Absolute dump. Don't be misled by the photos. I was hesitant at first to book a room because of the low price plus not being a national chain. But the photos on Expedia made the place appear OK so I booked 2 nights through Expedia. (I should note that I also had to pre-pay for both nights). Frankly, for the price I didn't expect much but this hotel didn't even live up to those low expectations.

Immediately upon arrival I had my doubts but it was late and I had already pre-paid for two nights through Expedia. The first room they offered me had the television torn off the wall and laying face down on the dresser. Underneath it was a half eaten muffin. I told the young man at the front desk about the condition of the room and he graciously gave me another (upgraded) room. The second room wasn't much better, though. However, it was so late in the evening that I reluctantly stayed that 1st night.

The next morning I checked out (a day earlier than what I originally booked and pre-paid for). However, the clerk at the desk said he could not refund me for the 2nd night because the booking was through Expedia. He said that I would have to get the refund through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who in turn contacted the hotel. Expedia then emailed me saying the hotel refused to issue a refund. (Bear in mind I only wanted a refund for the second night that I didn't not stay).

Because the hotel refused to refund the night I didn't stay, I ended up paying for two nights in a filthy room.

First, I did not have a working outlet in the bathroom and when I tried to use the lamp outlet it kept coming out. Second there was a dirty adult diaper in the parking lot. Lastly, I was laying in bed at 10:30 at night and the person next to me had their TV so loud I could hear what they were watching, I called the front desk they said they came up but the person didn't answer and that they tried to call them. I don't know if it was me banging on their wall because the front desk said \"that is not a reason to switch rooms\" or if they got in touch with them. Then at 630 in the morning they were blasting music \"dancing on my own\" to be exact. There was trash on my floor when I first walked in. Just not a good stay, hopefully it was a fluke but I won't be staying there again.

the worst place ive ever stayed...i could look past some things but this place needs a major overhaul..the whole hotel smells like an ashtray same as my room...space in the room overall wasn't awful but the bathroom was in need of work, didn't even shower there bc i was too grossed out. location of hotel seemed like a slummy area..photos in listing are very deceptive, very noisy area train was very loud nearby, lots of heavy traffic coming and going...ppl next room to mine decided to have a rave from 12am-4am, couldn't call front desk had to physically get out of bed to make complaint...did not stop the rave from unfolding just reduced the volume finally at 7am i had enough no sleep and will not be returning.. I understand that other ppl dont make a hotel but it was the lack of effort made to stop it..small warnings to prevent ppl from continuing bad behavior..

The hotel was extremely run down and noticeably dirty. The room we were given was supposed to be a large room with a queen bed, but it was no bigger than approximately 18×18 and only had a full‑size bed. The hair dryer in the bathroom could not be used because there was no outlet in the bathroom at all.

We also did not have a coffee pot, an ice bucket, or even plastic cups. The microwave and refrigerator did not work, and the floor was dirty.

The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Only cold, regular coffee was offered, and when we called ahead to confirm our reservation, we specifically asked what the breakfast included and whether decaf coffee was available. Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and Froot Loops do not qualify as a continental breakfast. There was no creamer or milk for anyone who could drink regular coffee, and no juice options were provided.

We even called around to find another hotel or place to stay, but everything in the area was fully booked due to the rabbit and cavy show being held at the Lebanon Expo Center this weekend. Unfortunately, we had no alternative.

Pictures online are misleading. That's not what the lobby or inside the hotel looks like. There were slot machines in the lobby! And clearly had residents living there.
The restaurant was not open.
The worst part was that there was a live mouse in our room the 2nd night.
I wish I had read reviews before about how bad it was. We stayed here because my friend picked it. We will never go back.

They charged me for it but instead I got a queen size room
I brought my wife and kid and I ended up sleeping on the floor for that reason I had to tell my wife to go back home also there was problems with the hot water
They told me they were going to take care of my problem but never said a word to me and I spoke to them twice .

When we checked in we were informed that our room didn’t have a working tv and maybe it could be replaced the next day. It was replaced, but the first night was unacceptable especially since we also had no hot water.

This is a large property with breakfast provided. The other diners at breakfast seemed to be long-term residents that were otherwise homeless

Old dated hotel, bathroom very small. Fairly clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. No coffee maker but had a refrigerator and microwave. The mattress was the worst one I’ve ever encountered. It didn’t fit the base not a big deal but sagged so bad you would roll into the center. I don’t mind the old dated fixtures that’s why it was cheap we just needed a place to sleep for the night. It looked like they are working on upgrading but apparently there are not there yet.

I booked this hotel for three nights and checked out after the first night around 6:00 a.m. because I did not feel comfortable staying longer. I was later charged for all three nights, even though the front desk staff told me at checkout that I would only be billed for one night.During my stay, the property felt more like long‑term housing than a typical hotel, and the hallways had strong odors of smoke and alcohol. As a solo disabled traveler with a dog, I did not feel safe going outside at night.My room had stained bedding, worn and damaged furniture, poor TV reception, and there was no hot water when I tried to shower around 4:00 a.m. I also saw insects on the walls, which made the room feel unsanitary.In my opinion, the current condition of the property does not match the photos shown online. Because of the cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and the billing problem, I would not choose to stay here again.

The building needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The stucco on the walls is peeling, the tv didn't work, the curtains didn't close all the way, no tea at breakfast, furniture falling apart. Very, very outdated everything. The hotel and rooms smell musty, and the bathroom was just sad. The phone in the room wasn't connected, so I had to go downstairs to reach the staff. The property needs full renovation to step into the 21st century. The one saving grace is the staff; they were kind, courteous, and extremely accommodating.

The worst experience ever roaches in the room my wife was laying down and a mouse ran across the floor, the staff is extremely!!!! Rude and should not be in the hospitality business. We booked a front room online and they put us in the back building all you smell when you walk in is animal urine and feces. Told the young girl at the desk my wife is allergic to pet dander and she said it's not her problem after taking the money off our card she said if you don't like it you can leave but wouldn't refund our money. I'm turning them into the health department as well as the B.B.B. so please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Because trust me you'll take roaches home in your belongings and the staff doesn't care and talks anyway to you.

We arrived at 11pm after traveling for 5 hours to find that our room with 2 double beds, which had been reserved several weeks in advance, was no longer available. We were placed in a one king bed room which had what appeared to be vomit on the carpet, a roach sitting on top of the television and the room/bathroom in general resembled a 1960s porn movie set. We left the following morning, even though we had paid for two nights. The entire building smelled of chemicals, which we can only assume was a high level of cleaning products in an attempt to cover the marijuana odor. Do not recommend.

Traveled for the Renaissance Faire, we were very pleased with breakfast and the comfort of the beds. Exhausted and hungry little kids really benefitted from comfortable beds and breakfast ready when they are. The room was clean though outdated. Huge windows to let in gorgeous sunshine, but very old and could hear every noise within a mile. All of the outlets in the room were loose/barely held a plug. But everything was clean, all staff was super friendly and kind to us. We really liked our stay!

The hotel owners failed to understand guest paid to stay, not paying the hotel staffs to tell guests to clean after themselves. Came to renfair and stayed here because it was available and affordable (around $130 for a king room for then night). Felt like a giant short-stay motel. Staff was friendly enough. Whole building smelled like it was being covered up with cheap air freshener. Needs a lot of updating.
There is a bar/restaurant that appears to be permanently closed.
Not much nearby.
Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a must.

When I first walked in, IV kind of gotten a sense of the type of hotel I was going to stay at. The photos posted are outdated. I walked into our room it had a pee smell mixed with must. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned In months with a strong pee odor. The tub was chipped up and worn looking. Hotels.com shorty sweet with three beds. However they booked me a double room. Upon arrival I was told I could only get a single room with two beds. They insisted that my family sleep on the floor like a dog. There are immediate safety hazards and fire code violations in the rooms. The non-smoking room smelled of roach spray. The air conditioner was spewing out some type of mist. The staff was very friendly. The carpet floors were sticky. The light by the room door flickered when the TV was turned on. Hotels.com refused to find me another hotel for the accommodations that I needed for my family because \" I had already checked into the room \". The hotel refused to accommodate my needs for my family because supposedly there was no other room in the hotel. The free breakfast food was horrible also. Lebanon code enforcement needs to go through that place with a fine tooth comb. I will never stay there again and I suggest that you do not either.

We recently stayed at the Inn at Lebanon - Hershey & Manheim area. You get what you pay for - a cheap hotel, with plaster on the walls, dirty caulk around the sink and shower, and I even killed a cockroach. We are requesting a full refund. Stay somewhere else.

I was surprised by the excellent staff and their efficiency.

The beds were clean and comfy.

But the room was dated and the bathroom was old. The sink and tub did not have stoppers. The electric cord for the hairdryer was up on the lightling and was not up to code. The shower in my unit worked. But my friends room did not work. The maintenance person came up and said to pull really hard on the dial and then turn it.

Breakfast was minimal. Nothing to drink but coffee or water. Just not the place I wanted to eat. I did take a banana.

My daughter and I stayed here after a concert on 9/19/25 and overall the hotel wasn’t bad. The bed was super cozy, the room was a decent size, there was a flat screen Roku tv and lots of windows with natural light.
However, the bathroom could’ve been more clean. Overall the price of the hotel was the most affordable in the area- so I’d probably consider staying there again if ever need be- but for cleanliness on the bathroom I’d honestly give that like 2.5 stars and just bring my own cleaning supplies in the future 😆
But overall stay wasn’t bad and wasn’t bad on my wallet either.

We came to this town for a concert and stayed at this location. Amazing staff, very cute and clean room. Adorable downstairs lobby. Pool outside (that we didn’t come prepared for, so bring your bathing suites) .. unless it’s winter then sorry hehe. Breakfast in the morning was good and they had a lot of options. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again. We couldn’t find the Phillies game to watch in t.v though lol

As soon as I walked into my room I noticed a stale unpleasant odor...I think I was coming from the air conditioner....probably could use a filter cleaning....the property could use some remodeling...at least the bedding was clean and actually quite comfortable....for the price I didn't expect great quality, but was hoping for a slightly better experience....the breakfast wasn't opened on time...the mini fridge at breakfast wasn't even on (and I don't think they even realized) so the only drink option was luke warm cranberry juice.

So…I’m not typically a guy that’s gonna leave a bad review. However people need to be warned about this property. Firstly, the rooms are in very poor condition, don’t trust the pictures, peeling paint, unfinished Sheetrock mud from patched holes, the constant smell of pot smoke, the lack of anyone coming to clean our room the entire stay. Second, the continental breakfast was non existent, you’d go into the room to empty bins and no staff working to make anything, stale cereal was literally the only option. Third, the television is the size of a postage stamp with very few channels and most of them were all full of static. Lastly my son left a ziploc bag with $22 in it by the fridge, I called less than 10 minutes after we left and they claimed it wasn’t there. So there’s that as well. Even if they didn’t steal the place was an overpriced sh*thole. Run the other way.

A misleading stay and a negative experience

Although advertised as such, there was basically NO breakfast. This was VERY disappointing, because it was a huge part of my booking this hotel. There was coffee. There was a couple bagles and a few pieces of toast. Not even a fruit bowl. I didn't understand that at all. Very sad and misleading.
There were fruit flies all over my room the entire 3 night stay.
There was hair on my bed :( I understand things get overlooked, especially that, but it still added to my negative experience.
The \"view\" was the ugly rooftop w the a.c. units, etc. The pictures online show a beautiful gazebo with green grass and flowers. There was no gazebo. I don't know how long ago those pictures were taken, but it wasn't accurate to now.
When I pulled up, I had to double check my maps because I thought it was a run-down construction building, not a hotel.
There is no bar, although there is a sports bar room there, so that was a bummer, but I guess that is what it is.
The hallways reek of cigarette smoke- not that someone was smoking in the hall at that time, but most likely in their rooms.
A woman came in at one point, wanting to rent a room for one hour- so make your assumtions- but it doesn't seem like the \"best\" part of town.
While I was waiting in the lobby, the hotel associates were just cussing up a storm, and it was very unprofessional and not appreciated.

*The staff were kind, however, so that was the good part.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel and hated it overall.

My stay was quite acceptable. The so-called breakfast was not good the d t cereal looked like soup and the o were hard. There was sliced bread bagels and dry cereal but you had to know where to look to find the butter and the milk to go with them.
I have to agree with several of the reviews which discussed the need for the facility to be improved. Some of the walls are definitely in need of repainting there was no stopper for my bathtub. There was a sleep sofa in the room but there was no light by this chair for someone to sit there and read or do other activity. The refrigerator door did not shut securely and I found that ice was melting on the things I had in the refrigerator. There were no pictures on the wall although there were many screws or something that appeared to be designed to hold pictures on the wall.
Overall for the price, and convenience to where I was visiting, this was a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.i

This stay was horrific. We had to wait 30min for room that we reserved and then given a out of order room. Seemed like every guest had a complaint at the desk. We were given a room that was out of order with bathroom leaks and roaches and flies. Room was not so clean and in need of repairs all around. When we complained about the leaks, bugs, overall unsanitary conditions, we were only offered 5% off our reserved fee and only after contacting expedia first. After a demanding to speak with Mnager, we were still only offered $22 off. We think the room fees should've been completely refunded and even compensated for the inconvenience of going through such an ordeal. Terrible stay. I even expressed to front desk that we did not want to go through any issues since we just wanted to rest for the night well. That didnt happen. Leaks from bathroom ceiling kept us up and fear of bugs crawling. Guests blasting radio music in front of hotel. Hot Breakfast options were all cold and milk was left out unrefridgerated. Wish there was hit water and tea options as well but not a big deal, there was coffee with powered creamer at least. Very disappointed.

The area was ok it was the hallways that smelled of cigarettes and marijuana .The linen had human hair and pet hair and the blackout curtains barely closed. The air conditioner was barely working as well. I found hair in the shower, and the people next door to me kept slamming the door. I do not recommend this hotel because of that.

Check in was excellent but there were too many people back and forth the receptionist said there was a designated area for people who are long term but it looked like the whole hotel was full of “long term guests”. The sheets had pet hair, human hair and so did the shower. The “blackout” curtains didn’t close well I had to put a clip to hold them together The whole floor upon walking out the elevator to get to the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We did not really rest well because the people next door to us kept slamming the door. I don’t recommend this place because of the hair on the sheets and in the shower which indicates that housekeeping doesn’t check their linen correctly. As a hotel worker I know the importance of checking everything once the room is cleaned prior to marking it as “ready”.

Inn at Lebanon is great. Close to Weis supermarket. The place is very clean. The only thing I have issues with is breakfast. Sliced bread, margarine and coffee are everyday’s breakfast.

Staff was ok. Check in was fast. When I first look, I thought I was getting two queen size beds, but got full size beds. Bathroom door looked durty on the back. Toilet was very low, it looked like a toilet for kids. Very inconvenient for a person my age with a knee injury. Tub was very inconvenient that it did not hold the water for my grandson to take a bath. In general, I agree with the 2.50 star ratings. Breakfast was good, but limited, since only one person working the kitchen and I guess couldnt keep up with demand. Not a place I will book again.

The walls were absolutely disgusting. The shower had mold in it. There was hair and dirt on the counter. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. Walls were black. I was their for 2 hours and my 10 month old daughter and I have blister type bites all over us.

I could tell from the reviews that this hotel probably wasn't the nicest, there were no other hotels in the area with vacancy... so i opted for a suite hoping it would be a little nicer/cleaner than thier basic rooms.

If thats the case I'm afraid to know what a standard room is like on the inside.

First off I'm not the pickiest person and i've stayed in some interesting places. AND i understand that this is an old hotel.

I'll list the positive things first: staff was friendly and helpful, and the A/C blew ICE COLD the first night, and the bed was clean. also the hot water was scalding.

Now the negatives: there were several large stains on the carpet, two of them were red. The carpet on the floor near the bathroom was soaking wet, the carpet in multiple parts of the room were VERY sticky, the bathoom floor tile was wet the second night, there was NO hot water whatsover the second night, the A/C wouldn't work the second night either... i went down to the front desk twice before the sent anyone up, and then he just unplugged it and the re-plugged it back in..... it continued not working for several hours and then kicked on at some point during the night. They claimed they didn't have another room to move us to.. which i understand, but it still sucked. Many of the bathroom tiles were cracked and it was just overall really rough.

This place is horrible very disappointed that you have this hotel on your list. The room smells like cigarettes it’s supposed to be non smoking. I booked for 3 travelers they only put 2 towels in the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, the tub it’s dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Honestly the rooms smelled a little bit. They don’t offer much for breakfast aside from mini sized pancakes, toast and butter, stale cereal, and the occasional scrambled eggs and sausage. Do offer room services but rarely stopped by to clean.

Charged us even though we wouldn't stay as the pool was inoperable on the hottest day in July. Misrepresented. Checked room and had an odor. They charged us and wouldn't cancel even though we didn't sign, and didn't stay. Very disappointed and stayed elsewhere.

Ok so we also booked a seconf bedroom with 2 beds for my bf son and friend. Unfortunately first room had no hot water and toilet clogged. Second room had black stains on the wall and looked rundown. Third room was ok but TV wasn’t working properly Other than that front desk ppl tried to accommodate them and they were friendly and respectful.

We booked this hotel for the night after a family reunion. When we told our family members and friends where we were staying they all warned us NOT to stay at this place, they said it’s disgusting and in a very bad area surrounding the hotel. We talked to over a dozen people that warned us not to stay here. We decided not to even check in after driving by and seeing the condition of the hotel. We lost our money but learned a lesson.
