The front desk staff was perfectly courteous. The cleaning people should be looked at - the room was clean but they left a soda behind. The traffic could easily be heard in the rooms facing the main road by the office but leaving the AC running instead of on auto drowned most of it out.

Room was fine. Parking spaces weren't being assigned per room. The attendant was ready to remove my check-in because I complained that someone was in my space. You have spaces FOR EACH ROOM to park. Not like the Hampton Inn that has 3 floors and no assigned spaces. He finally gave me a different room that I could use for my unloading of vehicle.
Also the breakfast space was NOT ENOUGH. With 3 people in there, there is not enough room to turn around. Taking the stuff to your room WITHOUT A TRAY is real hard. Need a breakfast room for this motel or make the room larger.

Front desk staff were SO sweet and nice. Room was a bit outdated but cleaner than expected. There were some mystery stains on the chair and curtains but what can you expect from a place that is just a local joint to crash at. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfy yet a little noisy but I would stay here again, without a doubt mainly because of the staff.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The parking lot is well lit and because all rooms are ground floor there is a possibility of parking literally outside your door. The room was clean, no weird smells, fresh bedding and towels. They do offer breakfast, it’s not a sit down deal more like grab and eat in your room or even on the road. I did see a waffle maker but I didn’t get up for breakfast so I’m just going on what I saw when I checked in. When I was reading my check in contract I did note that there isn’t anyone in the office over night, I think it said only from 7 am to 10 pm, they do provide a number to call for staff if needed. I booked my room in June or July for October and got a crazy good deal. There were restaurants and a brewery nearby, I was in town for LVC’s homecoming and had plans so I didn’t visit any of them. I would stay here again.

The room was exactly what I expected. It is a dated building, but the furnishings were appropriate and everything’s was very clean. The only obstacle I encountered was a musty odor in the room thankfully, I had an air freshener in my car which appropriately covered or absorbed that odor.

Place was cozy and clean. Very convenient; easy to find; place was able to take us in late at night after spending one day in Hershey Park and unable to drive the 2 1/2 hours home to NJ. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Served continental breakfast in lobby 7-9am: Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit. Had to bring food back to room to eat. Room is simple & very clean. Area around the place is well-kept and clean. No smoking, no drinking, no loud noise, must check out before 11am. Will come again if ever we go to Hershey Park again, which is only 10 min away. Thanks for the accommodation.

Inexpensive and close to HersheyPark and other venues. There is a gas station nearby convenient for grabbing snacks. There is a pool, tennis court and grassy areas to walk around. The staff are particular about a few things; beware of asking for coffee outside of breakfast hours, mandatory housekeeping, there is no placard to display to skip housekeeping, they will be in your room. Both our keys stopped working at 9am. Breakfast, what can I say about breakfast.... egg pucks, no bagels, cheese or meat to make a breakfast sandwich, just egg pucks. They did have waffles, but beware the batter was watered down so you had to cook the waffles twice as long. If you have more than one person, furniture options are limited. Not bad for what it was and conveniently located.

Checked in worker at desk had no idea of dining establishments in area did not speak English kept pointing out door. We went to room no coffee pot in room microwave was from 80s and dirty. Blood or rust stains on shower curtain. No soap or shampoo. Bed was like a water bed. Had three mattress protectors on it. Room smelled mildewy tons of gnats in room. The we noticed they left doors wide open so housekeeping knew what rooms to do. Also when someone went into a joining rooms they slammed doors so walls shook. It was noisy from traffic. Will not stay here again

The location was wonderful… Far enough outside Hershey to be budget conscious, but close enough to go into town quickly. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable, but had to be carried back to the room because there was no dining room to eat in. This is inconvenient and means that hot waffles or eggs are cold by the time you get back to the room to eat them.

We checked into our room & immediately noticed an oder of mildew, or mold. We decided to turn the AC, in an attempt to air out the room. We remained in the room for toughly 30 min. My Mother & I developed a severe headache & my 15 yr old son started to experience respiratory concerns. He has asthma, which has been under control. We exited the property for fresh air. I approached the person at the front desk re: my concerns. I inquired about another room and he stated, “All the rooms are the same!” We explained that due to these above mentioned concerns, we could not stay at this property & requested a refund. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all. He continued to blame Expedia & gave every excuse possible, rather than discuss the health concerns. I reached out to Expedia for assistance & was informed that they would contact the property to discuss my concerns. I received a follow up call from Expedia only to relay how uncooperative the front desk person was at the property. He made multiple excuses & refused to issue a refund. I returned to the office to express my frustration to the front desk clerk & was met with the same excuses. He continued to blame Expedia for not issuing a refund. This saga has continued with no resolve & no refund. Even after explaining that my son’s health is being jeopardized. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves & I urgently encourage no other person to book this property. They should be ashamed of themselves.

For a simple one-night stay by myself, this hotel was fine. It was not far from Hersheypark and the price was very good for the area. The room, bed sheets, bathroom and towels were clean. The refrigerator was nice to have in the room. The bathroom sink faucet could not produce hot water, even after running the water for a while, and I notified the front desk about on check-out.
The breakfast was very basic, located at the front desk, and there was no place to eat besides taking it back to the room. I only had a waffle. The bananas were too ripe and a gallon of milk was sitting out on the counter. There was juice and coffee available.
