pros: It was in a good location for exploring with a car. Bed was comfortable and there were English TV channels. Reasonably cheap, housekeeping replaced towels daily.

Cons: Noise from other rooms and the stairs could be heard at all hours, there were broken and loose floor tiles in the living area, the bathroom was mouldy and the drain stank

This was not your typical resort. I give credit that the front desk staff was the only thing good about this stay. She was nice to deal with and was the only staff I saw my entire stay.

Let’s start with the rooms. We had a family of 8 with two rooms. Each room consist of an actual bedroom and another where the guests slept on futon mattresses. These were not good. We paid an extra 15,000 won to make it thicker for them. The resort could easily put actual beds in them but not sure why. Futons mattresses do not work. Because … there were bugs around you when you woke up. That’s the second issue, both our rooms kept allow bugs/flies into the room even though we closed the door fully and the patio screen door was locked each night. Regardless the bugs kept finding a way in.

The pool felt dated and not maintained. There were sharp edged stairs in the pool that were not clearly marked and I would hit my feet into them.

I hope you rented a car because there is noting remotely close to a grocery store or many restaurants near you. The hotel has one but it’s too expensive for what it is. We didn’t eat there as they couldn’t serve our party size.

I would do your research if you’re staying here. It’s a 10 year old resort that has showed its age and needs renovation to make it accommodating to future guests.

Recommendation: put some actual beds into each room and deal with the bugs situation. Nobody wants to wake up to bugs on the floor and ceiling.

This was a nice spot to relax and unwind while visiting Jeju. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and the restaurant Nextdoor had delicious food! Very friendly. I also liked that they had snack and ramen options for purchase in the lobby. The view from my room was beautiful and the pool, fun!

it was a large, comfortable room with a great hot tub and decent kitchen. however, the sofa was....how do i say this delicately? awful and very uncomfortable. the bed upstairs was nice! the railing at top of the stairs was not stable and could fall apart, if used with too much weight. so be careful! location was quiet and remote. it was nice, but a car is a must!

Beautiful place - we will return

Great facilities. We especially enjoyed the in-room spa bath. There were nice eating spots within walking distance from the resort and also a beautiful waterfall/pool we could swim in. It was a magic experience. It was our second time staying at this resort and will be happy to return next time we visit Jeju.

Highly recommend this resort if you want a relaxed and chilled out evening with your partner. The room was great, good size, the hot tub/bath was huge, the bed was very comfortable, and the hammock was really comfy too. There is a TV and you can buy cheap movies if you want and there is a gas stove if you want to cook. However, the hotel restaurant was very good and very well priced so I would recommend that! There is a hotel mini shop/store to buy food/drinks (alcohol) and snacks which is great. If you stay here, you should definitely visit the Donnaeko waterfall which is a 5 minute walk away - a hidden gem and very beautiful. One thing - best to have a car then rely on public transport. Overall, really loved this hotel and highly recommend, will definitely visit again! Also it's foreigner friendly which is great, I felt very welcomed and comfortable here.

Wish I'd stayed another night!

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the Hallasan National Park where was going to be climbing and hiking the next day.

The room was awesome. It had a two-person Jacuzzi, and was very clean and comfortable.

There is a pool and it is as pictured on the hotel listing for orbits, I went and spent some time in the pool !

There is a restaurant on site also which is pretty good but the dinner menu is pretty much one thing, the difference being the quantity . but it was tasty. It better have been, after all I had to cook it myself!

The front desk staff, a husband and wife team, was my only annoyance. Husband was very friendly, and in fact everybody I've met in Korea so far is extremely friendly except for this woman. She was a terse and acted like I was just bothering her.

my only regret with this particular hotel is that I did not stay the second night after coming down out of the national Park. I had a morning flight out of CJU and so I booked a hotel near the airport. Makes sense right? But this hotel was so comfortable with that Jacuzzi would've been wonderful after 12 hours of hiking!

From this hotel the airport is probably a half an hour at the most.
( I should mention that I did have a rental car ) so next time I'll be staying there more than one night and skip the airport hotel!

Stayed 2 nights in a family spa room. Second bed room didn’t have a bed, instead there was a very tiny, twin bed size blankets and they were even small for my 6 and 8 years old kids. Asked hotel staff to provide bigger or extra blankets and they requested extra $15 per night. There was a pork bbq retaurant under our room, so there were full of bbq smell in the second bathroom all the time. It was very disgusting. Not a pleasant stay.

Serviced apartment complex in rural area

The place is located just behind a camping ground and next to at a construction is in progress, so the place was rather noisy. Also, it is far away from the touristic highlights downtown (at least 15mins drive), so moving around without a car is practically impossible. And the 'resort' name is misleading, the place is more like a complex of serviced apartments, lacking the usual services that would be found in a true resort.

Relaxing until the construction started at 7am

I found this hotel was more of a apartment type style hotel, had to take out your own garbage , the towels were fit for a mouse, which was hard for my 6'4 boyfriend, the in room Jacuzzi was nice since the pool wasnt heated which made it more of a fancy pond, and the fact that there was construction that started right beside our suite on both weekend days at 7AM was RIDICULOUS!!!, come on REALLY, REALLY! this hotel was a bit further out from every thing and I thought I was going to get some piece and quiet, and boy was I wrong.

Very nice hotel (clean, comfortable, quiet), but is a bit away from anything (shops, cafes, etc.). Great one for relaxed holiday with a family, especially if you like hiking. Donnaeko track starts just behind the hotel and Hallasan hike start point is just 10 minutes drive.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious with great views. The only drawback for us is that it is located quite a distance away from the airport and from the nearest town. Taxi fare to airport costs about 35,000 won and about 8000 won to the nearest town. Nonetheless, i enjoyed the peace and quiet. There's also free wifi and breakfast. The owners were very helpful and helped us to call taxi and gave us recommendations on places to visit.

Wish I could live here

We chose to stay here to be close to Mt Halla so we could hike it in the morning. We were so disappointed to only stay here one evening and leave the room so early because it was such a comfortable apartment with what I think would've been a lovely view. We picked a room with a whirlpool tub and it was HUGE, more like an actually jacuzzi than a bathtub - was worth every penny. Lovely place.

The room has a plumbing problem that has not been fixed for several months (according to the hotel staff) but we were given it anyway, without warning.
The water drains from the rooms of the floors above flow into the bathroom, taking a long time to drain, leaving waste on the floor and giving off bad smells.
The staff said they would get it fixed but nothing was done.
The staff did not even come to see the problem.

2박 연속 묵었는데 청소를 안해주고 본인이 직접하라네요.
수건만 준다면서요. 시부모님 모시고 갔는데 창피해서 혼났습니다. 천장 물이 세서 누렇게 변했구요.
시부모님 방은 부엌 불도 안 들어오고 거실 형광등 나가서 반짝반짝 난리였네요.
기본 서비스도 없고 너무 별로였어요.

그냥 쏘쏘 가격대비 여름철에는 수영장이랑 돈내코 계곡가까워서 괜찮아요 객실내에 스파도 있긴한데 싯기가좀 애매해요 샤워를 지속적으로하는사람이면 상관없긴한데..
위치적으로 겨울철에는 한라산등반할일아니면.. 좀...
눈오면 지옥일듯...

주변환경은 조용하고 상쾌하고 좋습니다.
다만, 객실 내 약간의 머리카락, 먼지 등 청소상태가 좋진 않았습니다. 숙박 후 일요일 아침부터 잔디 깍는 듯한 소음이 있어 좀 시끄러웠네요.
그래도 가끔씩 가는 곳이라 개선되면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다.

차로 가면 좋아요

예약시 입욕제를 가져가면 안 된다고 표기 되어있으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 그리고 현관문이 바람에 계속 덜컹거려서 양말로 고정시켰더니 괜찮아졌습니다.

차로 가서 괜찮았지만, 대중교통으로는 많이 불편할 것 같아요. 그 외에는 불편한 점 없이 아주 잘 지내다 갑니다.

모텔 가격인데 리조트 느낌이 물씬 나서 아주 좋았습니다.

팬션 같고 좋습니다! 건물별로 2~4채가 있는데 주차공간도 여러 곳에 있어요! 편합니다. 여름에 수영장도 운영한다는데 저는 겨울에 가서... 못감.. 통유리라 이쁘고 뷰가 이쁩니다.

Spa qui n'en est pas un, un jacuzzi qui ne se remplit pas, baignoire pas lavée, une reception inefficace et inutile, pas de rideaux sur les fenetres donnant sur le lit, pas de service de chambre, mobilier détérioré, pas de poubelles videes en 4 jours, matelas tres dur, une marche trez dangereuse devant les escaliers montant à la mezzanine, mauvaise insonorisation car on entend les voisins 2 étages plus bas, à l'écart de tout,
beaucoup trop cher pour les services proposés, les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

조용한 곳에 위치해 있고, 숙소가 전반적으로 넓고 편안했어요. 내부 시설이 오래됬다는 글도있었는데 저는 그렇게 와닿진 않았어요. 시설 자체가 깨끗하게 관리 되어있어서 지내는 내내 너무 편했고 주변 상권도 나쁘지않아서 편의점이나 식당등 찾기 편했어요. 다음에 다음에도 재방문의사가 있고요~ 잘 쉬다갑니다

그냥 저냥 일단 체크인했으니 묵어야지... 했던 숙소였어요.
겉모습은 멀쩡해 보이지만 화장실이 환기가 안되는 건지 아니면 청소를 대충하는 건지 습기 찬 냄새가 너무 많이 나고 하수구 있는 반대쪽은 기울어져 있지 않아서인지 하수구로 물이 잘 안모여서 물이 고여요. 물도 자주 갈아주는 방식이 아닌 물이 어차피 넘쳐서 밖으로 흐르니 조금씩 순환되는 방식이고 밤마다 소독약만 뿌리더라고요.
객실 안을 대충대충 정리 및 청소를 하긴 하는 것 같은데, 뭔가 쾌적하고 깨끗하지가 않아요. 뭔가 찝찝하고 어서 나가고 싶어요.
일단 체크인 했으니 묵었지만 어서 나가고 싶었네요.

리조트옆에 붙어 있는 식당은 좋았어요.

가성비 좋았던 스파리조트! 야외 자쿠지가 조금 더럽긴 했지만 ㅎㅎ.. 자체적으로 빡빡 닦고 사용했습니다. 해먹이나 기타 시설물이 깨끗하진 않았어요. 그래도 재방문의사 있습니다! 그 이유는 리조트 자체가 작은데 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며두었고, 가격대비 수영장 이용이라던가 자쿠지 이용할 수 있다는 점이였습니다. 코시국이라 수영장 이용은 안했지만.. 담에는 해보고싶어요 ㅋㅋ 아 그런데 복층룸 계단이 심히 불안합니다. 저는 평균보다 마른 체격인데도;; 막 덜렁거려서... 최대한 왔다갔다 안했습니다 ㅠㅠ..

꼭대기층이지만 엘리베이터 없음. 그러나 계단이 높진않아 불편하다 느끼진 못함.
4인 가족 동시 입수 가능할정도의 큰 스파욕조가 테라스 발코니에 있음. 일본호텔 옥상 노천탕 느낌 있음. 먼바다 전망도 일부 있고 주변 산악지대 전망도 평화로워 밤보다는 일출 때 욕조이용 좋았음. 밤에는 수영장 온수가 9원 말인데도 적당하니 좋아 잘 이용했음.
단, 복층 침실로 올라가는 계단이 위태로워 보이는게 흠. 안전상 문제는 없을것임.
식당 고기맛은 평범하며 못먹을 맛은 아니니, 둘레길 트래킹을 위한 여행으로 위치적 장점을 살려서 굳이 멀리나갈 필요없이 스파하고 수영장 쉬면서 재충전하기 위한 산악인들의 숙소?로서 좋음.

사장님과 직원분들이 너무친절하세요~ 리조트안 고깃집과 매점이있어 모든걸 해결할수있어 편리했고 수영장물도온수이고 수영복을 못챙겨 이용해보진못했지만 무료로사용할수있는것같았고 객실깨끗하고 화장실도 물곰팡이하나없이 깨끗했어요~ 너무 편하게 잘있다왔고 제주도여행가면 꼭재방문할꺼예요~

에어컨 곰팡이

에어컨 곰팡이가 너무 심해서 에어컨을 틀 수가 없었습니다. 에어컨 관리를 전혀 안하시고. 그 불만에 대한 대처도 미흡.. 수영장 수질은 탁하고. 그외에 나머진 만족합니다

돈내코 힐 리조트 사진 만큼 예쁘네요~

월풀 욕조가 정말 그렇게 큰 월풀욕조일 줄은.. 아주 힐링 그자체 였습니다. 복층 구조에 이쁜 조명 그리고 안락한 침실 에서 잠도 잘 자고 힐링하고 왔습니다. 거실이 통유리여서 바깥 풍경이 너무 예뻤어요~

애견동반 여행

애견동반이 1순위였는데 가격도 좋고 시설도 좋았어요
산 부근이어서 벌레가 좀 나오긴 했지만, 전원주택 사는 분들은 다 아시죠. 산 쪽이면 어쩔 수 없는거;;
조경도 이쁘고 주차도 편했어요
다만 시내랑 좀 거리가 있는건 감안하시고 숙소들어그
전 필요한것은 구매해서 가셔야 할듯합니다.
3박을 연박으로 했는데 가격대비 만족합니다

층간소음이 너무안좋아 서로 조심해야 할것같네요
바닦을 대리석으로 깔았고 식탁이나 의자가 대리석과 닫는부분이 각철이라 끌게되면 엄청시끄럽습니다

장단이 있지만 제 경우엔 4박5일간 이동하기에 위치도 좋고 조용하고 아침에 들리는 새소리, 꽃내음등 단지내 경관도 우수합니다.
단. 연식이 되다보니 스파 수전구가 파손된 것이 있는것이 약간의 흠 정도? 전반적으론 만족스럽습니다.

반려견 동반 손님이었습니다, 2만원이나 해서 반려견 동반이 가능했다면 반려견을 배려한 무언가라도 있어야했던거 아닌가 싶습니다, 바닥은 딱딱한 타일 타입에다가 침대나 소파에 반려견 전용 계단이 있던것도 아니어서 애들 관절이 걱정될 정도였구요, 방석이나 불, 밥 그릇도 보이지 않았습니다. 스파라고는 하지만 월풀욕조가 하나 있었는데 묵던 호실의 욕조는 샤워기만 작동해서 사용하려면 사워기로 물을 받아 쓸 수 밖에 없었습니다...여러가지로 아쉬운게 너무 많은 곳이었어요.

1. 벌레. 4월 초중순인데도 불구하고 객실 내 벌레가 너무 많았습니다. 연박을 하는데 중지 정도 크기의 거미가 안 나온 날이 없었습니다. 벌레에 예민하신 분들은 이 숙소를 피하셔야 합니다.

2. 하수구 냄새. 하수구 냄새가 온 객실에 진동합니다. 제가 예민한 편이 아닌데도 불구하고 도저히 숨을 쉴 수 없었습니다. 냄새에 예민하신 분이라면 굉장히 힘드실 수 있습니다.

* 총평
4월 초중순에 숙박한 걸 감안하면 여름이 될 수록 벌레 (큰 거미) 와 하수구 냄새는 더 심해질 것으로 예상됩니다. 객실 상태가 전반적으로 낡은 것도 불만에 한 몫 하는 것 같습니다. 사진으로만은 알 수 없는 아쉬움이 많았던 숙소입니다.

2명이 투숙하기엔 좁다고생각하시면 좁으데
간단한 식사와 잠 자기엔 충분했어요.
하지만 옷수납공간이 없어서 조금 불편했어요.

숙박이랑은 상관없지만,

침대 너무편하고 시설 좋아요

한라산 등반을 위해 위치가깝고 스파시설있는곳으로 찾다가 가장 가성비좋아보여 예약했는데요
생각보다 더욱 만족했어요 우선 실물이 사진보다 훨 낫습니다 ㅎㅎ 다만 엘리베이터가 없어요 3층짜리 숙박동이 동그란 형태로 줄지어있는 전경에 가운데 온수풀이있어요 11월부터는 이용불가해서 못썼지만 전경이 이뻐요
방 컨디션 너무좋고 스파 이용하는데 추가비용없고 편의점가깝고 한라산가깝고!
무엇보다 침대가 진짜 편해요ㅠㅠ 2박동안 완전 꿀잠..
리조트랑 연계된 요망진흑돼지 식당도 맛있었어요 딱새우찜 2인에 36000원인데 양많고 꿀맛이예용

괜찮은 숙소입니다. 다만

돈내코에서 가장 좋은 숙소 같습니다
1층 디럭스룸을 예약했는데요
전반적으로 아주 좋은 숙소였지만
주방이랑 거실쪽 창문이 불투명창도 아니고
일반 커튼이 아닌 그냥 보통 블라인드여서
개인적으로 사생활 보호가 부족한 숙소였습니다.
이럴 줄 알았으면 스파룸으로 예약할 걸 그랬네요
사생활 보호가 필요하신 분들은 1층 말고 다른 층 룸으로 예약 추천합니다!

위치나 편의시설, 서비스는 아주 좋았어요. 실수로 날짜를 잘못 예약했는데 변경도 친절하게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 다만 입실하였을 때 화장실 냄새가 침실에까지 심하게 나서 살짝 당황했어요. 바람이 너무 강한날이라 욕실문을 닫으니 바람때문에 문 흔들리는 소리에 욕실 창문을 닫으려하니 방충방이 오래되어 창문이 잘 안닫히더라구요. 수리가 필요해 보였습니다. 제주도 특성상 회처럼 포장해 와서 펼쳐 먹은 음식이 많은데, 저희 또한 그래서 호텔 말고 리조트로 숙소를 잡았는데 실내에 아일랜드식탁에서 먹기에는 불편했어요 ㅠㅠ 마주보고 먹기도 힘든 형태구요...조그만한 접이식 상이라도 있으면 좋지 않을까요...? 그 외 침구 컨디션이나 주방, 욕실 청결도와 비품들은 세월의 흔적은 느껴졌지만 충분히 너무 잘 되어 있었습니다.

사진과는 많이 달랐던 낡은건물이었습니다
스파리조트라고해서 예약한거였는데 너무 낡아서 난감ㅡㅡ,오래된화장실에서 나오는 날아다니는 벌레가 세네마리는 항상 있었고 무튼 정말 별루였습니다
리조트가아니라 오래된 펜션정도입니다
주변에 아무것도 없어요 편의점이있는데 거기뿐
